Echo Brickell is a skyscraper in the Brickell district of Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. It was developed by Kevin P. Maloney's Property Markets Group.

1450 Brickell, is an all-office skyscraper in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. It is 540 feet (165 m) tall with 35 floors. It is adjacent to One Broadway in Downtown Miami's southern Brickell Financial District. The building is located on the corner of Brickell Avenue and Broadway. Designed by Nichols Architects, and developed by The Rilea Group, the building contains more than 580,000 square feet (54,000 m2) of office space and 10,000 square feet of ground level retail. The project is one of several new office buildings to open in Downtown Miami in 2010.

Brickell ( BRIK-əl) is a neighborhood in Miami, Florida, historically referenced at times as Southside (being south of the Miami River), located directly east of Interstate 95, south of the Miami River and north of Coconut Grove. Brickell is known as the financial district of Miami, as well as South Florida. Brickell was founded in the mid-19th century, growing to become Miami's "Millionaire's Row" in the early 20th century after the construction of lavish mansions along Brickell Avenue by Mary Brickell; both the avenue and neighborhood were named for Ms. Brickell and her husband, William Brickell. By the 1970s, office towers, hotels and apartments began replacing the historic mansions. Church of Our Savior, MCC, is located at 2011 S. Federal Highway, Boynton Beach, Florida. It is affiliated with the Metropolitan Community Church, a Protestant denomination with special outreach to the LGBTQ community. Like other MCC churches, it celebrates the Eucharist once a week, and practices open communion, meaning that recipients need not be a member of it or any other church to participate. According to former pastor Renwick Bell, "MCC churches traditionally are a mixture of many faith traditions.... At Church of Our Savior we attempt to reach each and every person on their faith journey. We appreciate the diversity of faith traditions represented by our congregants and we attempt to touch each of these very special traditions at some time during our worship." Wendy Woodruff, "we want them to know this is a place of refuge, a place of sanctuary, that they don't have to fear being here." According to her, "I feel called to serve the community as a whole, as well as the church community. We are called to carry the message of God's love for ALL, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, race, language, abled-ness, country of birth, or any of the many things that draw us apart."

Brickell Arch is an office skyscraper in Brickell in Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. It was designed by the architectural firm of Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates PC (KPF). The 505-foot (154-meter), 36-story building is located on the southern end of Brickell Avenue in the Financial District. On April 18, 2012, the AIA's Florida Chapter placed the building on its list of Florida Architecture: 100 Years. 100 Places.Brickell Arch features a concave parabola design on its front glass façade, loosely mimicking the Gateway Arch in St. Louis. One of Miami's common nicknames is "The Gateway to Latin America", which also closely resembles St. Louis's nickname, "The Gateway to the West". It is said to welcome people to the United States as the arch welcomes people to the west.The building is the North American headquarters for the Espírito Santo Bank and contains some Class A office space. A Conrad Hotel as well as some residential units occupy the remaining space. The building opened July 1, 2004, and is located at 1395 Brickell Avenue, less than a block from the Financial District Metromover Station. The building has been featured twice in Burn Notice, once as headquarters for a defense contractor, and again in a skyline shot.

Brickell House is a condominium tower in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida. It was built by Newgard Development Group. Proposed in 2011, the tower stands at roughly 500 feet (152 m) with 46 floors and is opened in 2014. Construction began in spring of 2012, making it one of the first condominium projects to go ahead in Miami since the 2007 housing bust and late 2000s recession. Construction of the tower was estimated to create 300 to 400 jobs. The financing model, popular in Latin America, is for the $170 million project is for at least 70% of the units are presold before construction begins, which ensures financing and reduces the likelihood of foreclosure. The tower is located in Miami's Brickell Financial District at 1330 Brickell Bay Drive. It features 374 units and a robotic parking garage. Units ranged from 400 sq ft (37 m2) studios to 1,438 sq ft (134 m2) 3-bedroom units, as well as 1,775 sq ft (165 m2) penthouses. The ground level features retail and restaurant space. The architect is Sieger Suarez and the interior designer is Yabu Pushelberg. Brickell House is located one block east of the Financial District Metromover station and three blocks southeast of the Brickell Metrorail and Metromover transfer station. In 2015, management and design issues led to a closure of the robotic parking garage, which had already been operating slower than expected

Financial District is a Metromover station in the Brickell neighborhood of Downtown, Miami, Florida. The station is located near the intersection of Southeast 14th Street and Brickell Avenue, just one block east of South Miami Avenue and south of Coral Way. It opened to service May 26, 1994 and is the southern terminus of the people mover system. This station marks the beginning and end of the line for the Brickell loop. After a train reaches this final station, the train will return to complete another full loop around the neighborhoods of Brickell and Downtown Miami.

Petit Douy, or Château Petit Douy, is a City of Miami historic property located at 1500 Brickell Avenue in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida, USA. The two-story Period Revival French Château was built in 1931, designed by architect Martin L. Hampton. The then-residential house was nominated for historic designation in 1983 by the City of Miami. The design and name of the house was inspired by a château in Douy, France, after its original owners, local attorneys John Murrell and Ethel Murrell, visited that country.Located in an expensive and highly redeveloped luxury market, the zoning was changed to restrict uses such as condominiums to prevent demolition; however, the new zoning allowed commercial use of the property such as a storefront, office or restaurant. The property was sold to the owner of a pharmaceutical company in 2006. In 2015, the building began renovation to be turned into a restaurant or a club.

One Broadway is a residential skyscraper in the city of Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in Downtown's southern Brickell Financial District, an area of increased density with the recent building boom in Miami. The 37-story tower was completed in 2005, and is located at 1451 South Miami Avenue, two blocks west of Brickell Avenue. The building is near Southeast/Southwest 15th Road, which is known as Broadway in Brickell. The building was closed in the early 2020s for more than a year for a major renovation, including a new glass façade.

The Palace is a residential high-rise building located in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida, United States. Standing at 400 feet (120 meters), the building is currently the 74th-tallest building in the city. The building is located at 1541 Brickell Avenue. The Palace houses 42 floors, and was completed in 1981 by real estate magnate Harry Helmsley. The building was designed by the renowned Arquitectonica architectural firm, and MEP engineering services were provided by Franyie Engineers, Inc. (franyie.com). The building was the first condominium high-rise tower to be exclusively represented and sold by real estate broker Alicia Cervera, founder and chairman of Cervera Real Estate.
