Post Falls Dam

Post Falls is a city in Kootenai County, Idaho, United States. It is the gateway city to North Idaho on I-90 just west of Coeur d'Alene and east of Spokane, Washington. The population was 38,485 at the 2020 census, making it Idaho's ninth-largest city and the second largest city in North Idaho behind Coeur d’Alene.

The Samuel and Ann Young House in Post Falls, Idaho was built c.1900 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.It is a one-and-a-half-story "modest vernacular version of the Queen Anne style." It was deemed significant as "a rare survivor of the first significant developmental period in the history of Post Falls."

The Post Falls Community United Presbyterian Church is a historic Presbyterian church in Post Falls, Idaho. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.It was assembled in 1921 from the combination of two former churches that would move to the site from other Post Falls locations. The former Post Falls Methodist Episcopal Church building has served as the sanctuary and the former Post Falls First Presbyterian Church building has served as a Christian education wing.

The Spokane Valley–Rathdrum Prairie (SVRP) Aquifer is an aquifer in the northwest United States, underlying 370 square miles in eastern Washington and northern Idaho.The aquifer is centralized under Spokane Valley and the Rathdrum Prairie, hence the name, and is part of the Columbia River drainage basin. It is composed of unconsolidated gravels, cobbles, and boulders deposited during the glacial flooding of Lake Missoula. The aquifer is highly permeable and in direct contact with the surface, so there is a high interexchange rate between surface water and the aquifer. The Spokane River and Little Spokane River lie directly above the aquifer and receive aquifer outflow. The area surrounding it receives an average of 15–30 inches (38–76 cm) of rain annually. The aquifer is the primary water source for the greater Spokane area.

Post Falls High School is a public secondary school in located in Post Falls, Idaho. Established in 1912, the current campus of PFHS opened 24 years ago in 2000; it is the only traditional high school in the Post Falls School District. After four failed bond attempts, the $18 million levy passed by two votes in March 1998. The school colors are black and orange and the mascot is a Trojan.

Real Life Ministries is a non-denominational, Evangelical Christian church in Post Falls, Idaho, USA, situated in Kootenai County. The church was planted in 1998 by four families, including the now senior pastor and elder, Jim Putman. Since its founding, the church has grown to an average weekend attendance of over 700,000 and has become one of the fastest-growing churches in the United States, ranking 13th in a 2007 report.

Stateline, officially the City of State Line, and historically known as State Line Village, is a city in Kootenai County, Idaho, United States, and is both the easternmost suburb of Spokane, Washington and the westernmost suburb of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The population was 38 at the 2010 census. The city is known for the adult services it provides which attract business from nearby Spokane and Coeur d'Alene. The unincorporated community of Spokane Bridge, Washington is located across the Spokane River to the southwest.

Hauser is a city in Kootenai County, Idaho, United States. The population was 678 at the 2010 census. The city is located on the southern end of Hauser Lake.

The Spokane Valley is a valley of the Spokane River through the southern Selkirk Mountains in the U.S. state of Washington. The valley is home to the cities of Spokane and its suburbs Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, and Millwood. The valley is bounded on the north and south by the Selkirk Mountains, on the west by the Columbia River Basalt Group, and on the east by the Rathdrum Prairie at the Idaho state border. Mica Peak, located south of the valley, is the southernmost peak in the Selkirk Range. The mountain, along with surrounding peaks, separates the Spokane Valley from the Palouse. The Valley contains part of the Spokane Valley–Rathdrum Prairie Aquifer.
