Pearl River Tower

The Pinnacle (Chinese: 广晟国际大厦; Chinese: 廣晟國際大廈) is a 60-story, 360 m (1,180 ft)-tall skyscraper in the Tianhe District of Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. It's the fourth-tallest building in Guangzhou.

Huacheng Square, or Flower City Square (Chinese: 花城广场), is the largest city square in the city of Guangzhou. The square is situated on the city axis in Zhujiang New Town, occupies a 56-square-kilometre-large (22 sq mi) area with Haixinsha Island to its south and Huangpu Avenue to its north. Guangzhou Opera House, Guangdong Museum and Guangzhou Library are also located around the square. Underneath the whole area are the Guangzhou APM line with its 4 stations, as well as the Mall of the World shopping center with many connecting tunnels to the other malls, BRT bus stations and metro stations. On the surface, it is car and bike free pedestrian area with parks, ponds and fountain, making it a popular destination area for locals and tourists. Especially in the evening, the view of the Canton Tower and the other buildings in the Zhujiang New Town CBD with all the lights decoration is remarkable.

Leatop Plaza (Chinese: 利通广场; Chinese: 利通廣場) is a 66-storey, 302.7 m (993 ft) late-modernist supertall skyscraper in Guangzhou, China. Leatop Plaza is placed on the site parallel to the East entrance at the central axis of Zhujiang New Town. The office tower has a floor pitch of 4 m (13 ft). Zhujiang New Town or Zhujiang New City is a central business district in Tianhe District, Guangzhou city, Guangdong province, China. It is bounded by Huangpu Avenue on the north, the Pearl River on the south, Guangzhou Avenue on the west and the South China Expressway on the east. Covering an area of 6.44 km2, it is divided by Xiancun Road (Chinese: 冼村路) into two parts. The larger eastern section contains mainly high-end residential apartments and in the centre lies the Zhujiang park. Such a layout was modelled on New York's Central Park, where the park itself provides a green oasis in the city centre and increases the value of surrounding properties. The western portion of Zhujiang New Town was planned as the city's new CBD for the 21st century. Its core area, which the government designated as the city's new axis of development, is a continuous open plaza which extends approximately 1.5km from Huangpu Avenue to the Pearl River. The plaze incorporates underground shopping malls, vehicular tunnels and a people mover system. Flanked by skyscrapers, at its southern end it hosts the four newly built cultural venues of the city: Guangzhou Opera House, the second Children's Palace, the new Guangzhou Library and Guangdong Museum. Immediately to the north of these buildings are the supertall Twin Towers and across the river stands the Canton Tower, which is the tallest structure in Guangzhou. While the concept of the new town was proposed back in the late 1980s, its development had stagnated for more than a decade. Local government tried encourage development by moving some of its offices to the area, including the customs office and taxation bureau. A piece of land measuring about 3 hectares was specifically reserved and sold to the U.S. Consulate in 2001. Private companies however, were reluctant to move in due to the poor traffic connection and a lack of other amenities at that time. Eventually in 2003 the government carried out a planning review of the area, when some major adjustments were made including more public facilities and transport infrastructure being incorporated. The area finally met its opportunity of rapid development as the city prepared to host the 2010 Asian Games. The adjacent Haixinsha island was chosen as the venue of the opening ceremony, as a result the area attracted large investment from the government and property developers. Today Zhujiang New Town has the largest concentration of luxurious hotels and office buildings in the city.

Yangji was a village in the Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China, which was demolished in 2010 and is now planned to be rebuilt as a 'new community'.

Xiancun Station (Chinese: 冼村站; pinyin: Xiǎncūn Zhàn; Jyutping: sin2cyun4 zaam6) is a station on Line 18 of the Guangzhou Metro, located underground at the fork of Huangpu Avenue West, Tiyu East Road and Xiancun Road in Guangzhou's Tianhe District. It opened on 28 September 2021, and is the current northern terminus of the line.The station will become an interchange station with Line 13 in 2024.

Tiyu Xilu Station (simplified Chinese: 体育西路站; traditional Chinese: 體育西路站; Jyutping: tai2 juk6 sai1 lou6 zaam6; Cantonese Yale: Táiyuhk Sāilouh Jaahm; lit. 'Sports (Centre) Road West Station') is an interchange station on Line 1 and Line 3 of the Guangzhou Metro. It started operations on 28 June 1999 (for Line 1) and 26 December 2005 (for Line 3). It is situated under Tiyu Road West (体育西路) and Tianhe 1st South Road (天河南一路) in the Tianhe District of Guangzhou. It is near Teemall (天河城广场) and Guangzhou Books Center (广州购书中心), which makes it one of the busiest metro stations in Guangzhou.The platforms for Line 1 are in the standard island platform layout whilst on Line 3 there are two island platforms serving three tracks. Northbound services to Tianhe Coach Terminal and southbound services to Panyu Square use the outer tracks whilst the train service to the airport uses the single centre track. The doors open on both sides of the centre track to allow cross-platform interchange in both directions. The station was designated as busiest in the country by a fair margin with 1,252,064 passengers per day in 2017.

