Stateline, Idaho

Spokane Bridge is an unincorporated community and former census-designated place in Spokane County, in the U.S. state of Washington. The community is located on the banks of the Spokane River at the Washington–Idaho border, just south of Interstate 90. The city of Stateline, Idaho is located across the river to the northeast. The community was the site of the first post office in Spokane County

The Spokane Valley is a valley of the Spokane River through the southern Selkirk Mountains in the U.S. state of Washington. The valley is home to the cities of Spokane and its suburbs Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, and Millwood. The valley is bounded on the north and south by the Selkirk Mountains, on the west by the Columbia River Basalt Group, and on the east by the Rathdrum Prairie at the Idaho state border. Mica Peak, located south of the valley, is the southernmost peak in the Selkirk Range. The mountain, along with surrounding peaks, separates the Spokane Valley from the Palouse. The Valley contains part of the Spokane Valley–Rathdrum Prairie Aquifer.

Cable Creek is a stream of approximately 5 miles (8.0 km) which rises in the U.S. state of Idaho and has its mouth across the state line in Washington.

The Spokane Valley–Rathdrum Prairie (SVRP) Aquifer is an aquifer in the northwest United States, underlying 370 square miles in eastern Washington and northern Idaho.The aquifer is centralized under Spokane Valley and the Rathdrum Prairie, hence the name, and is part of the Columbia River drainage basin. It is composed of unconsolidated gravels, cobbles, and boulders deposited during the glacial flooding of Lake Missoula. The aquifer is highly permeable and in direct contact with the surface, so there is a high interexchange rate between surface water and the aquifer. The Spokane River and Little Spokane River lie directly above the aquifer and receive aquifer outflow. The area surrounding it receives an average of 15–30 inches (38–76 cm) of rain annually. The aquifer is the primary water source for the greater Spokane area.

Otis Orchards-East Farms is a census-designated place (CDP) in Spokane County, Washington, United States, near the county's border with Idaho. The population was 6,299 at the 2020 census. The CDP includes the unincorporated communities of Otis Orchards and East Farms. Otis Orchards contains the bulk of the businesses of the community. Otis Orchards-East Farms is north of the Spokane River from Liberty Lake, Washington and west of Rathdrum, Idaho and Stateline, Idaho. Part of Otis Orchards was recently incorporated into the new city of Spokane Valley. Otis Orchards is in the eastern part of the Spokane River valley, and is in the Spokane, Washington metro area.

Hauser is a city in Kootenai County, Idaho, United States. The population was 678 at the 2010 census. The city is located on the southern end of Hauser Lake.

Liberty Lake is a city in Spokane County, Washington, United States located adjacent to the eponymous lake. Located just over a mile (about 2 km) west of the Washington–Idaho border, Liberty Lake is both a suburb of Spokane, Washington and a bedroom community to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The population was 12,003 at the 2020 census.Liberty Lake was named after a pioneer who settled near the lake, Etienne Edward Laliberte, later he changed his name to Steve Liberty. The town was previously called Arturdee.

Liberty Lake is a lake in Spokane County in the U.S. state of Washington. The lake is located about 800 feet (240 m) south of the eponymous city, and is a popular fishing spot. The lake is part of the Spokane Valley–Rathdrum Prairie Aquifer. Besides the aquifer, the only outflow is a small unnamed stream that ends at a small ephemeral pond a little over 1 mile (1.9 km) to the North.

Post Falls Dam is a dam on the Spokane River in the city of Post Falls, Idaho. The current dam was constructed in 1906 on the site of an older wooden dam that was used to power a sawmill. Post Falls Dam is commonly referred to in the singular, but the facility actually contains three dams spanning three channels of the Spokane River as it navigates around the Avista Islands. It is the most-upstream dam on the Spokane River, just nine miles from its source at Coeur d'Alene Lake, and the first of seven total dams on the Spokane River.

KXLY-FM (99.9 MHz) is a commercial FM radio station in Spokane, Washington, that airs a country music radio format. The station is owned by Morgan Murphy Media, with the license held by QueenB Radio, Inc. KXLY-FM calls itself "The Big 99.9 Coyote Country." Weekdays begin with "The Jay and Kevin Show." Jay and Kevin have been doing morning radio in Spokane since February 13, 1995, and joined Morgan Murphy Media on May 15, 2009.The studios and offices are on West Boone Avenue in Spokane. The transmitter is on North Summit Road, atop Mount Spokane. The signal can be heard in parts of Washington, Idaho, Montana and British Columbia, and it operates translator stations in three communities. KXLY-FM is one of seven local Spokane FM radio stations heard across Canada to subscribers of the Shaw Direct satellite TV service.
