Camps Bay (Afrikaans: Kampsbaai) is an affluent suburb of Cape Town, South Africa, and the small bay on the west coast of the Cape Peninsula after which it is named. In summer it attracts many South African and foreign visitors.

Café Caprice is a well known beach bar and restaurant located on Camps Bay Beach in Camps Bay, Cape Town, South Africa overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The café is noted for its cocktails and for the celebrities that frequent it. Notable South African rugby player and restaurateur, James Small, was an owner of the club.On 17 April 2017 the café was the scene of a shooting that injured two people. The shooting was related to an organised crime turf war between competing bouncer companies in Cape Town. Two men were arrested for the shooting.

Glen Beach is located north of Camps Bay Beach in Cape Town, South Africa. The two beaches are divided by a rock outcrop that extends from the land to the shore-line. During the summer months, sand deposits tend to build up at the shore-line, widening both Glen and Camps Bay beaches until the two beaches merge—until winter, when the sand deposits are eroded by winter storms. Glen Beach is well known for its beach-break surfing.

Theatre on the Bay is a theatre in Camps Bay, Cape Town, South Africa. Pieter Toerien converted the building into a theatre in the 1980s. It opened in December 1988 with a production of Dan Goggin's Nunsense. Toerien's theatre hosts a mix of local and international drama, concerts, comedies, and dance.

Clifton is an affluent suburb of Cape Town, South Africa. It is an exclusive residential area and is home to the most expensive real estate in South Africa, with dwellings nestled on cliffs that have sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean.Clifton was rated as one of the Top Ten Beaches by the cable and satellite television network Discovery Travel Channel in 2003 and 2004 and has received Blue Flag status. South of Bakoven and Camps Bay the coastline is protected, with thousands of acres of mountain Nature Reserve. This scenic drive from Bakoven and Camps Bay to Llandudno and Hout Bay is one of the most visited in the Cape. It has a quiet beach atmosphere, good conditions for snorkeling, boating and fishing, as well as the Nature Reserve in the South, with trendy Camps Bay to the north and east. Named "Baking oven", possibly after an off shore rock of that shape; the name is Dutch in origin.Bakoven has two popular beaches, Beta Beach and Oudekraal - which were an old settlement of Khoi San people there, the original people in the Cape.

Lion's Head is a mountain in Cape Town, South Africa, between Table Mountain and Signal Hill. Lion's Head peaks at 669 metres (2,195 ft) above sea level. The peak forms part of a dramatic backdrop to the city of Cape Town and is part of the Table Mountain National Park.

The Table Mountain Aerial Cableway is a cable car transportation system offering visitors a five-minute ride to the top of Table Mountain in Cape Town, South Africa. It forms part of the Table Mountain National Park, and part of the lands formerly ranged by Khoe-speaking clans, such as the !Uriǁʼaes (the "High Clan"). It is home to a large array of mostly endemic fauna and flora.

Bantry Bay is an affluent suburb of Cape Town in the Western Cape Province, South Africa, situated on the slopes of Lion's Head and overlooking a rocky coastline. Its neighboring suburbs are Sea Point and Clifton. It was originally called Botany Bay after a botanical garden that was planted here for the cultivation of medicinal herbs. The name was changed during the First World War. It is overlooked by Lion's Head, which is an eroded outlier of sandstone. There is a plaque on the seashore that commemorates a visit by Charles Darwin, who made important geological observations here relating to the nature and origin of granite.Bantry Bay is known to be the most wind-free area in Cape Town. Secluded & protected, this area gets about 290 wind free days per year - a significant fact given Cape Town's windy climate.
