The Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center is a passenger rail station and transportation center in Santa Ana, California. It is used by Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner and Metrolink's Orange County Line and Inland Empire–Orange County Line trains. It is also a Greyhound station and a hub for the Orange County Transportation Authority bus system as well as a terminal for international bus services to Mexico.

KALI-FM (106.3 FM) is a Vietnamese language radio station licensed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to serve the community of Santa Ana, California, United States. KALI airs musical and entertainment shows. This station directly competes with KVNR 1480 AM, which also airs Vietnamese-language programming.

The Santa Ana Water Tower is a historic water tower in Santa Ana, California. A recognizable symbol of the city, it is a common sight for people passing through on the I-5. The water tower is on the Santa Ana Register of Historic Properties List, number 253. It is designated as a "Landmark." It is frequently scaled illegally. The tower is also featured on the crest of the football club Santa Ana Winds FC.

The Pacific Electric Sub-Station No. 14 is a former traction substation in Santa Ana, California. It was built by the Pacific Electric Railway to provide electricity to run the railway's streetcars in central Orange County, California. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Grand Avenue in Santa Ana, California, it was owned by a private equity firm, 2100 Trust, established in 2010 by investor Aaron Kushner Freedom's flagship newspaper was the Orange County Register, based in Santa Ana.

Howe-Waffle House and Medical Museum is an 1889 Queen Anne style home in Santa Ana, California. It was the home of Dr. Willella Howe-Waffle, one of the first female physicians in Orange County, California, until her death in 1924.

The Frida Cinema is a non-profit arthouse movie theater in Santa Ana, California. The theater, named after Mexican painter Frida Kahlo, is located in the 4th Street Market shopping district of the East End neighborhood in Downtown Santa Ana. The Frida has two screens and is the only non-profit theater in Orange County, California. The theater screens vintage blockbusters, cult classics, and independent films.

The Yost Theater is a concert and events venue in Santa Ana, California. It is a National Register of Historic Places-listed building located in Santa Ana's Downtown Historic District. Under the ownership of the Olivos Family it became a movie house for the Golden Age of Mexican Cinema. In recent years it housed various church organizations and underwent renovation in 2007. It is currently an event venue that hosts such functions as concerts, Ted Talks, school dances, and weddings.

Santa Ana Fire Station Headquarters No. 1, at 1322 N. Sycamore St. in Santa Ana, California, is a fire station which was built in 1929. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.It was designed by Santa Ana architect Frederick Eley. It is a two-story Spanish Colonial Revival-style, stuccoed building.

The First Baptist Church of Santa Ana (1871–2019) was one of Orange County's pioneer Christian churches, believed to be the fifth Baptist church established in California.

The Odd Fellows Hall in Santa Ana, California, United States, also known as Odd Fellows Building, was built in 1906. It has served both as a clubhouse and as a commercial building. It was built by the Santa Ana Lodge No. 236, Independent Order of Odd Fellows. The Santa Ana Register, which became the Orange County Register, was the first tenant, on in its ground floor, and stayed until moving to larger quarters in 1913.In 1982, before a planned rehabilitation of the building, all of the "elaborate classical woodwork" in the Odd Fellows' lodge room on the second floor had survived and the building was one of the last remaining Late Victorian commercial buildings in the city.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.Its NRHP nomination states: "The Odd Fellows' building is a fine building with much character and fine architectural design, unique in Santa Ana's large commercial district.": 6 

Downtown Santa Ana (DTSA), also called Downtown Orange County, is the historic city center of Santa Ana, the county seat of Orange County, California. It is the institutional center for the city of Santa Ana as well as Orange County, a retail and business hub, and has in recent years developed rapidly as a regional cultural, entertainment and culinary center for Orange County. The Downtown Santa Ana Historic Districts are listed with the National Trust for Historic Preservation and consist of numerous historic buildings across the area.