Guangzhou International Finance Center or Guangzhou West Tower, is a 103-story, (438.6 m (1,439 ft)) skyscraper at Zhujiang Avenue West in the Tianhe District of Guangzhou, Guangdong. One half of the Guangzhou Twin Towers, it is the 24th tallest building in the world, completed in 2010. As of 2023, it is the world's tallest building with a rooftop helipad, at (438 m high). The world's second-tallest building with a rooftop helipad was also completed in 2010: Beijing's China World Trade Center Tower III, whose roof-top helipad is 330 m high. Both buildings are taller than the U.S. Bank Tower, the previous record-holder from 1989 to 2010, whose roof-top helipad is 310.3 m (1,018 ft) high. Construction of the building, designed by WilkinsonEyre, broke ground in December 2005, and was completed in 2010. The building is used as a conference center, hotel and office building. Floors 1 through 66 are used as offices, floors 67 and 68 are for mechanical equipment, floors 69 to 98 have a Four Seasons Hotel with the lobby being on the 70th floor, and floors 99 and 100 are used as an observation deck. The building was previously known as Guangzhou West Tower and had a related project, the proposed Guangzhou East Tower, which, at 475 m (1,558 ft), would have been even taller, though that project has been awarded to a different design by Kohn Pedersen Fox, the 530 m (1,740 ft) Guangzhou CTF Finance Center.The building was the winner of the RIBA 2012 Lubetkin Prize.

Huangpu Dadao station (Chinese: 黄埔大道站), literally Huangpu Avenue station, formerly Huangpu Avenue West station (黄埔大道西站) and Citizens' Square station (市民广场站), is a Guangzhou Metro APM line metro station in the Zhujiang New Town of Tianhe District. It is located at the underground of the West Huangpu Avenue, Zhujiang Road East, and Zhujiang Road West. It started operating on 8 November 2010.

The R&F Centre is a 54-storey 243 m (797 ft) office skyscraper, designed by Aedas, on Huaxia Road in Tianhe District of Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. The glass and steel tower is modeled after a jade vase. Construction began in 2005 and it was completed in 2007. The R&F Centre is the headquarters of R&F Properties, a Guangzhou-based developer. It is adjacent to the GZ IFC and the IFP. It is directly opposite Exit B2 of Zhujiang New Town Station. Tenants of the building include several consulates and chambers of commerce.

The Guangzhou Chow Tai Fook Finance Centre (simplified Chinese: 广州周大福金融中心; traditional Chinese: 廣州周大福金融中心; pinyin: Guǎngzhōu zhōudàfú jīnróng zhōngxīn), also called East Tower, it is a 530-metre (1,739 ft) tall mixed-use skyscraper in Guangzhou, Guangdong, which was completed in October 2016. It is the tallest completed building in Guangzhou, the third-tallest in China, and the eighth-tallest in the world. The Guangzhou CTF Finance Centre has a total of 111 above ground and five below ground floors and houses a shopping mall, offices, apartments, and a hotel. The skyscraper has a gross floor area of 507,681.0 m2 (5,464,633 sq ft), of which a little over 20% is not part of the skyscraper itself, but of the podium connected to it.The Guangzhou CTF Finance Centre is situated on a 27,000 m2 (290,000 sq ft) lot along Zhujiang East Road in Zhujiang New Town, Guangzhou's central business district. In that neighborhood, the skyscraper is located east of the central axis with an underground mall and connections to public transportation underneath it. The Guangzhou CTF Centre is part of the Guangzhou Twin Towers. The other tower of the pair, the 439 m (1,439 ft) tall Guangzhou International Finance Center, is located on the other side of the axis and is also known under the name "West Tower". The Guangzhou CTF Centre is therefore known as the "East Tower" as well. Both towers have a similar height, size, and function, and are situated close to the 604 m (1,982 ft) tall Canton Tower.The Guangzhou CTF Finance Centre is owned by Chow Tai Fook Enterprises, and houses the world's fastest elevators, which can reach speeds up to 21 m/s (69 ft/s).

Wuyangcun Station (Chinese: 五羊邨站; Cantonese Yale: Ńghyèuhngchyūn Jaahm), formerly Wuyang New Town Station (五羊新城站) during planning, is a station on Line 5 of the Guangzhou Metro. It is located under the junction of Siyou New Road (寺右新马路) and Guangzhou Avenue (广州大道), in Wuyang New Town, Yuexiu District. It opened on 28 December 2009.
