Four Seasons Town Centre is a three-story shopping mall in Greensboro, North Carolina. Opened in 1974, it was the first enclosed shopping center in Greensboro. Currently it is anchored by Dillard's and JCPenney and it is the only indoor shopping mall within Greensboro's city limits; however, nearby Friendly Center, an outdoor shopping plaza, has many of the same tenants. It is managed by Brookfield Properties. The shopping mall is located at the I-40 interchange with Gate City Boulevard (formerly High Point Road), southwest of downtown.

The Carolina Graduate School of Divinity was a divinity school in the evangelical tradition located in Greensboro, North Carolina. It opened as a branch campus of Houston Graduate School of Theology in 1994. The campus unlinked from HGST in 2003 and became Carolina Evangelical Divinity School. It was renamed Carolina Graduate School of Divinity in 2010 and in June 2016 ceased operations due to financial stress. The institution's official records are now held at the Houston Graduate School of Theology.

Sedgefield Country Club is a country club in the eastern United States, located in Greensboro, North Carolina, southwest of the city center. Established in 1925, it is primarily known for its golf course and the PGA Tour event it has held since 2008: the Wyndham Championship, formerly the Greater Greensboro Chrysler Classic, and the Greater Greensboro Open (GGO). It also hosted the tournament from 1938 to 1976 (alternating some years with Starmount Forest Country Club). The course was designed by Donald Ross and opened for play in 1926. Along with Detroit Golf Club, they are currently the only two Ross-designed courses hosting a regular event on the PGA Tour. The Ross course consisted of Bentgrass greens until a major $3 million restoration project initiated in 2007, which added Champion Bermuda greens and restored its rolling fairways. In 2011, Mcconnell Golf acquired Sedgefield and added new membership benefits, including reciprocal access to the 14 other Mcconnell Golf properties. From 2003 until 2021, Rocky Brooks of the PGA served as director of golf at Sedgefield. He was succeeded by Eric Ferguson who now serves as the director of golf.

The Wyndham Championship is a professional golf tournament in North Carolina on the PGA Tour. It is played annually in Greensboro and was originally the Greater Greensboro Open.

Pilot Life Insurance Company Home Office in Sedgefield, North Carolina outside Greensboro is a historic campus which once served as the headquarters of Pilot Life Insurance Company, founded in 1903 and merged with Jefferson Standard Insurance in 1967 to form Jefferson Pilot Corporation. It was named to the National Register of Historic Places in July 2022. The first of the buildings began construction in 1927, and the last contributing building was built in 1965. A history of Jefferson-Pilot written in 2003 stated that the headquarters was "a careful replication of the governor's mansion built in 1767 in New Bern."In 1930, Jefferson Standard Insurance Company gained a controlling interest in Pilot Life Insurance Co. In 1967, Pilot Life Insurance Co. and Jefferson Standard became Jefferson-Pilot Corporation. 800 Pilot Life employees moved into the Jefferson Standard Building and its 20-story addition in 1990. In 2008, Kisco Senior Living bought the Pilot Life buildings for $9.9 million. In January 2015, Kisco announced Pilot at Sedgefield, an updated version of a retirement community delayed by the economic crisis. As of 2022, Clachan Properties of Richmond, Virginia was buying the property to develop apartments.The National Register of Historic Places listing states that the Pilot Life campus is "the earliest-known, pioneering example of a modern suburban corporate headquarters campus in North Carolina" and "[w]ith its handsome Georgian Revival-style buildings replete with allegorical stone images lauding hard work, its layout designed for efficiency, its landscaped grounds, its fountain and lake, and its facilities for employee comfort and entertainment, the complex exemplified an early modern suburban 'corporate campus'".

Gardner House is a historic home located near Jamestown, Guilford County, North Carolina. It was built in 1827, and is a two-story, four bay by two bay, brick dwelling. It has a one-story, four bay rear wing and features an unusual arch-linked double chimney. The interior has a modified Quaker plan. Also on the property is the site of the Gardner gold mine.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.

The Greensboro Coliseum Complex, commonly referred to as Greensboro Coliseum (the first and biggest building on the site), is an entertainment and sports complex located in Greensboro, North Carolina. Opened in 1959, the complex holds eight venues that includes an amphitheater, arena, aquatic center, banquet hall, convention center, museum, theatre, and an indoor pavilion. It is the home of the UNC Greensboro Spartans men's basketball team, the Greensboro Swarm of the NBA G League, the Carolina Cobras of the National Arena League, as well as the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) with their Men's and Women's basketball tournaments. It has hosted the Men's ACC Tournament twenty-three times since 1967 and the Women's ACC Tournament twelve times since 2000. Other notable sporting events include the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Men's "Final Four" in 1974 and the East Regionals in 1976, 1979 and 1998. More recently, the Coliseum has hosted the U.S. Figure Skating Championships in 2011, 2015, and 2020. It is also the former home of several professional hockey teams including the Greensboro Generals and Greensboro Monarchs of the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL) and the National Hockey League's Carolina Hurricanes. The complex has hosted the "Central Carolina Fair" since 1999.

102 JAMZ' SuperJam was an annual summer concert starring some of the hottest artists in hip hop, hosted by Urban Contemporary radio station WJMH (102 JAMZ)/Greensboro, North Carolina. The show was held at the 20,000+ seat Greensboro Coliseum each year. Since launching the event in 1997, SuperJam has attracted thousands of listeners from North Carolina with numerous annual attendees traveling from locations throughout the United States. There were eighteen consecutive SuperJam concert events.

Mock, Judson, Voehringer Company Hosiery Mill, also known as MoJud Hosiery Company and Rolane Factory Outlet Store, is a former hosiery production plant located at 2610 Oakland Avenue in Greensboro, Guilford County, North Carolina. The company was founded in 1926, and operated until 1972. The plant was then shut down, except for a small portion used as an outlet store, until its final complete shutdown in 1999. The plant was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.

Pomona High School, Former, also known as Lindley Junior High School, is a historic school building located at Greensboro, Guilford County, North Carolina. The original section was built about 1920, and is a two-story, nine-bay, U-shaped, Classical Revival style building. Two projecting wings were added in 1940, and in 1951, the space was filled between the wings. It is faced with dark bricks accented with limestone, concrete, and terra cotta ornament. The building features a one-story limestone entrance portico supported by four Doric order columns. The school closed in 1979. It has been converted to apartments. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

Southern Guilford High School was founded in 1970 in the Sumner area of Guilford County, North Carolina, United States. For the 2014–2015 school year, Southern had an enrollment of 1220 in grades 9–12, and 70 teachers. The school's current principal is Brian Muller. The school operates on a block, college-styled schedule (with four classes each semester), as opposed to the traditional bell schedule that has six periods year-long.
