Pelicans Ballpark (previously known as Coastal Federal Field, BB&T Coastal Field, and TicketReturn.com Field) is located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and is the home field of the Myrtle Beach Pelicans, a minor league affiliate of the Chicago Cubs in the Carolina League. The stadium, located just off Highway 17 in Myrtle Beach, opened in 1999. It holds up to 6,599 people. Since its opening, it has been the finish point of the annual Myrtle Beach Marathon, held annually in March.On April 16, 2021, Myrtle Beach Pelicans leaders told WPDE-TV that the facility would need a significant investments in order to keep Minor League Baseball there. The most urgent upgrades to Pelicans Ballpark are to the visiting and home clubhouses, additional team facilities for women staff members, and upgrades to lighting and wall height. The team general manager told the city council during its budget retreat that it is likely to cost $15 million to bring the stadium's current player development facilities up to par and that the stadium won't last another 20 years as it stands.On April 27, 2023, it was announced that the team’s lease agreement with the city of Myrtle Beach and Horry County will expire at the end of this season. Pelicans Ballpark is due for major upgrades worth tens of millions, but some members of county council want out of the deal with one council member asking if they could sell their share for $1. The county attorney stated it was a horrible contract and that the only way the can get out of the contract is to breach it, which is a possibility.

The Hollywood Wax Museum in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is the fourth wax museum owned and operated by descendants of Spoony Singh. Opened on June 14, 2014, it is located at 21st Avenue North and U.S. 17 Bypass as a part of Broadway at the Beach. It features replicas of United States celebrities in film, television and music, as well as a NASCAR set and a section devoted to horror villains. The building is a tribute to the U.S. film industry and includes the 35-foot-tall Great Ape of Myrtle Beach climbing the Empire State Building as a tribute to King Kong (1933 film)

Myrtle Beach Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Depot is a historic train station located at Myrtle Beach in Horry County, South Carolina. It was built in 1937 by the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad, and is one-story rectangular building was constructed with the standard ACL bi-level floor plan that has a raised freight room with steps leading down to the lobby/office area. It features exterior architectural detailing reflecting Colonial Revival, Craftsman, and Mission stylistic influences.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

Myrtle Waves is a water park attraction in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the largest of the five water parks in the area and in the state. The park has been operating each season since opening on June 1, 1985. As of the 2019 season it featured 22 slides and attractions across 12 water rides. The park is owned by Lazarus Entertainment Group which also maintains the Broadway Grand Prix and Wild Water and Wheels family entertainment venues in Myrtle Beach.In 2017, the park's ten story tall "Turbo Twisters" attraction was featured on the Travel Channel's Xtreme Waterparks show in.Lazarus was sued in 2019 by a customer who alleged she contracted a flesh-eating organism at the Wild Water and Wheels park in 2017. Both Wild Water and Wheels and Myrtle Waves passed inspection by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control at the time.

Broadway at the Beach is a shopping center and entertainment complex located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Broadway at the Beach is owned and operated by Burroughs & Chapin. The $250 million attraction is set on 350 acres (1.4 km2) in the heart of Myrtle Beach and features three theaters, over 20 restaurants and over 100 specialty shops as well as attractions, Clubs for the night, and hotels, all surrounding the 23-acre (93,000 m2) Lake Broadway. Broadway at the Beach receives upwards of 14 million visitors annually.

Mad Mouse was a very compact roller coaster located at the Myrtle Beach Pavilion. Built by Arrow Dynamics in 1998, Mad Mouse was the first of 4 "Mad Mouse" design models installed by Arrow Dynamics (the other three being at Cedar Fair parks, which are Michigan's Adventure, Valleyfair, and California's Great America, in which that one is called Psycho Mouse). The ride cost a modest $2,000,000 and was a part of a 2 roller coaster expansion in 2 years (the other being Hurricane in 2000). The ride closed with the Pavilion on September 30, 2006. It is currently up for sale by Parc Management, LLC.

The Myrtle Beach Pavilion was a historic pay-per-ride, no parking fee, 11-acre amusement park that was located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina at the corner of 9th Avenue North and Ocean Boulevard. It was just a few blocks down from another Myrtle Beach amusement park, the Family Kingdom Amusement Park; both in the "heart" of Myrtle Beach. "The Pavilion" had well over 40 different attractions for kids and thrill-seekers alike, and included the wooden rollercoaster Hurricane: Category 5. Despite all the best efforts made by citizens to save the park, it was lost to redevelopment in 2007. While the park was officially closed and became a vacant lot on 9th Avenue and Ocean Boulevard in 2007, some of the rides and attractions were moved to Broadway at the Beach. Broadway at the Beach and the land at 9th Avenue are both owned by Burroughs & Chapin.

Myrtle Beach Convention Center is an 8,000-seat multi-purpose arena in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. It hosts various local concerts, conventions, and sporting events for the Myrtle Beach area.

Hurricane: Category 5 was a Custom Coasters International wooden roller coaster located at the Myrtle Beach Pavilion. It replaced the Corkscrew roller coaster which existed since the late 1970s. The Pavilion unveiled their multimillion-dollar coaster 6 May 2000. During operation, Hurricane held the record for being the tallest, fastest, and longest wooden roller coaster in South Carolina. The ride closed with the Pavilion on 30 September 2006. Although Burroughs & Chapin attempted to sell the ride along with the Haunted Hotel, Log Flume, Treasure Hunt, and a few other rides, the ride was deemed too expensive a task to dismantle and relocate, and was ultimately demolished in March 2007. The only part of the ride not demolished were the two Gerstlauer trains used on the ride. These trains were shipped to Kings Island, an amusement park in Mason, Ohio. They were then repainted and installed on Son of Beast, which was at the time the world's tallest and fastest wooden roller coaster. Son of Beast was later demolished on 20 November 2012, following an incident that occurred in 2009.

WRNN-FM (99.5 MHz) is a news/talk radio station licensed to Socastee, South Carolina, and serves the Grand Strand area. The station is licensed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to broadcast with an effective radiated power (ERP) of 21.5 kW. The station goes by the name Hot Talk WRNN and its current slogan is "The Grand Strand's News Talk Network". Its studios and transmitter are located separately in Myrtle Beach. The station airs Mike Gallagher, Clay Travis and Buck Sexton, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, and Rich Valdes. A local morning talk show hosted by Dave Priest & Leanne Graham also airs.

Peaches Corner is a restaurant in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, United States. It has operated since 1937. The menu includes burgers and French fries, corn dogs and hot dogs, and beer. The business has been operated by the same family since 1945. The restaurant has a seating capacity of 56 people. It has a food challenge; the Peaches Challenge includes a Peaches Double-Stacker (double/double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise), a foot-long hot dog with chili, coleslaw, mustard, and onions, a large order of chili cheese fries, and a peach milkshake.

The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk & Promenade, located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, runs 1.2 miles (1.9 km) along the oceanfront from the Pier 14 at 14th Avenue North to the 2nd Avenue Pier at 2nd Avenue North. The promenade officially opened in May 2010 at a cost of nearly $6.4 million. National Geographic has ranked Myrtle Beach Boardwalk number three in the United States, while Travel and Leisure ranked the boardwalk number two.
