The Woodlands Country Club is a private golf club in the southern United States, located in The Woodlands, Texas, a suburb north of Houston. The 99-hole complex comprises five courses: Tournament Course, Palmer Course (27 holes), Player Course, North Course, and West Course.

The venue features 6,500 covered seats and up to 10,000 uncovered lawn capacity.

Hackett Tower, also known as Anadarko Tower II, is a 31-story 408 feet (124.36 m) skyscraper located in The Woodlands, Texas. It is currently the second tallest building in Montgomery County, Texas, after Allison Tower. It is certified under the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program.

Allison Tower, formerly Anadarko Tower, is a 32-story, 439 feet (133.81 m) skyscraper located in The Woodlands, Texas. It is currently the tallest building in Montgomery County, Texas and the tallest building between Houston and Dallas. It also was the first office complex in The Woodlands, Texas to achieve LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification by the U.S. Green Building Council as verification that the facility meets the highest green building and performance measures. The Anadarko Tower also has earned the Energy Star Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for its savings on energy consumption.

The Woodlands Mall is a two-story, enclosed shopping mall located at the intersection of Interstate 45 and Lake Woodlands Drive in the community of The Woodlands in unincorporated Montgomery County, Texas, United States, north of Houston. The Woodlands Mall features six anchor stores: Dick's Sporting Goods, Dillard's, Forever 21, JCPenney, Macy's, and Nordstrom. With a gross leasable area of 1,350,000 square feet (125,000 m2), The Woodlands Mall is considered a super-regional mall by industry definitions. Oak Ridge North (commonly referred to as Oak Ridge) is a city in Montgomery County, Texas, United States. It is located along Interstate 45 10 miles (16 km) south of Conroe and 35 miles north of Houston. The population was 3,057 at the 2020 census.

Oak Ridge High School is a secondary school in unincorporated Montgomery County, Texas, near Conroe, and within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Shenandoah. Built in 1981, Oak Ridge High School is classified as a 6A school in the Conroe Independent School District. In 2021–2022, the school received a B grade from the Texas Education Agency. The school serves: the city of Oak Ridge North, portions of the City of Shenandoah, the town of Woodloch, and the unincorporated communities of Imperial Oaks and Tamina. It also includes the former city of Chateau Woods. The school has two campuses: The main campus for students in grades 10–12 and a 9th grade campus on an adjacent property.Oak Ridge High School housed the Conroe ISD Academy of Science and Technology, a science and technology based magnet program, from 1987 until the end of the 2007 school year when the program was transferred to The Woodlands College Park High School. The Academy for Careers in Engineering and Science, which opened in 2018–2019, operates inside the Oak Ridge 9th grade campus. Oak Ridge also supports an Air Force JROTC program.

Shenandoah is a city in Montgomery County, Texas, United States. Its population was 3,499 at the 2020 census. It is the hometown of David Vetter, the famous "boy in the plastic bubble". In 1986, the Shenandoah city council renamed Tamina School Road to David Memorial Drive in honor of Vetter.

Tamina is an unincorporated community in southern Montgomery County, Texas, United States. Tamina is located along the Missouri Pacific line, located 1 mile (1.6 km) east of Interstate 45 and 8.5 miles (13.7 km) south of the city of Conroe. James H. Berry promoted the community and named it after Tammany Hall, New York City. The letter writer submitting the name to the postal department spelled the name "Tamina." The name is pronounced "Tammany" by some of the community's older residents.

Chateau Woods is an unincorporated community in southern Montgomery County, Texas, United States, that was formerly an incorporated municipality. It is located east of Interstate 45, approximately 10 miles (16 km) south of Conroe and 27 miles (43 km) north of Houston.
