Forbes Park is a private subdivision, gated community, and barangay in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. Established in 1949, Forbes Park was named after William Cameron Forbes, the fifth American Governor-General of the Philippines during the American Insular Government. The subdivision is divided into Forbes Park North and Forbes Park South by McKinley Road and is bounded roughly by Epifanio de los Santos Avenue to the northwest, Taguig (Fort Bonifacio which includes Bonifacio Global City) to the east, the Maricaban Creek to the south and southeast, and Acacia Avenue/Dasmariñas Village to the west. It was the first gated village in the Philippines to be developed by Ayala Corporation, Forbes Park was a catalyst for urban development in Makati. Forbes Park is home to the Manila Golf and Country Club and the Manila Polo Club. It has been called the "Beverly Hills of Manila" and many of the country's wealthiest families, as well as foreign diplomats, live there.The Santuario de San Antonio Parish, a Franciscan church, and San Antonio Plaza, a small commercial center, lie between North and South Forbes Park. Meanwhile, the Church of the Holy Trinity, an Anglican-Episcopalian pro-cathedral, is just across the street.

The Kalayaan Flyover, also known as the EDSA–Kalayaan Flyover, is a four-lane flyover connecting Gil Puyat Avenue, Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA), Kalayaan Avenue, and 32nd Street in Metro Manila, the Philippines. Located primarily in Makati with a short portion in Taguig, it facilitates access from the Makati Central Business District to the Bonifacio Global City and, ultimately, to Circumferential Road 5 (C-5). Preparation work for the flyover began in 1997, when the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) announced the construction of two new primary access points to the Bonifacio Global City, with the flyover serving as the main western access point to the area. Designed by Katahira & Engineers Asia, actual construction of the flyover began in late 1997 with the construction of the segment between Gil Puyat Avenue and EDSA, contracted to the Uy-Pajara Construction Company. Work on the segment between Kalayaan Avenue and the Bonifacio Global City meanwhile began in April 1999, with the work being contracted to F.F. Cruz and Co., one of the Philippines' largest construction companies. Capable of holding up to 4,000 vehicles at one time, the flyover would reduce travel times between Makati and the Bonifacio Global City to five minutes by providing a direct connection between the two business districts instead of needing to route vehicles through EDSA.The 1.5-kilometer (0.93 mi) flyover was inaugurated by President Joseph Estrada and other government officials on January 25, 2000. Although promoted as a public project, it has been rumored that the ₱950 million spent for the flyover's construction did not come from public funds, but rather was underwritten by the First Pacific group through their local subsidiary, Metro Pacific.Despite being a flyover, the entire road is designated as National Route 191 (N191) of the Philippine highway network.

Nielson Field (Luzon, the Philippines) was the location of the Far East Air Force headquarters. Most of the aircraft of the FEAF were based at either Clark Field or Nichols Field. The cultural site was an Honourable Mention in the 2001 UNESCO Asia Pacific Heritage Awards.

McKinley Exchange Corporate Center is a 5-story commercial building, part of a mixed-use complex developed by Ayala Land Inc. as part of the ₱65 billion redevelopment and rebranding of the city of Makati. It is located along McKinley Road corner EDSA in Barangay Dasmariñas and was slated to become the new transport hub of Makati. It is also one of the newest upcoming PEZA-accredited zones, soon to be at par with other 39 Makati zones such as Zuellig Building, RCBC Plaza, and Makati Stock Exchange. Unlike typical commercial offices in the Philippines, tenants or locators of the McKinley Exchange Corporate Center are required to regularly update the Makati government with a list of their labor requirements, so they can hire and prioritize qualified city residents. Tenants are also required to provide a list of training schools or centers that can teach disqualified candidates so they can be reconsidered for employment.

Discovery Primea is a 68-storey mixed-use residential tower and one of the tallest buildings in the Philippines located in Makati along Ayala Avenue. It stands on the former Gilarmi Apartments, one of the earliest urban residential condominiums built in the Makati Central Business District. JTKC, Inc. is the developer of the residential condominium and one of earliest developer of residential condominium units in the Philippines. The latter also owns the Discovery Suites, a service-apartment in the Ortigas Center business district in Mandaluyong. The residential tower was opened in 2015.

InterContinental Manila (colloquially Intercon/ICM) was a five-star InterContinental hotel located on Ayala Avenue in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. At the time of its closure, it is the longest operating international chain hotel in the Philippines. It was designed by National Artist Leandro Locsin.The hotel opened on April 11, 1969 and ceased operations on December 31, 2015. It was the first 5-star hotel in Makati and the second InterContinental hotel in Asia. All of its 332 guest rooms and suites were updated in 2006 to incorporate traditional and modern Filipino design.

One Ayala is an under construction mixed-use development developed by Ayala Land located at Ayala Center in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. The development is located across Glorietta mall and occupies the former InterContinental Manila and EDSA Carpark sites. One Ayala aims to combine retail, hotel, and office facilities in a single contiguous space. Construction began in 2016 with the demolition of InterContinental Manila and EDSA Carpark and parts of the development opened in 2022.

The One Roxas Triangle, also known as the One Roxas Triangle Tower 1 or Roxas Triangle Tower One, is a residential condominium skyscraper located in Makati, Philippines. It is owned by Roxas Land Corp., and was developed by the combined efforts of Ayala Land, Inc., Hongkong Land, Ltd. and Bank of the Philippine Islands. It stands at 174.3 metres (571.85 feet), it is currently the 8th-tallest complete building in Makati, and the 15th tallest complete building in the Philippines.

Kalayaan Avenue is a major east–west route in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. For most of its length, it runs parallel to J.P. Rizal Avenue to the north from East Rembo near Fort Bonifacio to Barangay Singkamas by the border with San Andres, Manila. It is interrupted by Bel-Air Village between Rockwell Drive and Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA). The avenue is designated as a component of Radial Road 4 (R-4) of the Metro Manila Arterial Road System and its segment east of EDSA is designated as a component of National Route 190 of the Philippine highway network.

Makati Tuscany is a 27-storey residential building in Ayala Avenue, in Makati beside Discovery Primea. It has a height of 95 m (311.68 ft). It was completed in 1976.

McKinley Road is a tree-lined avenue linking the central business districts of Makati and Bonifacio Global City, Taguig in Metro Manila, Philippines. It is a continuation of Ayala Avenue, south of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA), which runs for approximately 1.9 kilometers (1.2 mi) through the affluent neighborhoods of Forbes Park and Dasmariñas Village. It is home to the exclusive Manila Polo Club and the Manila Golf and Country Club. McKinley Road has a residential character dominated by mansions with high walls and elaborate gates. At its centerpiece is the Spanish Mission style Santuario de San Antonio Parish church that faces the San Antonio Plaza, the main public square of Forbes Park. A small arcade stands on the opposite side of the plaza which houses a Rustan's grocery, a gourmet deli, a few cafés, and a bookstore. The rest of Forbes Park on both sides of McKinley is closed to non-residents.
