The Robert G. Merrick School of Business is the business school at the University of Baltimore. The school operates out of the William H. Thumel Sr. Business Center, located at the corner of Charles Street and Mount Royal Avenue, across from the school of law and south of Penn Station.

The Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation is a church of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America located in Baltimore, Maryland. It is the oldest of the 18 Greek Orthodox parishes in Maryland. The cathedral is an important center of Greek-American culture in Baltimore, and hosts an annual Greek Food Festival.

The Baltimore Theatre Project is a performing arts center located at 45 West Preston Street in Baltimore, Maryland.

The Lyric Performing Arts Center is a music venue in Baltimore, Maryland, United States, located close to the University of Baltimore law school. The building was modeled after the Concertgebouw concert hall in Amsterdam, and it was inaugurated on October 31, 1894, with a performance by the Boston Symphony Orchestra and Australian opera singer Nellie Melba as the featured soloist. Beginning in 1904, it was also used for touring performances by the Metropolitan Opera, and from 1950, it was the home of the Baltimore Opera Company until that company's liquidation in 2009.The venue was originally called The Music Hall at its founding in 1894. Between 1909 and 2010, it was known as the Lyric Opera House. When entrepreneur and football team owner Art Modell and his wife pledged a $3.5 million donation in 2010, it was renamed The Patricia & Arthur Modell Performing Arts Center at the Lyric in their honor. The name reverted to "The Lyric" on March 31, 2021.The Lyric was home of the Lyric Opera Baltimore, founded after the demise of Baltimore Lyric Opera, from 2011 to 2017.

Baltimore Penn Station, formally named Baltimore Pennsylvania Station in full, is the main inter-city passenger rail hub in Baltimore, Maryland. Designed by New York City architect Kenneth MacKenzie Murchison (1872–1938), it was constructed in 1911 in the Beaux-Arts style of architecture for the Pennsylvania Railroad. It is located at 1515 N. Charles Street, about a mile and a half north of downtown and the Inner Harbor, between the Mount Vernon neighborhood to the south, and Station North to the north. Originally called Union Station because it served the Pennsylvania Railroad and Western Maryland Railway, it was renamed to match other Pennsylvania Stations in 1928.The building sits on a raised "island" of sorts between two open trenches, one for the Jones Falls Expressway and the other the tracks of the Northeast Corridor (NEC). The NEC approaches from the south through the two-track, 7,660-foot Baltimore and Potomac Tunnel, which opened in 1873 and whose 30 mph limit, sharp curves, and steep grades make it one of the NEC's worst bottlenecks. The NEC's northern approach is the 1873 Union Tunnel, which has one single-track bore and one double-track bore. Penn Station is the eighth-busiest Amtrak rail station in the United States by number of passengers served each year.

Mid-Town Belvedere is a neighborhood in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. The community lies north of the neighborhood of Mount Vernon, and is often described as part of it despite being officially separate. The Mount Vernon-Belvedere Association and the Midtown Community Benefits District both include Mid-Town Belvedere within their areas of purview.

Mt. Royal/MICA station, often referred to interchangeably as University of Baltimore / Mount Royal station, (formerly Mount Royal ststion) is a Baltimore Light Rail station in Baltimore, Maryland. It is on the northwest edge of the University of Baltimore campus and on the northern edge of the MICA campus, across Mount Royal Avenue from the site of Baltimore & Ohio Railroad's former Mount Royal Station. It opened in 1992 as part of the line's initial operating segment. The station's construction was funded by the University of Baltimore for the use of its students after the State of Maryland proposed its elimination from the plan to reduce costs.

The Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall, often referred to simply as the Meyerhoff, is a music venue that opened September 16, 1982, at 1212 Cathedral Street in the Mount Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland, United States. The main auditorium has a seating capacity of 2,443 and is home to the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. It is named for Joseph Meyerhoff, a Ukrainian-Jewish Baltimore businessman, philanthropist, and arts patron who served as president of the Baltimore Symphony from 1965 to 1983.

Baltimore City Passenger Railway Power House and Car Barn, also known as the Charles Theatre, is a historic street railway building located at Baltimore, Maryland, United States. It is a two-story brick Romanesque Revival style building, constructed in 1892, that has been altered for a variety of uses over the years. The southern half of the building (now the Charles Theater) was used for the power house; the northern half (formerly the Famous Ballroom and a bowling alley) was used for the car barn. It was constructed by Baltimore's oldest streetcar company to provide cable traction on one of its first and most important lines. The car barn was the node where the Baltimore & Northern Railway transferred its streetcars to City Passenger tracks. In 1939 the United Railways and Electric Company sold the structure and it was then converted into a theater, bowling alley, and ballroom.Baltimore City Passenger Railway Power House and Car Barn was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.

United States Parcel Post Station, also known as the Railway Express Building, is a historic post office structure located at Baltimore, Maryland, United States. It is two stories high with the first floor at the St. Paul Street level and is supported by concrete piers that extend 35 feet down to the level of the Jones Falls Expressway (I-83). It was constructed in 1929 in a Classical Revival style and built of reinforced concrete with brick walls and limestone and terra cotta trim, the building is a parallelogram in plan, measuring 142 feet on the east and west and 269 feet deep. The principal facade features a 4 foot high limestone base and terra cotta capitals molded in the form of an American bald eagle within a wreath. The St. Paul Street facility and its location next to the Pennsylvania Railroad according to the U.S. Post Office Department in 1928 "would affect handling of parcel-post matter in Washington and delivery points as far as New York and Canada." Finally, the station was the first air rights development in the city.United States Parcel Post Station was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002. It is included in the Baltimore National Heritage Area.
