The Ronil Royale Hotel, opened circa 1987, is located in North Goa, India, and consists of twenty-four rooms. Its name is a portmanteau of Robustiano do Rosario Barreto (RO) and Nilda Souza Xavier Barreto (NIL). There are five partners of the hotel including Donna Nilda, (born 1918–19). As of 2011, the hotel ownership remains with the immediate family of the Barretos, with the youngest of the sons, Advocate Cipriano Barreto, running the hotel as a managing director for the family, with Sanil Costa Frais being the general manager. It is one of the first Goan style hotels in Calangute Baga.

The Hotel de l’Orient is an 18th-century hotel in Puducherry, India. It was founded in 1664 by the Compagnie des Indes Orientales (French East India Company).

Baga Creek is a tidal estuary in the state of Goa, India located near the town of Baga at 15°33′48″N 73°44′55″E.

Saligão ([saːɭɡãːw]) is a census town in North Goa district in the Indian state of Goa. It is surrounded by the villages of Porvorim, Parra, Guirim, Sangolda, Pilerne, Candolim, Calangute and Nagoa and is in Bardez Taluka of Goa. It is 10 km from Panjim the capital of Goa, 6 km from Mapusa the capital of Bardez Taluka, and 3 km from the Calangute beach.

Calangute is a town in the North Goa district of the Indian state of Goa. It is famous for its beach, the largest in North Goa and a popular tourist destination. The peak tourist season is during Christmas and New Year, and during the summer in May. During the monsoon season, from June through September, the sea can be rough and swimming is prohibited. The beach offers water sport activities like parasailing and water skiing, among others.

Parra is a village on the outskirts of Mapusa town Bardez sub-district, North Goa, India. It has traditionally been known as a village that has grown luscious watermelons. In recent times, the village is facing considerable urbanisation and social change.

Anjuna ([ɦɔɳzuɳẽ]) is a village located on the coast of North Goa, India. It is a Census Town, one of the twelve Brahmin comunidades of Bardez. It is mostly a tourist destination. Its church, St. Michael's Church, Anjuna, founded in 1595, is dedicated to S. Miguel, and celebrates the feasts of S. Miguel (29 September) and Nossa Senhora Advogada (second week of January). There are three large chapels in the parish: the one to S. Antonio (Praias), to Nossa Senhora de Saude (Mazalvaddo), and to Nossa Senhora de Piedade (Grande Chinvar). The chapel at Vagator became the church of the new parish of Vagator, dedicated to S. Antonio, in the twentieth century.

St. Michael's Church is a historic Roman Catholic church located in Anjuna, Goa state, India. It is one of the oldest churches still standing in Goa. It was built in 1613, to serve Goan Catholics in early colonial Portuguese India.
