St. Luke's Medical Center – Quezon City is a hospital in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Forming as a part of St. Luke's Medical Center group of hospitals, it was founded in 1903 by the American missionary Charles Henry Brent under the Protestant Episcopal Church in the United States of America (PECUSA) as the third oldest American and Protestant hospital in the Philippines (first Protestant Episcopalian hospital in the country) after CPU–Iloilo Mission Hospital and Silliman University Medical Center.Alongside with its sister medical center of the same name, the St. Luke's Medical Center - Global City at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, both hospitals are under the same management of the St. Luke's Medical Center Group and are affiliated with the Episcopal Church in the Philippines, but maintains to be independent.The managing entity of both hospitals is based in the Quezon City hospital and the Taguig hospital is a wholly owned corporation of the former.St. Luke's serves also as an affiliated university hospital of Trinity University of Asia, the first Protestant Episcopalian university in Asia, and the St. Luke's College of Medicine.

The Cathedral of St. Mary and St. John is an Anglican church in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It serves as the National Cathedral of the Episcopal Church in the Philippines.It was established by Bishop Charles Henry Brent from the then Protestant Episcopal Church of the United States of America initially catering to American and European expatriates in the Philippines. It later also served Filipinos. The groundbreaking of the original church building in Manila situated near Isaac Peral Street was made on January 25, 1905. The construction finished in 1907. The building funded through donations cost at least $120 thousand.The building was seized by the Japanese on July 8, 1944 during the Japanese occupation of the Philippines amidst World War II and was used as an internment camp. It was destroyed during the Battle of Manila of 1945. The Manila Pavilion Hotel currently occupies the old site.Bishop Lyman C. Ogilby held talks with John Van Wie Bergamini, the veteran architect of the Episcopal Church throughout the Far East in 1954 in America which led to the construction of the structure currently occupied by the cathedral which was consecrated on February 9, 1962.

Trinity University of Asia (formerly Trinity College of Quezon City), also known as TUA or simply Trinity, is a non-sectarian private university located in Quezon City, Philippines. Formally established in 1963 as an elementary, high school and collegiate educational institution by the Protestant Episcopalians, it dates back its earliest establishment in 1907 when the Trinity University of Asia - St. Luke's College of Nursing, its oldest organic academic unit, was established under the St. Luke's Hospital, the present day St. Luke's Medical Center. It later acquired its university status on July 18, 2006.Trinity is affiliated with St. Luke's Medical Center as its university hospital, a healthcare institution founded by the Protestant Episcopalians as the third American and Protestant hospital in the Philippines. Trinity University of Asia is one of only five universities in the Philippines with current Institutional Accreditation granted by the Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP).The university is also one of few universities in the Philippines that have been granted full autonomous status by CHED. As of October 2009, only 44 (2.5%) out of 1,726 higher educational institutions in the Philippines had been granted autonomous status by CHED. It runs one-way from Eulogio Rodriguez Sr. Avenue in New Manila and terminates at Nicanor Domingo Street in Valencia, continuing on as the two-way Granada Street until it reaches the city border with San Juan, where it becomes Ortigas Avenue. The road is named for Eugene Allen Gilmore, Vice Governor-General of the Philippines from 1922 to 1929 who twice served as acting Governor-General.The one-way, two-lane road segment from Eulogio Rodriguez Sr. Avenue to Aurora Boulevard within New Manila is notorious for many vehicular accidents, with an average of 0.1 to 0.3 accidents per day. Many of these accidents are attributed towards overspeeding as a result of the wide single-direction lane width, and due to poor visibility during night time.

Quezon City (UK: , US: ; Filipino: Lungsod Quezon locally [luŋˈsod ˈkɛson]), also known as the City of Quezon and Q.C. (read in Filipino as Kyusi), is the most populous city in the Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 2,960,048 people. It was founded on October 12, 1939, and was named for Manuel L. Quezon, the second president of the Philippines. The city was intended to be the national capital of the Philippines that would replace Manila, as the latter was suffering from overcrowding, lack of housing, poor sanitation, and traffic congestion. To create Quezon City, several barrios were carved out from the towns of Caloocan, Marikina, San Juan and Pasig, in addition to the eight vast estates the Philippine government purchased for this purpose. Dedicated to Our Lady of Mount Carmel, the church was built by the Carmelites from 1954 to 1964. It was declared a parish in 1975, and a national shrine in 2015. In 2019, it was declared a minor basilica, making it the fifteenth minor basilica in the country.The church celebrates its liturgical feast every July 16. It is under the jurisdiction of the Diocese of Cubao.

Mariana, is an administrative division in eastern Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is an urban barangay in Quezon City in a middle class residential and commercial area known as New Manila, which includes Barangay Mariana and the adjacent Barangay Damayang Lagi.The barangay's land boundaries are defined by the España Boulevard Extension (now E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue), Ilang-ilang Street, Rosario Drive, Victoria Avenue, and Aurora Boulevard, while its water boundaries are defined by the Salapan Creek (also known as the Ermitaño Creek).It is bordered by Barangay Damayang Lagi to the west, Barangays Kalusugan, and Kristong Hari to the north, Barangay Immaculate Concepcion to the east, Barangays Kaunlaran and Valencia to the south, and San Juan's Barangay Ermitaño to the southwest.
