Jurong Stadium was a multi-purpose stadium in Jurong, Singapore, the stadium held 8,000 people. It was used mostly for football matches and was the home stadium of Sinchi FC when they played in the S.League from 2003 to 2005. Previously, Warriors FC (then known as Singapore Armed Forces FC) also played their home games in the stadium, before moving to Choa Chu Kang Stadium.In February 2020, Jurong Stadium was fenced up, before being demolished in March 2020, with demolition ending in the same month.

Jurong Secondary School (Abbreviation: JSS) is a government secondary school in Taman Jurong, Singapore. On the request of community leaders, then Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew helped to establish the school in 1961 as Jurong Integrated Secondary School. It was then renamed to Jurong Secondary School in later years. Presently Jurong Secondary School is located at 31, Yuan Ching Road. The school has a niche area in sports – Basketball, Volleyball and cross-country running. The school has been winning the Nationals since the 1970s. Presently, Jurong Secondary School holds the convenorship in Singapore Schools basketball. The school has its own wireless networking which facilitates in deploying e-learning technologies to all levels in the school. Presently, JSS is starting up its Media Department supporting Singapore's thrust into EMultimedia as a viable future prospect for students. JSS's very own 'Pulse Studio' boast of numerous award-winning productions and students stars. There are 9 classes per batch every year. However, the number of normal or express stream classes per year are based on the year's entry requirements and the number of students registering. Recently, Jurong Secondary has been selected as one of FutureSchools@Singapore which means that Infocomm companies support the students in the chosen school who are interested in Infocomm, alongside Hwa Chong Institution and Crescent' Girls School. The current Prime Minister of Singapore, Lee Hsien Loong, the Minister of State for Education, Lui Tuck Yew and as well as foreign visitors had visited the school. It was established in the Singapore-Malaysia collaboration. Over the years, Jurong Secondary School has become one of the better performing neighbourhood schools in the Jurong region, producing several government scholars.

Jurong Drive-in was the only open-air drive-in theatre in Singapore. Opened in 1971, the cinema initially saw high rates of attendance. However, its popularity dwindled significantly by the early 1980s, and it was closed in 1985.

Lakeside MRT station is an above-ground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the East–West line in Jurong West, Singapore. This station is built on the northwestern bank of the Jurong Lake, hence its name. Lakeside station provides MRT access to residents living in Taman Jurong and Hong Kah. It is currently one of the three stations that serve Jurong West New Town; the other two being Boon Lay MRT station and Pioneer MRT station.

Jurong Lake (Chinese: 裕廊湖; Malay: Tasik Jurong ; Tamil: ஜூரோங் ஏரி) is a 70ha freshwater lake and reservoir located in the western region of Singapore formed with the damming of Sungei Jurong further downstream. The lake serves as a reservoir contributing to the water supply of the country. It lies next to the Lakeside MRT station, which derived its name from this geographical feature. The lake is surrounded by parkland, which serves as a recreational ground for nearby residents in Jurong East and Jurong West New Towns. A landscaped sanctuary called Jurong Lake Park was built around the perimeter of the lake and work was completed in January 2006. Also, a 2.8 kilometre water promenade along Jurong Lake Park would allow residents to participate in watersports. The inner running track starting from Chinese garden bridge and back is 3.4 kilometers in length. As is the case for most other reservoirs in Singapore, swimming is currently illegal in the lake, although this may change in line with the Singapore government's liberalisation of the use of bodies of water in the republic. Fishing is now allowed in some designated spots around the lake where only artificial baits can be used for fishing. However, the water is noted to be green in colour during dry weather and a murky brown after a downpour, the likely result of runoff from its urban catchment area.

Chinese Garden is a park in Jurong East, Singapore. Built in 1975 by the JTC Corporation and designed by Prof. Yuen-chen Yu, an architect from Taiwan, the Chinese Garden's concept is based on Chinese gardening art. The main characteristic is the integration of architectural features with the natural environment. The Chinese Garden is modeled along the northern Chinese imperial style of architecture and landscaping. It is located next to Chinese Garden MRT station and connected to the adjacent Japanese Garden by a bridge. Along with Japanese Garden, the two gardens are collectively known as the Jurong Gardens.

Enterprise MRT station is a future elevated Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the Jurong Region line in Jurong West, Singapore.

The Tang Dynasty City (唐城), formerly Tang Dynasty Village, was a theme park once located at 2 Yuan Ching Road in Jurong, Singapore.

Japanese Garden (Japanese: 日本庭園) is a park and garden located in Jurong East, Singapore. Built in 1974 by JTC Corporation, it covers 13.5 hectares (135,000 m2) of land.It is built on an artificial island in Jurong Lake and is connected to the adjacent Chinese Garden island by bridge named the Bridge of Double Beauty. Along with the aforementioned Chinese Garden, the two gardens are collectively known as the Jurong Gardens.

Jurong Central Park is an 8-ha regional park.

Yuhua Secondary School (YHSS) is a co-educational government school in Jurong West, Singapore which offers the Express, Normal (Academic) and Normal (Technical) streams. It was founded in 1986.

River Valley High School (RVHS) is a co-educational government autonomous secondary school in Boon Lay, Singapore. Founded in 1956 and originally located in River Valley, it is one of the Special Assistance Plan schools designated by the Ministry of Education in recognition of its heritage and excellence in education. Since 2006, the school has been running a six-year Integrated Programme that allows students to skip the Singapore-Cambridge GCE Ordinary Level examinations and proceed to sit for the Singapore-Cambridge GCE Advanced Level examinations at the end of Year 6.
