Newmarket Course

New Hyde Park is a Long Island Rail Road station on the Main Line. It is located at New Hyde Park Road and Second Avenue in New Hyde Park, New York. The station house was near the eastern part of the westbound platform, it is now demolished for the accommodation of the LIRR's third track expansion project. The station is wheelchair accessible and had two grade crossings on either side of the station; however, as of 2020, both have been demolished and turned into an underpasses. It is only listed on the Port Jefferson Branch timetable and most service is provided by that branch.

The Denton House is a historic building in New Hyde Park, New York, within the Town of North Hempstead. Built in 1795 as a farmhouse, it was converted in the 1860s to a Georgian-style mansion. It is currently a McDonald's restaurant.

The Stewart Manor station is one of five stations of the Long Island Rail Road that serve the village of Garden City, New York. It is located just south of Stewart Avenue, to the west of New Hyde Park Road. Contrary to its name, the station is not within the limits of the village of Stewart Manor. The village is just a few blocks to the west. There is ample permit parking available at the station.

New Hyde Park Memorial High School is a six-year public high school in North New Hyde Park, New York, as part of the Sewanhaka Central High School District. Like the four other high schools in the district, the school is home to grades 7 through 12, a combined junior and senior high school. As of the 2016–2017 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,756 students and 119.47 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student-teacher ratio of 14.7:1. There were 307 students (17.48% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 45 (2.56%) eligible for reduced-cost lunch. In terms of racial ethnicity, 36% were White, 43% were Asian, 16% were Hispanic, and 4% were Black.The school held its 50th Anniversary Celebration on Sunday, June 4, 2006. The principal is currently Dr. Richard J. Faccio. The school mascot is the Gladiator, and its colors are blue and white.

Frank Carey High School is a public high school located in Franklin Square, New York serving students in the seventh through twelfth grades from the towns of Franklin Square, Garden City South, Garden City, West Hempstead, and Elmont.As of the 2014-15 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,634 students and 98.2 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 16.6:1. There were 110 students (6.7% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 30 (1.8% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.

Sewanhaka High School is a six-year public high school located in Floral Park, New York. It is part of the Sewanhaka Central High School District. Sewanhaka High School was established in 1929. Its name translates to "Island of Shells" in English. As of the 2018–19 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,669 students and 119.1 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 14.0:1.
