The Amertec Building was an office building, located at 149 W 21st St, Hialeah, Florida.

The Hialeah Park Race Track (also known as the Hialeah Race Track or Hialeah Park) is a historic racetrack in Hialeah, Florida. Its site covers 40 square blocks of central-east side Hialeah from Palm Avenue east to East 4th Avenue, and from East 22nd Street on the south to East 32nd Street on the north. On March 5, 1979, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. Another listing for it was added in 1988. The Hialeah Park Race Track is served by the Miami Metrorail at the Hialeah Station at Palm Avenue and East 21st Street.

Hialeah Hospital is a 378-bed acute care hospital started by Seventh-day Adventist physicians based on the health and Christian principles advocated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church, with the motto: "Christian Care Through Modern Medical Science." It is located in Hialeah, Florida with a medical staff of over 900 employees. It has grown to be one of the largest private hospitals in Florida. Hospital services include a Senior ER and an Acute Care for the Elderly (ACE) unit.

Miami Springs Senior High School is a secondary school located at 751 Dove Avenue in Miami Springs, Florida, United States; its principal is Nelson Gonzalez (2022–Present). The school is part of Miami-Dade County Public School's nationally accredited magnet program, specializing in travel and tourism, the oldest of its kind in the state of Florida (established in 1987). As of 2011, Miami Springs offers IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) courses and the iTech academy; hosting advanced computer programming and mechanical engineering courses. Miami Springs serves ninth through twelfth grade students in the city of Miami Springs, the village of Virginia Gardens, the town of Medley, the southern portion of the city of Hialeah (south of 29th Street, and south of 25th Street after Hialeah Park) and a small unincorporated residential neighborhood east of Miami International Airport. It used to serve the western Miami suburb of Doral until 2006, when a new high school was built in that area. Beginning in the 2007-2008 school year, the opening of Westland Hialeah High School in the southern portion of Hialeah removed the entire portion of southern Hialeah served by the school and located West of Palm Avenue; however, all portions of the boundary located east of Palm Avenue in Hialeah remained served by the school.

The Clune Building (also known as the Stadnik Building) is a historic site in Miami Springs, Florida. It is located at 45 Curtiss Parkway. On November 1, 1985, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. It was a work of Curtiss & Bright.The Miami Springs Historical Museum was formerly located in the building, above Stadnik's Miami Springs Pharmacy, but moved to another location in 2006.

Tri-Rail and Metrorail Transfer station is a Metrorail and Tri-Rail interchange station in Hialeah, Florida, northwest of the city of Miami proper. This station is located near the intersection of East 25th Street and East 11th Avenue in Hialeah, Florida, officially opening for service on March 6, 1989. The station was built as a connection for the Tri-Rail and Metrorail rail systems; though the Amtrak station, which is served by the Silver Meteor and Silver Star, is located only a few blocks away, it is not officially connected to this station. The Amtrak station was scheduled to be moved to the Miami Intermodal Center by late 2018, but was delayed by several years due to a platform length issue. A third Tri-Rail/Metrorail transfer station will begin service by 2023 at MiamiCentral, which provides direct access into Downtown Miami along with additional transfer options such as Brightline and Metromover.

Okeechobee station is a Metrorail station in Hialeah, Florida. The station is located at the intersection of West 20th Street and Okeechobee Road (US 27), one block south of the Hialeah Expressway (SR 934). It opened to passenger service on May 19, 1985, and was previously the northwestern terminus of the Metrorail system until Palmetto station opened in 2003.

Miami station is a train station in Miami-Dade County, Florida, on the border of Miami and Hialeah. It is the southern terminus for Amtrak's Silver Meteor and Silver Star trains. The station opened in 1978 to replace a 48-year-old Seaboard Air Line Railroad station. It is several blocks away from the Tri-Rail and Metrorail Transfer Station, but there is no direct connection between the two. The station was meant to be replaced in the mid-2010s by the Miami Intermodal Center next to the airport just to the south, but the platforms were too short (they can accommodate 10 car trains but not 12 car trains that are used in the winter). Negotiations are ongoing between Amtrak and FDOT, with a goal to come to an agreement in 2023.

The Osceola Apartment Hotel (also known as Azure Villas) is a historic hotel in Miami Springs, Florida. It is located at 200 Azure Way. On November 1, 1985, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

Hialeah ( HY-ə-LEE-ə; Latin American Spanish: [xaʝaˈli.a]) is a city in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. With a population of 223,109 as of the 2020 census, Hialeah is the sixth-largest city in Florida. It is the second largest city by population in the Miami metropolitan area of South Florida, which was home to an estimated 6,198,782 people at the 2018 census. It is located west-northwest of Miami, and is one of a few places in the county—others being Homestead, Miami Beach, Surfside, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles Beach, and Golden Beach—to have its own street grid numbered separately from the rest of the county (which is otherwise based on Miami Avenue at Flagler Street in Downtown Miami, the county seat). The city is notable for its high Hispanic proportion, which at 94.0% is the second-highest proportion of Hispanic Americans of any city in the United States outside of Puerto Rico, and the highest proportion among incorporated communities outside of Puerto Rico. Hialeah also has the highest percentage of Cuban and Cuban American residents of any city in the United States, at 73.37% of the population, making them a prominent feature of the city's culture. Hialeah also has one of the largest Spanish-speaking communities in the country. In 2016, 96.3% of residents reported speaking Spanish at home, and the language is an important part of daily life in the city. Hialeah is served by the Miami Metrorail at the Okeechobee, Hialeah, and Tri-Rail/Metrorail Transfer stations. The Okeechobee and Hialeah stations serve primarily as park-and-ride commuter stations for commuters and residents going into Downtown Miami, and the Tri-Rail station for Miami International Airport and north to West Palm Beach.
