The Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities is a nonprofit, multi-use cultural facility in Arvada, Colorado, United States, which opened in 1976. The Arvada Center facility comprises the Arvada History Museum, three theatres, 10,000 square feet of art galleries, music, dance, and theatre rehearsal rooms, classrooms, a conference center, and an amphitheater.

Olde Town Arvada is a 15.1-acre (6.1 ha) historic district in Arvada, Colorado bounded by Ralston Road, Teller Road, Grandview Avenue and Yukon Street. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998. The listing included 42 contributing buildings. Its 1998 NRHP nomination stated:The district is characterized by a variety of building types, including some of the most significant historic residences in the city, the largest concentration of historic business buildings in the city, the oldest Grange hall in the state, one of the few historic industrial facilities established in Arvada, and three substantial historic churches. Many of the buildings within the district were designed to fulfill more than onex function, such as business blocks which had commercial space on the ground floor and living quarters or community halls on the upper floor. This combination of building functions within the downtown area typified Arvada's early history. Diversity of function led to the variety of construction materials, styles, landscaping, and setbacks within the district. It includes the A.L. Davis Block building (1916), at 5600 Wadsworth Boulevard (a garage and Dodge and Chevrolet dealership, built of red brick, later expanded to absorb the 1882 school building that was to its north), and the First National Bank of Arvada (1903), at 7530 Grandview Avenue. It is home to many local restaurants, breweries, taverns, and shops. The RTD commuter rail G-Line has a stop in Olde Town.

Olde Town Arvada station is a commuter rail station on the G Line of the Denver RTD system in Denver, Colorado. It is located in downtown Arvada, Colorado and is the fifth stop from Denver Union Station. The station includes 600 parking spaces in a parking garage that is shared with local businesses. Construction on the station and garage began late 2014.The public art chosen for the station is "Track Bone" by Frank Swanson and reflects how the railroad was in many ways the backbone of Arvada when it was founded in 1870. The sculpture is made of Red Colorado Granite cut into sections of railroad track and is 28 feet (8.5 m) long, 4 feet 6 inches (1.37 m) high, and 7 feet (2.1 m) wide. The station opened on April 26, 2019.

Arvada Flour Mill, also known as Tiller's Moving & Storage, Inc. is a vacant flour mill in Arvada, Colorado, that is or was owned by Tiller's Moving & Storage, Inc. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975. The Arvada Historical Society owns the mill and provides tours of the Arvada Flour Mill Museum by appointment. It is a three-story 50 by 25 feet (15.2 m × 7.6 m) building built in 1923 on a concrete and rock foundation, with a full basement, and with a protruding 23 by 20 feet (7.0 m × 6.1 m) office extension. The machinery in the building was bought from another mill and hence is older.

Two Ponds National Wildlife Refuge is the smallest urban unit of the National Wildlife Refuge System. The refuge is located in the City of Arvada, Jefferson County, Colorado, United States. The refuge consists of 72.2 acres (29.2 ha) of land, including 63.2 acres (25.6 ha) of uplands, 9.0 acres (3.6 ha) of wetlands, and three small ponds. The site sits in the midst of a region of suburban expansion of the Denver Metropolitan Area, and was saved from development in 1990 by a group of concerned people, now a Friend's group entitled the Two Ponds Preservation Foundation. The refuge was established in 1992 and continues to protect various animals as well as unique high prairie plants, and offers visitors many activities, including hiking, guided tours, and group educational opportunities.

Arvada Ridge station is a Regional Transportation District (RTD) commuter rail station on the G Line between Denver Union Station and Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The station is located in western Arvada, Colorado, on the west side of Kipling Parkway and near Red Rocks Community College's Arvada campus. It includes bus bays, a 200-stall park and ride, and a pedestrian underpass connecting the platform to Ridge Road and the park and ride. Public art at the station includes "Chromatic Harvest", a kaleidoscopic mural wall with geometric imagery of agriculture. The station opened on April 26, 2019.The Arvada Ridge area has been the site of the city's "education-focused" transit-oriented development, which has included new apartment buildings and retailers to the south of the park and ride. RTD plans to begin new bus service between the Arvada Ridge and Olde Town Arvada stations when the G Line opens on April 26, 2019.

Ralston Creek is a tributary of Clear Creek, approximately 32 miles (51 km) long, in central Colorado in the United States. It drains a suburban and urban area of the northwestern Denver Metropolitan Area. It rises in the foothills in northeastern Gilpin County, in southern Golden Gate Canyon State Park. It descends through a valley eastward into Jefferson, following Drew Hill Road (County Road 57), emerging from the mountains approximately 3 miles (5 km) north of Golden, where it is impounded to form Ralston Reservoir and Arvada/Blunn Reservoir on both sides of State Highway 93. It flows eastward through Arvada and joins Clear Creek from the north in southeast Arvada, near the intersection of Sheridan Avenue and Interstate 76.

60th & Sheridan–Arvada Gold Strike station (sometimes stylized as 60th & Sheridan•Arvada Gold Strike) is a commuter rail station on the G Line of the Denver RTD system in Denver, Colorado. It is located in Arvada, Colorado and is the fourth northbound station from Denver Union Station. It opened on April 26, 2019.The public art chosen for the station is "Gold Pour" by Aaron T. Stephan and commemorates the first documented gold strike in Colorado at the nearby confluence of Ralston and Clear Creeks. The artwork features shimmering gold made of glass and mosaic tiles that appear to pour over the station's wall.
