37th Street/USC station is a busway station located in Los Angeles, California. It is situated between the LATTC/Ortho Institute and Slauson stations on the J Line, a bus rapid transit route which runs between El Monte, Downtown Los Angeles and San Pedro as part of the Metro Busway system. The station consists of two side platforms in the center of Interstate 110 above 37th Street, adjacent to the University of Southern California campus. The station serves the University Park, Exposition Park and Historic South Central neighborhoods of Los Angeles. 37th Street/USC was built between 1989 and 1997 as part of the Harbor Transitway and opened to passengers on July 28, 1997, about a year after the other stations on the transitway. J Line buses serve the station twenty-four hours a day; the headway between buses is about four minutes during peak periods, with less frequent service at other times. 37th Street/USC station is also served by several Metro Express, LADOT Commuter Express, Orange County Transportation Authority and Torrance Transit bus services, most of which only run during weekday peak periods.

The Galen Center is a multipurpose indoor arena and athletic facility owned and operated by the University of Southern California. Located at the southeast corner of Jefferson Boulevard and Figueroa Street in the Exposition Park area of Los Angeles, California, United States, it is right across the street from the campus and near the Shrine Auditorium. The Galen Center is the home of the USC Trojans basketball and USC volleyball; in addition it hosts concerts, pageants, theatrical performances, high school graduation ceremonies, CIF championships and the Academic Decathlon. The annual Kids' Choice Awards were held here from 2011 to 2014, and returned in 2017 & 2019.

Jefferson/USC station is an at-grade light rail station on the E Line of the Los Angeles Metro Rail system. The station is located alongside Flower Street at its intersection with Jefferson Boulevard, after which the station is named, along with the nearby University of Southern California (USC). The station also has nearby stops for the J Line of the Los Angeles Metro Busway system, southbound buses stop on Flower Street, across from the station and northbound buses stop on Figueroa Street, one block to the west. Jefferson/USC station serves the North University Park in neighborhood of Los Angeles. The station is located across the street from the Galen Center, an indoor arena that is the home of the USC basketball and volleyball teams. During the 2028 Summer Olympics, the station will serve spectators traveling to and from venues located on the USC campus including Badminton at the Galen Center and the Media Village/Main Press Center at the University Village residential and retail center.

Merle Norman Stadium is a beach volleyball facility located in Los Angeles, California, United States. The on-campus USC facility, built in 2013, serves as the home of the USC Trojans women's beach volleyball team. The facility has three sand courts where USC plays its home matches and holds practices.

Widney Alumni House is a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument (No. 70) on the campus of the University of Southern California. It is the oldest university building in Southern California, having been in continuous use since 1880. Widney Alumni House has been designated as a California Historical Landmark (No. 536), as Original Building of the University of Southern California. The landmark plaque states, Dedicated on September 4, 1880, this original building of the University of Southern California has been in use continuously for educational purposes since its doors were first opened to students on October 6, 1880, by the university's first president, Marion McKinley Bovard. The building was constructed on land donated by Ozro W. Childs, John G. Downey and Isaias W. Hellman under the guiding hand of Judge Robert M. Widney, the university's leading founder.

The USC Gould School of Law, located in Los Angeles, California, is the law school of the University of Southern California. The oldest law school in the Southwestern United States, USC Law traces its beginnings to 1896 and became affiliated with USC in 1900. It was named in honor of Judge James Gould in the mid-1960s.

The Wallis Annenberg Building (originally the 160th Regiment State Armory, and also referred to as the Exposition Park Armory) is a building located in Exposition Park, Los Angeles, California. It was built in 1912 and designed by architect J.W. Wollett. The building served as the armory for the 160th Infantry Regiment between World War I and World War IIThe armory hosted the fencing competition at the 1932 Summer Olympics as well as the fencing part of the modern pentathlon. It seated 1,800 for the event. It also served as an exposition hall and ballroom during the early- and mid-20th century. In 1947, the armory was converted into a bowling alley and hosted a tournament of the American Bowling Congress. It later served as a roller derby venue. The 160th left in 1961, and the building was used as headquarters for the board of trustees of the California State Colleges in the 1960s It then served as exhibit space for the Los Angeles Museum of Science and Industry (now the California Science Center) from the 1960s to the 1980s, before being closed in 1990 due to seismic concerns. The building is currently an annex of the California Science Center, serving as the Science Center School and the Amgen Center for Science Learning since 2004.

The California African American Museum (CAAM) is a museum located in Exposition Park, Los Angeles, California, United States. The museum focuses on enrichment and education on the cultural heritage and history of African Americans with a focus on California and western United States. Admission is free to all visitors. Their mission statement is "to research, collect, preserve, and interpret for public enrichment the history, art and culture of African Americans with an emphasis on California and the western United States."CAAM hosts independent and collaborative educational programs both on and off site of lectures, workshops, innovative programs, and hands-on activities that serve public and private school students, museum patrons and community visitors.

The USC Sol Price School of Public Policy (USC Price), previously known as School of Policy, Planning, and Development (SPPD), is the public policy school of the University of Southern California in Los Angeles & Sacramento, California. It offers undergraduate and graduate programs, including a doctoral program and several professional and executive master's degree programs. USC Price also offers the Master of Public Administration program at a campus in Sacramento.

The oldest palm tree in Los Angeles is in Exposition Park, where it has survived for more than a century following its transplanting on September 5, 1914. It may be the most-often-moved palm in the city.The Washingtonia filifera fan palm now on Exposition Park Drive just off Figueroa Street sits at the West 39th Street intersection.
