Tieli Road (simplified Chinese: 铁力路; traditional Chinese: 鐵力路; pinyin: Tiělì Lù) is a station on the Shanghai Metro Line 3. The only sub-surface station on Line 3, it is part of the northern extension of that line from Jiangwan Town to North Jiangyang Road that opened on 18 December 2006.

It is located at the intersection of Wenchuan Highway and Yangzong Road in Baoshan District. This station has been the northern terminus of line 1 since the northern extension from Gongfu Xincun on 29 December 2007.The station has 3 tracks, one island platform, and one side platform. Only the outer island platform and the side platform are in use, with the side platform used for terminating Line 1 trains and the outer island platform for originating trains towards Xinzhuang.

The Outer Ring tunnel, also known as the Taihe Road Tunnel, is a highway tunnel under the Huangpu River in Shanghai. The tunnel serves as part of the S20 Expressway and was completed on June 21, 2023. The tunnel runs east to west from Baoshan District to Sancha Port after crossing the Huangpu. The tunnel is 2,880 metres (9,450 ft) long and features 8 lanes with a speed limit of 80 km/h, which made it the longest underwater tunnel in Asia and third worldwide by length. The tunnel has been closed for 12 months due to construction since March 22, 2024.
