The Central Clinical Hospital of the Administrative directorate of the President of the Russian Federation (Russian: Центральная клиническая больница c поликлиникой Управления делами Президента Российской Федерации) (also called "Kremlin Hospital", "Kremlyovka" and the "Kremlin Clinic") is a heavily guarded facility 14 kilometres west of the Kremlin in an exclusive, wooded suburban area known as Kuntsevo. It is considered to be the best hospital in Russia. The hospital is guarded by the Federal Protective Service.Among patients are political, business, cultural and scientific elite of Russia (and Soviet Union before 1991, like presidents Yuri Andropov or Konstantin Chernenko) and representatives of the diplomatic corps. The hospital now accepts an increasing number of private, self-paying patients and it is common to pay for one's treatment. While the hospital is open to the public and anyone may theoretically be admitted and treated there, its fees and charges are well beyond the means of most Russians and so it retains its elitist image.

North-Western Tunnel (Russian: Северо-Западный тоннель) is a road and subway tunnel in Moscow, Russia. It is a part of the Krasnopresnensky prospekt, that extends the M9 motorway to the city center, and of the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya Metro Line. It is about 2.8 km (1.7 mi) long and is the fourth longest in-city tunnel of Europe (after the Dublin Port Tunnel at 4.5 km, the Södra länken in Stockholm at 4.5 km and Giovanni XXIII Tunnel in Rome at 2.9 km). It runs under the Serebryany bor forest. The double-level tunnel combines the road and railway traffic. The tunnel was opened on December 27, 2007.

Rublevka or Rublyovka (Russian: Рублёвка) is the unofficial name of a prestigious residential area in the western suburbs of Moscow, Russia, located along Rublyovo-Uspenskoye Highway, Podushkinskoe, 1st Uspenskoe and 2nd Uspenskoe highways. There is no official administrative unit called "Rublyovka", but this name has become popular in society and in mass media. The area features good ecology and rather clear air in comparison to Moscow and the rest of its suburbs. Many Russian government officials and successful businesspeople reside in the gated communities of Rublevka. Real-estate prices there are among the highest in the world. The New York Times called it "home to the sprawling villas of Russia's ruling class".

Krylatskoye (Russian: Крылатское) is a Moscow Metro station in the Krylatskoye District, Western Administrative Okrug, Moscow. It is on the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya Line, between Strogino and Molodyozhnaya stations. Before 2008 it was the terminus of the Filyovskaya Line.

Strogino (Russian: Строгино), formerly known as Ostrogino (Острогино), is a district in North-Western Administrative Okrug of Moscow, Russia, located on the right bank of the Moskva River about 12 km west-northwest of central Moscow. An eponymous Moscow Metro station Strogino on the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya Line was opened here on January 7, 2008. The Moscow Ring Road runs down the western border, and the Moskva River borders the district on the north and east. The area of the district is 18.643 square kilometres (7.198 sq mi). Population: 152,500 (2017 est.)

Rublevo railway station is in the village of Rublyovka, part of the western region of Moscow. It is the only station on a 4 km offshoot of the branch line from Rabochiy Poselok to Usovo. The branch was built approximately in 1917–1918. The station is used by the Rublevskaya waterworks for the delivery of chlorine and other materials. It is closed to passengers.

Moscow State Aviation Technological University is a university in Moscow, Russia. The modern name of this university is «MATI» – Russian State University of Aviation Technology (Russian: Российский государственный технологический университет). It is named after the Russian aeronautics and rocketry pioneer Konstantin Eduardovich Tsiolkovskii. The current name of "MATI" Russian State Technological University is "MAI" Moscow Aviation Institute

The All-Russian Institute of Light Alloys (Russian: Всероссийский институт лёгких сплавов «ВИЛС»), formerly the Vils Scientific Production Association is a company based in Moscow, Russia. Rostec is the largest shareholder, controlling 39% of the institute.The VILS Scientific Production Association consists of the All-Russian Institute of Light Alloys, the Light Alloy Works, and the Zubtsov Engineering Plant. It is one of several metallurgical organizations which developed and manufactured semi-finished products from steel, aluminum, magnesium, titanium, nickel and super alloys for the Soviet Ministry of the Aviation Industry. VILS markets extrusions, forgings and semi-finished metallurgical products as well as laminated and composite materials, special coatings for tools, and designs for metallurgical equipment.

Krylatskoye District (Russian: райо́н Крыла́тское) is a territorial division (a district, or raion) in Western Administrative Okrug, one of the 125 in the federal city of Moscow, Russia. It is located in the west of the federal city. The area of the district is 12.0446 square kilometers (4.6504 sq mi). As of the 2010 Census, the total population of the district was 78,509.

Setun is a railway station of Line D1 of the Moscow Central Diameters in Moscow. It was opened in 1932 and rebuilt in 2020.

Serebryany Bor (Russian: Серебряный Бор, literally "Silver Pinewood") is a large forest park in north-west Moscow. The park is a natural monument of regional significance and a protected area of the city of Moscow. It poses an artificial island that was formed during the creation of the Khoroshevskoye spryamlenie canal ("Khoroshevsky cutoff" canal). Serebryany Bor covers an area of 328.6 hectares.It is also a concentration of luxury real estate owned by wealthy businessmen and government officials.
