Murray Road Bridge

The Newlands Road Bridge, also known as the Merri Creek Bridge, is a triple-span arch stone former road bridge, now pedestrian bridge, across the Merri Creek and its associated trail, constructed by Victorian convicts, that initially carried Newlands Road vehicular traffic — now pedestrian traffic — located between Coburg and Coburg North, inner northern suburbs of Melbourne, in Victoria, Australia. Built in 1865, the bridge was added to the Victorian Heritage Register on 20 August 1982 in recognition of its historical, social and architectural importance.

Coburg High School is a medium-sized, co-educational public high school located in Coburg, Victoria, Australia. In 2016 there are approximately 400 students enrolled at Coburg High School and with each new intake of Year 7 students, the school is projected to continue to grow in enrolments and to reach capacity by 2020.Coburg High School has been an Apple Distinguished School and was one of the first Apple Inc. accredited schools in Australia.

The City of Coburg was a local government area about 10 kilometres (6 mi) north of Melbourne, the state capital of Victoria, Australia. The city covered an area of 19.44 square kilometres (7.51 sq mi), and existed from 1859 until 1994.

HM Prison Pentridge was an Australian prison that was first established in 1851 in Coburg, Victoria. The first prisoners arrived in 1851. The prison officially closed on 1 May 1997. Pentridge was often referred to as the "Bluestone College", "Coburg College" or "College of Knowledge". The grounds were originally landscaped by landscape gardener Hugh Linaker. The site is currently split into two parts. The northern part of the prison, referred to as the "Pentridge Coburg" or "Pentridge Piazza" site, is bordered by Champ Street, Pentridge Boulevard, Murray Road and Stockade Avenue. It is currently under development by the developer Shayher Group, who has owned the site since 2013. The southern part of the prison, referred to as the "Pentridge Village" site, is bordered by Pentridge Boulevard, Stockade Avenue, Wardens Walk and Urquhart Street. It is partially owned by the developer Future Estate. D Division is owned privately by Pentridge Cellars Pty Ltd.

The Bluestone Cottage Museum is an historical cottage, now history museum, built using bluestone, located at 82 Bell Street, Coburg, an inner northern suburb of Melbourne, in Victoria, Australia. Completed in 1864, the cottage was added to the Victorian Heritage Register on 15 June 1988 in recognition of its historical significance. The cottage was also added to non-statutory lists by the Victorian branch of the National Trust on 8 February 1979 and the now defunct Register of the National Estate on an unknown date.

Coburg Pine Ridge Cemetery is located in the northern Melbourne suburb of Preston, Victoria, Australia. The main entrance is on Bell Street, Preston. The Cemetery is managed by Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT), and work closely with local community group, Friends of Coburg.

The Truby King Baby Health Centre is a child health care centre, located on City of Merri-bek Council property on Elm Grove, in Coburg, an inner northern suburb of Melbourne, in Victoria, Australia. The facilities in the centre are shared with the local brass band. The building was added to the Victorian Heritage Register on 11 September 2003 in recognition of its historical and social significance.

The Coburg Town Hall, formerly the Town Hall of the City of Coburg, is located on Bell Street, Coburg, Melbourne, Australia. The original building, built by Cockram & Cooper Builders and designed by C.R. Heath A.R.V.I.A., consisted of a white dome and two wings (each with a hall). The building was officially opened on 1 April 1922, by the Earl of Stradbroke, and Mayor W.E. Cash. The foundation stone reads: "Built in honour of those who served in the Great War 1914-18". The stone on the Eastern Wing (now near the new office extension) reads: "C.E. Williams for efforts to establishing a free Public Library in Coburg. 30 June 1923". The Coburg Town Hall had the first installed, Australian-designed and constructed film projection unit (Raycophone) in 1930. At the opening night Mayor Cr. Campbell read letters from the Premier and PM Scullin who wrote: "If similar steps were taken extensively the present depression would be vastly relieved". It is also reported that the dome at the front of the theatre used to show a neon sign saying "Talkies" until the late 1940s. On the corner of Elm and Urquhart Street is the "Coburg City Band and Truby King Rooms". The foundation stone was laid on 10 October 1925 by Sir Truby King, and completed on 24 July 1926, with a keystone laid by Mayor Cr. J. Robinson. It was designed by D.McC.Dawnson C.E. and now houses the Elm Grove Infant Welfare Centre. After the amalgamation of the City of Coburg with the City of Brunswick and the southern portion of the City of Broadmeadows in 1994 to form the City of Moreland, the City Hall became the corporate headquarters of the new Moreland City Council (City of Moreland). Following the amalgamation, the City Hall was extended from Bell Street through to Urquhart Street, and included additional function rooms built in 2000.

The Holy Trinity Anglican Church is an Anglican parish church located at 520 Sydney Road, in Coburg, an inner northern suburb of Melbourne, in Victoria, Australia. Built in stages between 1848 and 1883, the church was designed in the Gothic Revival style. The church was added to the Victorian Heritage Register on 11 February 1993, and to the non-statutory lists of the Victorian branch of the National Trust on 26 May 1988, and the now-defunct Register of the National Estate on an unknown date. In 2023, it was reported that the proportion of parishioners of Arabic backgrounds was steadily growing.

The Grange is a Victorian Colonial house and former dairy, located at 39 Belgrave Street, Coburg, an inner northern suburb of Melbourne, in Victoria, Australia. The house was added to the Victorian Heritage Register on 9 October 1974 in recognition of its historical and architectural importance. The house was also added to non-statutory lists by the Victorian branch of the National Trust on 6 May 1971, the City of Merri-bek on an unknown date, and the now defunct Register of the National Estate on 21 March 1978.

The Coburg Primary School is a public primary school, located at 92 Bell Street, in Coburg, an inner northern suburb of Melbourne, in Victoria, Australia. The school was established in 1853. The school's infants building and shelter shed, built in 1910 on the south side of Bell Street, were added to the Victorian Heritage Register on 20 August 1982 in recognition of their architectural, social, and historical importance; and were also added to non-statutory lists by the City of Merri-bek and the now defunct Register of the National Estate, both on unknown dates.

Arundel is a house, located at 42A Ross Street, in Coburg, an inner-northern suburb of Melbourne, in Victoria, Australia. Completed in 1889, the house was built as a boarding house for wardens at the nearby HM Prison Pentridge, as it was close enough for warders to hear the prison bell for the change of shifts. Since repurposed and subdivided, the house was added to the Victorian Heritage Register on 13 September 2001 in recognition of its historic, architectural, social and cultural significance. The house was also added to non-statutory lists by the Victorian branch of the National Trust on 2 April 2001 and the City of Merri-bek on an unknown date. It is most likely that the house was named in honour of Arundel Wrighte, an early settler in the region.
