Delvin

Delvin (Irish: Dealbhna) is a barony in north-east County Westmeath, in Ireland. It was formed by 1672. It is bordered by County Meath to the east and three other baronies: Fore (to the north–west), Moyashel and Magheradernon (to the south–west) and Farbill (to the south). The largest centre of population is Delvin.

Clonyn Castle also known as Delvin Castle, is a Victorian country house situated in Delvin, County Westmeath, Ireland some 18 km from Mullingar along the N52. It is a square, symmetrical, two-storey castle-like building of cut limestone with four tall, round corner towers at each corner. The interior has a large two-storey hall with a gallery and arcading. It was one of the last Victorian baronial castles to be built in Ireland. A golf course open to the public lies behind the castle, 500m from the centre of Delvin.

Martinstown Castle is a ruined castle located in the townland of Martinstown, south of Delvin, County Westmeath, Ireland. The ruin consists of a three-story tower with an interior staircase. Due to similarities with Talbot's Castle in Trim, County Meath, the castle is believed to date back to the 15th century.

Clonarney (Irish: Cluain Earna) is a civil parish in County Westmeath, Ireland. It is located about 20.46 kilometres (13 mi) north–east of Mullingar. Clonarney is one of 7 civil parishes in the barony of Delvin in the Province of Leinster. The civil parish covers 2,314.5 acres (9.366 km2). Clonarney civil parish comprises 5 townlands: Clonarney, Mulliganstown, Scurlockstown, Sheepstown and Stonestown. Ballinlough Castle is a 17th-century country house situated near the rural town of Clonmellon in County Westmeath, Ireland on a hill overlooking two of the Westmeath lakes. It is the home of Sir Nicholas and Lady Nugent.

Drumcree (Irish: Droim Cria or Druim Criadh) is a small village in County Westmeath in Ireland on the R395 regional road. This village is part of St Mary's Parish, Collinstown, and a sister parish of St Feichin's, Fore. The village is situated upon a crossroads, fringes parts of the Barbavilla Bog, the Glackstown Bog, and Mullacruaigh bog, all of which have been harvested for winter fuel for generations by the neighbouring communities.

Raharney (Irish: Ráth Fhearna, meaning 'Fearna's ringfort') is a village in east County Westmeath, Ireland. It has a population of 221 according to the 2016 census.Raharney is on the R156 road about 18 km (11 mi) from Mullingar and about 67 km from Dublin. It is in the parish of Killucan; the village of Killucan is a further 3 km (1.9 mi) west.

Raharney Ringfort is a ringfort located in County Westmeath, Ireland and a National Monument.

Clonmellon (Irish: Ráistín, but also attested to originally have been Cluain Miolain) is a small village officially in County Westmeath although on the border with County Meath, Ireland. It is situated on the N52 road between Kells in County Meath and Delvin in County Westmeath.
