Seymour High School is a secondary school at 2 Botsford Road in Seymour, Connecticut in the United States.

The Sanford-Humphreys House is a historic house at 61-63 West Street in Seymour, Connecticut. The house has a construction history dating to the 1790s, and is associated with two prominent figures in Seymour's history: Samuel Sanford, the area's first doctor, and General David Humphreys, a soldier, diplomat, and businessman who developed the first textile mills in the area. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

The Downtown Seymour Historic District encompasses most of the historic downtown of Seymour, Connecticut. Sandwiched between Connecticut Route 8 and the tracks of the former Naugatuck Railroad line, now the Waterbury Branch, it developed in the mid-19th century as a successful industrial center dominated by the production of brass goods. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

The surviving elements of the complex, its structures now converted to private residential use, were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

Great Hill Cemetery is a cemetery in Seymour, Connecticut, also known as Hookman's cemetery. The site was established in the 18th century, and it is still active today. It is located in a section of woods known as Great Hill.

Extending south from Maple Street, the district exemplifies the rapid commercial growth of the city at that time. Its most prominent feature is the Ansonia Opera House, built 1870. It is located at 53 South Cliff, in an architecturally distinguished Richardsonian Romanesque building designed by Connecticut architect George Keller and completed in 1892 as a gift from Caroline Phelps Stokes. The U.S. Post Office-Ansonia Main, also known as the Ansonia Main Post Office, is located at 237 Main Street in Ansonia, Connecticut. Designed by Oscar Wenderoth and completed in 1914, it is one of the more architecturally sophisticated buildings in Ansonia's central business district. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

The Chatfield Farmstead is a historic farmstead at 265 Seymour Road in Woodbridge, Connecticut. Developed in the late 19th century, it includes a particularly well preserved period barn. The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010. It is currently operated as the Bladen Valley Farm.
