Westfield Albany

Albany Lakes Civic Park is a public park located in Albany, New Zealand, a suburb of Auckland. It is adjacent to the Westfield Albany shopping mall, in the centre of a new commercial/town centre area that is being developed. The park comprises two artificial lakes that serve both as landscape features and stormwater ponds. The lakes were created in the late 2000s, though the park took somewhat longer to finish, and much of the new vegetation is still in the process of growing in as of 2010.Providing an assembly/grassland area allowing up to 10,000 people to the north of the lakes, the park was designated as one of the 'fan zones' for the Rugby World Cup 2011.

North Harbour Stadium is a stadium situated in Albany, in North Shore City, New Zealand. It was opened in 1997, after nearly a decade of discussion, planning and construction. Rugby union, association football, rugby league, and baseball are all played on the main ground. The neighbouring oval plays host to the senior cricket and Australian rules football matches. The stadium also hosts large open-air concerts.

Massey University Library (Māori: Te Putanga ki te ao Mātauranga) is the library system of Massey University, serving the teaching, research, and study needs of staff, on-campus, and distance students. The library operates campus libraries at the university's three locations: Auckland, Palmerston North, and Wellington. In addition to the campus libraries, the library system includes an offsite storage facility and the University Archives, both located at the Manawatū campus.

Albany (Māori: Ōkahukura) is one of the northernmost suburbs of the contiguous Auckland metropolitan area in New Zealand. It is located to the north of the Waitematā Harbour, 15 kilometres (9 mi) northwest of the Auckland city centre. The suburb is in the Albany ward, one of the thirteen administrative divisions of Auckland Council. Much of the land to the north of Albany is still semi-rural. The Māori name for the area was Okahukura (literally, 'place of rainbows' or 'place of butterflies'). The town was originally known as Lucas Creek. By 1890 it was a fruit-growing area and in that year it was renamed 'Albany' after the fruit-growing district called 'Albany' in Australia, pronounced with a short 'a' as in Albert. The name Albany derives from Alba (Gaelic for Scotland) and its Latinisation.

Pinehurst School is a private education institute located in Auckland, New Zealand with a roll of approximately 1100 students. The institute was established on 3 March 1991, The school is relatively new compared to the other private schools in the region of Albany, though has matured greatly over the past 30 years. 2021 was the 30th anniversary of the school. The school is well known for its students' success in IGCSE examination syndicate and was granted the University of Cambridge fellowship in 2007 for their outstanding results in these examinations. Also in the year 2007, the leader of the National party John Key opened the new arts and drama facility. In 2015 the school proposed a new college block and a new multi-sports area to replace existing tennis courts. A new library block was completed in November 2019, and was official opened on 10 February 2020, by Erica Stanford, MP of East Coast Bays. A new block named College 5 is planned to replace the village area. It is planned to contain a music theatre, seating 250, and new classrooms.

Oteha is an Auckland suburb, which is under local governance of Auckland Council. The area is defined by Oteha Valley Road on the north, East Coast Road on the east, Spencer Road on the south, and the Auckland Northern Motorway on the west. Until the very end of the 20th century, the area was rural.

Albany Senior High School is a state coeducational senior secondary school situated in North Harbour, Auckland, New Zealand. Opened in February 2009, it was New Zealand's first state senior secondary school, catering for students in Years 11 to 13 (ages 14 to 18) only; most New Zealand secondary schools traditionally cater for Years 9 to 13. As of February 2023, the school has a roll of 477 students.

The Upper Harbour Local Board is one of the 21 local boards of the Auckland Council, and is one of the two boards overseen by the council's Albany Ward councillors. The board is named for the upper reaches of Auckland's Waitematā Harbour. Its administrative area consists of the suburbs clustered around the upper reaches, and covers much of the north of Auckland's North Shore and part of West Auckland.The board is governed by six board members elected at-large.

City Impact Church (CIC) is a pentecostal church based in Auckland, New Zealand. It operates a network of satellite churches across New Zealand, and in Canada, India, Mexico, the Philippines, and Tonga. It operates several community outreach programmes in New Zealand, including a school, a "Community Impact" support programme, and three childcare centers.

Pinehill is a small suburb in the East Coast Bays area of Auckland, New Zealand. Pinehill contains two shopping centres, one along East Coast Road and the other along Greville Road. The suburb has only recently grown because of the housing estates being built in the area for the rapidly growing Albany area. Pinehill is regularly serviced by buses which go to Takapuna and the Auckland city centre. The Auckland Northern Motorway passes to the west of the suburb.

Bay City Park, is a multi-purpose stadium in the suburb of Oteha in Auckland, New Zealand. It is used for football matches and cricket and is the home stadium of NRFL Championship side East Coast Bays.

Rosedale Park, is a reserve and sports ground in the suburb of Rosedale in Auckland, New Zealand. It is the home ground of NRFL Division 2 side Albany United, North Harbour Softball and North Harbour Hockey.Rosedale park also has a playground, fitness equipment, picnic tables, and a 9-hole frisbee golf course.
