Monte Santa Croce is a mountain in Liguria, northern Italy, part of the Ligurian Apennines.

Bogliasco (Ligurian: Boggiasco) is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Genoa in the Italian region Liguria, located about 11 kilometres (7 mi) southeast of Genoa. Together with the comuni of Camogli, Recco, Pieve Ligure and Sori, it is part of the so-called Golfo Paradiso. Economy is mostly based on tourism; agriculture include production of olives. Bogliasco borders the following municipalities: Genoa, Pieve Ligure, and Sori.

Sori (Ligurian: Söi) is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Genoa in the Italian region Liguria, located about 17 kilometres (11 mi) southeast of Genoa. Together with Camogli, Pieve Ligure, Bogliasco, and Recco, it is part of the so-called Golfo Paradiso in the Riviera di Levante. Its economy is based on tourism and production of olives. The municipality of Sori contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Canepa, Capreno, Lago, Levà, Polanesi, San Bartolomeo di Busonengo, Sant’Apollinare, Sussisa, and Teriasca. Sori borders the following municipalities: Avegno, Bargagli, Bogliasco, Genoa, Lumarzo, Pieve Ligure, Recco, and Uscio.

The Villa Grimaldi Fassio is an 18th-century rural palace, now museum, and rose garden located on Via Capolungo 9 of Nervi, the eastern coastal quarter of the city of Genoa, region of Liguria, Italy. The property was purchased by the municipality of Genoa, is part of a series of parks and museums of the Gallerie d'Arte Moderna (GAM or Modern Art Gallery) which include the Giannettino Luxoro Museum, the Wolfsonian Museum, and the museum at Villa Saluzzo Serra. The Villa Grimaldi Fasso is the home of the Raccolte Frugone since 1993.

The Villa Saluzzo Serra is a civil building in the Nervi district, in via Capolungo, in the municipality of Genoa. Municipal property, and located in the parks of Nervi, it has been the seat of the Genoa's Gallery of Modern Art (GAM) since 1928.

Mulinetti is a neighbourhood and frazione in the commune of Recco in the province of Genova in Liguria, Italy. Mulinetti is located to the west of the town adjacent to the border with Sori. It is considered the wealthy hamlet of Recco as there are many small villas with spectacular sea views. Besides the elegance of its residential buildings, it is also known abroad for its beautiful pebble beach. Situated on the slopes of the Megli hill, Mulinetti is the site of two oil mills for the mostly non-commercial production of olive oil. Mulinetti is mostly a group of villas located upon a cliffside with a large, lush forest located further up the cliff. Mulinetti has been labelled as a "peaceful oasis where travellers can immerse themselves in the azure blue of the sea and the emerald green of the pines, breathing in a fragrant sea scent while sunbathing close to the water’s edge. During winter the place lacks any tourism and becomes a calm, quaint community".

German submarine U-455 was a Type VIIC U-boat built for Nazi Germany's Kriegsmarine for service during World War II. She was laid down on 3 September 1940, launched on 21 June 1941 and commissioned on 21 August with Kapitänleutnant Hans-Heinrich Giessler in command of a crew of 51. Her service began with the 5th U-boat Flotilla, a training outfit. She was transferred to the 7th flotilla for operations at the beginning of 1942 and again to the 29th flotilla in March 1944. She carried out ten patrols and was a member of six wolfpacks; she sank three ships for a total of 17,685 gross register tons (GRT). She was lost, probably in the Ligurian Sea (north of Corsica), on 5 April 1944. Her wreck was discovered in 2005, off Genoa. She had previously been thought to be near La Spezia.

Monte Fasce is a mountain in Liguria, northern Italy, part of the Ligurian Apennines. It is located in the province of Genoa. It lies at an altitude of 834 metres.

Camogli Molo Esterno Lighthouse (Italian: Faro di Camogli Molo Esterno) is an active lighthouse located at the end of the external breakwater of the harbour of Camogli, Liguria on the Ligurian Sea.

Lumarzo (Ligurian: Lumarso) is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Genoa in the Italian region Liguria, located about 15 kilometres (9 mi) east of Genoa. Lumarzo borders the following municipalities: Bargagli, Davagna, Neirone, Sori, Torriglia, Uscio. The comune (municipality) of Lumarzo includes a number of frazioni (villages), namely, Boasi, Campi, Cerese, Craviasco, Ferriere, Forca, Lagomarsino, Lainà, Lumarzo, Pannesi, Piancerese, Piane, Recroso, Rossi, Sanguinara, Nostra Signora del Bosco, Scagliola, Scagnelli, Tasso, Tassorello, Tolara, and Vallebuona. The economy is mostly based on agriculture and cattle raising.

The Bargagli-Ferriere Tunnel is a 2,031-metre (6,663 ft) tunnel located on the SP 225 road near Genoa, Italy. It was opened on 15 June 1971 as part of a 4,250-metre (13,940 ft) toll road originally numbered T3. On 22 July 1989 this road, built to complement the SS 225, was renumbered and part of the SS 225 was renumbered SP 77. The designation T3 is no longer used.
