The Australian Performing Arts Grammar School (abbreviated as APGS) is an independent co-educational specialist secondary day school that specialises in creative and performing arts, located in Broadway, Glebe, an inner-city suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

The University Hall and Cottages is a heritage-listed former hotel and now student accommodation located at 281-285 Broadway in the inner western Sydney suburb of Glebe in the City of Sydney local government area of New South Wales, Australia. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.

Broadway Shopping Centre is a shopping centre in Sydney, located in the Broadway locality. It features a 500-seat Food Court and Hoyts 12-screen cinema complex along with major retailers Kmart, Coles, Target, Aldi, Dymocks Booksellers, JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, Harris Farm Markets, Rebel Sport, and over 100 specialty shops.

International House is a residential college owned and operated by The University of Sydney. Opened in 1967, the college comprised 200 undergraduate and postgraduate students from Australia and many other countries around the world. The college has suspended all operations since January 2021 until a building redevelopment can be completed.

The Chau Chak Wing Museum is a museum at the University of Sydney, Australia.It was formed by the amalgamation of the Nicholson Museum, the Macleay Museum, and the university art collection, with the building funded by businessman Chau Chak Wing.In 2021, the museum won the Museums and Galleries National Award (MAGNA) and two Museums Australasia Multimedia and Publication Design Awards (MAPDA).

The Seymour Centre is a multi-purpose performing arts centre within the University of Sydney in the Australian city of Sydney. It is located on the corner of City Rd and Cleveland St in Chippendale, just south-west of the city centre. The building was designed by architectural firm Allen Jack+Cottier and was opened in 1975. Internal refurbishments were carried out in 2000, designed by Lahz Nimmo Architects. As well as the public performance areas, the building provides accommodation for the Department of Music at the University of Sydney.

St Barnabas Anglican Church, Broadway, is an Anglican church in the Diocese of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The church property is located on Broadway, near the University of Sydney and University of Technology, Sydney.Commonly called "Barneys", the church is well known in Sydney for its church signs, including a celebrated "battle" with the publican across the road. The church would put up one sign and the hotel would have another with a witty reply to the church's sign. Some of the signs attracted the attention of the Sydney media. Arthur Stace, the "Eternity" man, was a member of the church.

The University of Sydney Library is the library system of the University of Sydney. It comprises eight locations across several campuses of the university. Its largest library, Fisher Library, is named after Thomas Fisher, an early benefactor. Among the collection are many rare items such as one of the two extant copies of the Gospel of Barnabas, and an annotated first edition of Philosophiae Naturalis Principia Mathematica by Sir Isaac Newton. In 2017, a member of staff discovered an original Giorgione sketch in Rare Books and Special Collections with a definitive date and cause of death for Giorgione, information that had been lost for over 500 years in a 1497 edition of Dante Alighieri's Divine Comedy.

The school was established in 1920.

The Ultimo Substation is a heritage-listed electrical substation located at 41 Mountain Street in the inner city Sydney suburb of Ultimo in the City of Sydney local government area of New South Wales, Australia. It was built in 1906. It is also known as #5 Mountain Street. The property is owned by Ausgrid, an agency of the Government of New South Wales. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.
