Winter Springs High School, is a high school in Winter Springs, Florida. It was founded in 1997 as the seventh full-time high school in Seminole County. The school is operated by Seminole County Public Schools.

The Cross Seminole Trail is a pedestrian, bicycle, and equestrian trail in Seminole County, Florida just north of Orlando. The first segment opened in 2002. The current route begins at the intersection of Aloma and Howell Branch where it meets the Cady Way Trail in Winter Park through Oviedo and Winter Springs and stretches into Lake Mary. The trail is 23 miles (37 km) long, or 34 miles (55 km) including the Orange County trail extension. The trail connects to Seminole Wekiva Trail in Lake Mary.

Seminole Speedway was a dirt oval racetrack, located in Casselberry, Florida (near Orlando in central Florida), that opened in 1945 and hosted some of the first stock car racing events following the end of World War II. Roy Hall, Red Byron, and Fireball Roberts were known for competing at the racetrack. Seminole Speedway closed in the mid-1950s and was eventually redeveloped as a residential subdivision.

Oviedo Mall (previously known as the Oviedo Marketplace) is a single-story indoor shopping mall, with movie theater, located in Oviedo, Florida, a northeastern suburb of Orlando, Florida. The mall is owned and managed by International Growth Properties. Its only current anchor store is Dillard's, although there are two empty spaces that formerly housed Macy’s and Sears. Other major tenants are Barnes & Noble, a Paul Mitchell cosmetology school, and a Regal Cinemas movie theater. Until 2022, the Oviedo Mall used to features large portraits of historic areas of Oviedo, FL along with pictures of early European and African-American settlers in the area. They have since been replaced by colorful murals and selfie stations by local artists, all of which feature a hidden rooster. The rooster is the mascot of Oviedo.
