The Winter Garden Downtown Historic District is a U.S. historic district in Winter Garden, Florida. It is bounded by Woodland, Tremaine, Henderson, and Lakeview Streets, encompasses approximately 100 acres (0.40 km2), and contains 26 historic buildings. Among the 26 buildings are the Winter Garden Heritage Museum, Garden Theatre, Tony's Liquors, the Dillard & Boyd Building, and many more. The oldest confirmed of these are the Dillard & Boyd Building and 36 W. Plant Street, both dating to 1912 (there are some buildings which may be older, however sources cannot confirm their date of construction). On August 1, 1996, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

The Garden Theatre is a refurbished, historic theatre located at 160 West Plant Street in Winter Garden, Florida. The Garden Theatre, which hosts over 200 events a season, including professional level theatre, music, dance, and films. The Garden Theatre serves as the primary performing arts center for the Winter Garden area.

It is bounded by Plant, Boyd, Tilden, and Central Streets, encompasses approximately 250 acres (1.0 km2), and contains 76 historic buildings. On August 1, 1996, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

The station airs a top 40 (CHR) radio format and is owned by iHeartMedia. The studios and offices on Maitland Center Drive in Maitland. WXXL has an effective radiated power (ERP) of 100,000 watts. The transmitter is on Story Road at Veterans Memorial Park in Winter Garden.

Meadow Marsh, which has also been known as the Luther F. Tilden House and as the Luther W. Tilden House, is a historic home in Winter Garden, Florida, United States that is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). It is located at 940 Tildenville School Road. The neighborhood it is located in is known as Tildenville, an unincorporated village. The house is a Classical Revival style house that was a work of Frederick H. Trimble. Trimble is also credited with design of NRHP-listed Fellsmere Public School in Fellsmere, Florida and the NRHP-listed Vero Theatre in Vero Beach, Florida.It was listed on the NRHP as Luther F. Tilden House in 1996. The listing included four contributing buildings on 12 acres (4.9 ha).According to a historic site webpage, it was built by Luther Willis Tilden, the son of Luther Fuller Tilden.Luther Tilden was a pioneer in citrus cultivation in Florida.

Tildenville is a census-designated place (CDP) and an unincorporated area in Orange County, Florida, United States. The population was 511 at the 2010 census, most of them African American. It is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee Metropolitan Statistical Area. Generally speaking, Tildenville is a narrow area alongside Orange County Road 545, south of Florida State Road 50 and north of the Stoneybrook West planned unit development. Residents utilize Winter Garden, Florida for mail delivery. The CDP takes its name from Luther F. Tilden, a prominent pioneer and citrus magnate who greatly contributed to the community. Historically, Tildenville referred to an area larger than the modern CDP. Landmarks such as Tildenville Elementary School, Tildenville Marketplace, and Meadow Marsh are now located within the city limits of Winter Garden.

The West Orange Trail is a 22-mile (35 km) long multi-use rail trail owned by Orange County Parks and Recreation in Orange County, Florida, in the United States. The paved trail passes through downtown Oakland, Winter Garden, and Apopka with most of its length built on old railroad alignments. To the west of the West Orange Trail is the South Lake-Lake Minneola Scenic Trail in Lake County which was connected to the trail in 2007.

The Ocoee Christian Church is a historic Carpenter Gothic church in Ocoee, Florida. It is located at 15 South Bluford Avenue. On March 28, 1997, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. The church is affiliated with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and is believed to be the oldest church of that denomination in continuous use in Florida.

The Withers-Maguire House is a small event venue and historic house museum in Ocoee, Florida. It is located at 16 East Oakland Avenue and is owned by the City of Ocoee. It was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places on April 2, 1987. The builder was retired General William Temple Withers, a native Kentuckian, who began wintering in Florida in 1884. He spent much of his time acquiring land in western Orange County and growing citrus. In 1888, he built this house and lived here until his death the following year. Withers’ widow, Martha, sold the house and its furnishings in 1910 to David O. Maguire and his family, whose house had recently burned. Like Withers, Maguire was very involved in citrus growing, and the family became prominent citizens in Ocoee. Maguire's son, Fred, was Ocoee's first mayor, and another son, Raymer, was the first city attorney. David Maguire died in 1913, but members of his family continued to reside in the house until 1979. After a commercial venture to convert the home to offices was abandoned, the City of Ocoee acquired the house in 1984. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987. Made from pine cut and milled on this site, it is an example of Stick Victorian style architecture. One of the finest houses in west Orange County, it was one of the first to have concealed electrical wiring and closets. The city restored the house following its acquisition using a combination of city funds and a State of Florida grant. The downstairs rooms is available for rental and is suitable for smaller gatherings or to support an outside event. A modern catering kitchen is available. Lake Tilden, also considered part of nearby Black Lake, is a natural freshwater lake on the west side of Orlando, Florida, in Orange County, Florida. This lake, with some swampy shores, meets Black Lake on its northwest side. To the south side of the lake is Florida State Road 429, a toll highway. Residential housing developments are on the southwest and north sides of the lake. The entire lake is surrounded by private property, so there is no public access to this lake. Water Quality The water quality in Lake Tilden is very stable. Dating back to September 1, 1971, there have been approximately 7,082 water samples collected from Lake Tilden with samples ranging on a scale from 0 (highest quality) to 100 (lowest quality). The current water quality of Lake Tilden is 54 and has ranged from 38 to 65 since the first sample was collected in 1971. The limiting nutrient in Lake Tilden is phosphorus. The lake contains nitrogen, another nutrient required by plant life, and chlorophyll, which is a measure of algae abundance. Water clarity is also another feature of Lake Tilden with the latest Secchi disk reading being 1.97 feet (0.60 m) with a historic range of 0.33 to 12 feet (0.10 to 3.66 m).Wildlife Lake Tilden is home to many of Central Florida's native species that resides in and around the shores of lakes. One of the most common species found in Lake Tilden is the Largemouth Bass, a common freshwater sport fishing species. Residents of the area rave about the tremendous fishing the lake has when it comes to Catfish, Tilapia, and Bass. Size Comparative to Lakes in the area Lake Tilden is quite small with only having a surface area of about 40 acres. The lakes average depth is 10ft but its deepest point is 36ft down. This depth allows for many different species of wildlife and vegetation to strive in Lake Tilden. Location Lake Tilden is located at 28.5199° N, 81.5932° W, it is approximately 12 miles west-southwest of downtown Orlando.The area that surrounds Lake Tilden is very industrialized with many neighborhoods and shopping centers surrounding the area. Winter Garden Regional shopping center as well as Winter Garden Regal are two huge shopping centers that are within 2.5 miles of Lake Tilden. As well as shopping centers, Windsor Park Golf Club is within 2 miles of the lake. These developments raise concern for the future of the water quality in Lake Tilden due to the massive amounts of pesticides that golf courses use to fertilize the land as well as the pollution that comes from massive shopping malls. The water quality in Lake Tilden, as mentioned above, is very good, so we can hope that the risk of pollution is low.

Woman's Club of Ocoee is a national historic site located at 10 North Lakewood Avenue, Ocoee, Florida in Orange County.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.
