Micro-Star International Co., Ltd (MSI; Chinese: 微星科技股份有限公司) is a Taiwanese multinational information technology corporation headquartered in New Taipei City, Taiwan. It designs, develops and provides computer hardware, related products and services, including laptops, desktops, motherboards, graphics cards, All-in-One PCs, servers, industrial computers, PC peripherals, car infotainment products, etc. The company has a primary listing on the Taiwan Stock Exchange and was established on August 4, 1986 by 5 founders – Hsu Xiang (a.k.a. Joseph Hsu), Huang Jinqing (a.k.a. Jeans Huang), Lin Wentong (a.k.a. Frank Lin), Yu Xian'neng (a.k.a. Kenny Yu), and Lu Qilong (a.k.a. Henry Lu). First starting its business in New Taipei City, Taiwan, MSI later expanded into China, setting up its Baoan Plant in Shenzhen in 2000 and establishing research and development facilities in Kunshan in 2001. It also provides global warranty service in North America, Central/South America, Asia, Australia and Europe.The company has been a sponsor for a number of esports teams and is also the host of the international gaming event MSI Masters Gaming Arena (formerly known as MSI Beat IT). The earliest Beat IT tournament can be traced back to 2010, featuring Evil Geniuses winning the championship.

It is located in Zhonghe District, New Taipei, Taiwan, at the intersection of Zhongshan Road and Jingping Road. It will be a transfer station with Wanda–Zhonghe–Shulin line in 2025.

Le M Residence

Le M Residence (Chinese: 馥華艾美) is a skyscraper complex located in Xinban Special District, New Taipei, Taiwan. The complex consists of two skyscrapers: a residential tower with a height of 172 m (564 ft) comprising 46 floors above ground with five basement levels; a hotel tower with a height of 145.2 m (476 ft) and comprises 31 floors above ground with four basement levels. Construction of the complex began in 2014 and was completed in 2024. The building occupies an area of 11,691 m2 (125,840 sq ft) and the total cost of the construction the complex is approximately NT$15 billion. Upon opening in 2025, the hotel tower will be managed by Le Méridien.

Banqiao Stadium

The Banqiao Stadium (traditional Chinese: 板橋體育場; simplified Chinese: 板桥体育场; pinyin: Bǎnqiáo Tǐyùchǎng) is a multi-purpose stadium in Banqiao District, New Taipei, Taiwan. It is administered by the New Taipei City Government. It consists of several parts, of which the Banqiao First Stadium (Traditional Chinese: 板橋第一運動場) is able to hold 30,000 people and was opened in 1987. It is currently used mostly for football matches. In recent years, it has also been used for outdoor concerts. Guns N' Roses kicked off their 2009-2011 World Tour at the stadium on 11 December 2009.

Bridge Upto Zenith

The Bridge Upto Zenith (Chinese: 世界花園橋峰) is a complex of four residential skyscrapers completed in 2012 and located in Banqiao District, New Taipei City, Taiwan. Tower C is the tallest with an architectural height of 146 m (479 ft), with 37 floors above ground. Tower B is the second tallest with an architectural height of 139 m (456 ft), with 35 floors above ground. Next is Tower A with an architectural height of 133 m (436 ft) with 33 floors above ground. Finally, the shortest is Tower D with an architectural height of 125 m (410 ft) with 31 floors above ground. The complex was designed by KHL Architects & Associates and constructed by Continental Engineering Corporation, with each tower having 6 basement levels and a total floor area of 170,872.1 m2 (1,839,252 sq ft).There are many leisure facilities in the complex, such as swimming pool, spa pool, steam room, KTV and so on. As of February 2021, Tower C is the sixteenth tallest in New Taipei City (after Tuntex Highrise Building.

Far Eastern Mega Tower

The Far Eastern Mega Tower (Chinese: 遠東板橋百揚大樓; pinyin: Yuǎndōng Bǎnqiáo Bǎiyáng Dàlóu) is a skyscraper located in Banqiao District, New Taipei, Taiwan. As of February 2021, it is the eighth tallest building in Taiwan and the tallest in New Taipei City. The height of building is 220.6 m (724 ft), the floor area is 122,929.02 m2 (1,323,197.0 sq ft), and it comprises 50 floors above ground, as well as 4 basement levels. Designed by Taiwanese architect Kris Yao, the building was completed in 2013. Far Eastern Mega Tower is the seat of headquarter of Far Eastern Department Stores Co. Ltd.
