Park and Tilford Building (72nd Street)

72nd Street was a local station on the demolished IRT Ninth Avenue Line in Manhattan, New York City. It had two levels. The lower level was built first and had two tracks and two side platforms and served local trains. The upper level was built as part of the Dual Contracts and had one track that served express trains that bypassed this station. It closed on June 11, 1940. The next southbound stop was 66th Street. The next northbound stop was 81st Street.

The Pastrami Queen is a Jewish deli on the Upper East Side of Manhattan which opened as Pastrami King in Williamsburg, Brooklyn before moving to Kew Gardens, Queens in 1961. The kosher restaurant opened in 1956. They've since opened (2020) a location on the Upper West Side considered their flagship location. They took over the former Fine & Schapiro, a long-time kosher deli in the space.

The Olcott Hotel is an establishment on West 72nd Street in New York City's Upper West Side. It was built by the Lapidus Engineering Company beginning in late 1925. The edifice was one of a number of structures constructed at the time from Central Park West to Columbus Avenue on 72nd Street, in Manhattan. The Fairfield Hotel was another building going up concurrently. Its builder was Louis Israelson and Associates. The Olcott Hotel was sixteen stories when it was completed. It opened in 1930.

Vedanta Society of New York (VSNY) was the first Vedanta Society founded by the Indian Hindu monk Swami Vivekananda in New York in November 1894. In 1897, Swami Abhedananda, another disciple of Ramakrishna, came to the United States and took charge of the society. He was the president of the society until 1921. Currently, the Vedanta Society is affiliated with the Ramakrishna Math religious monastic order and the Ramakrishna Mission.

The Cinque Gallery was an artist run space in New York that displayed and supported the work of African American artists. It was founded in 1969 by artists Romare Bearden, Ernest Crichlow, and Norman Lewis. It closed in 2004. The gallery was known for nurturing a mutually supportive community of artists. It was named after Sengbe Pieh, also known as Joseph Cinqué, who led a rebellion in 1839 aboard La Amistad, a Spanish ship that transported enslaved people.The gallery presented the work of around 450 artists over the course of its history.

The Theater at Blessed Sacrament, formerly the Arclight Theatre and currently known as Theatre 71 at Blessed Sacrament, is located at 152 West 71st Street, between Broadway and Columbus Avenues. The theater is located in the basement of the Church of the Blessed Sacrament, down one flight of stairs, and has a baseline capacity of 99 seats. It has been in operation, through various name changes, since 1993.

The Pythian Temple is a historic Knights of Pythias building at 135 West 70th Street between Columbus Avenue and Broadway in the Lincoln Square neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, in the U.S. state of New York. It was built in 1927 to serve as a meeting place for the 120 Pythian lodges of New York City, and later for many years housed a recording studio. Today it is an 88-unit luxury condominium building known as The Pythian.

The Triad Theater, formerly known as Palsson's Supper Club, Steve McGraw's, and Stage 72, is a cabaret-style performing arts venue located on West 72nd Street on New York's Upper West Side. The theatre has been the original home to some of the longest running Off-Broadway shows including Forever Plaid, Forbidden Broadway, Spamilton, and Secrets Every Smart Traveler Should Know. The Triad Theater is currently owned and operated by Peter Martin and partner Rick Newman, founder of New York's famed comedy and music venue, Catch a Rising Star.

The Church of the Blessed Sacrament is a Roman Catholic parish church in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York, located in the Upper West Side of Manhattan at 152 West 71st Street, just east of Broadway. The parish was established in 1887. The present church was started in 1914 to designs by Gustave E. Steinback and the first mass was held on Christmas 1920.The Arclight Theatre is located on the lower level.

The West 73rd–74th Street Historic District is a historic district on the Upper West Side of Manhattan in New York City, New York, US. The district comprises a series of rowhouses and buildings bounded by 73rd Street, 74th Street, Central Park West, and Columbus Avenue, mostly built between 1885 and 1904. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) in 1983. The NRHP district overlaps with the Central Park West–West 73rd/74th Street Historic District, designated by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission in 1977. The original 28 houses on 73rd Street, built between 1882 and 1885, were designed in the German Renaissance style. Another 18 houses on 74th Street, built between 1902 and 1904, were designed in the Georgian Revival style. Some of the other buildings in the district were built in the mid-20th century; the neo-Gothic-style Park Royal apartment complex was constructed in 1926, and another building at 10 West 74th Street was built in 1941. All of the houses were originally subject to a covenant that restricted their height. The LPC district includes one additional structure, the Langham apartment building, which is part of the neighboring NRHP-listed Central Park West Historic District.

Telepan was a restaurant in New York City. The restaurant served American cuisine and had received a Michelin star, before closing.

Manhattan General Hospital is a defunct hospital that also used the name Manhattan Hospital and relocated more than once, using buildings that serially served more than one hospital, beginning in the 1920s.
