Glendale, Pennsylvania is an unincorporated community and census designated place (CDP) in Scott Township, Allegheny County, in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.

Elizabeth is a borough in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, United States, on the east bank of the Monongahela River, where Pennsylvania Route 51 crosses, 15 miles (24 km) upstream (south) of Pittsburgh and close to the county line. The population was 1,398 at the 2020 census. The borough of Elizabeth is entirely contained within the 15037 USPS ZIP code. The local school district is the Elizabeth Forward School District. The Regis R. Malady Bridge, commonly known as the Elizabeth Bridge, is an arch bridge that carries vehicular traffic across the Monongahela River between Elizabeth, Pennsylvania and West Elizabeth, Pennsylvania. The bridge features freeway ramps at either end, with an exit to Third Street in Elizabeth (signed as Elizabeth/Glassport) on the south bank and exits for Route 837 North to Clairton and Route 837 South to West Elizabeth on the north bank. This bridge replaces an 1893 arch structure that crossed at Plum Street. The bridge was renamed in 1985 after Regis Malady, a former Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives whose district included a number of Mon Valley communities.

Clairton High School is located in suburban Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in Allegheny County in the city of Clairton, United States. It is part of the Clairton City School District. The school serves students in 6th through 12th grades. The school's mascot is the Bear. The school's football team, the Clairton Bears, won their 60th consecutive game on November 23, 2012. This win put the team in the record books for the most consecutive wins for any high school football team in Pennsylvania. The win broke the record set from 1997 to 2000 by Central Bucks West, a suburban Philadelphia school.

The Union Railroad Clairton Bridge, commonly known as the Clairton Coke Works Bridge, is a truss bridge that formerly carried traffic between Clairton, Pennsylvania and Lincoln, Pennsylvania for the Pennsylvania Union Railroad which is owned and operated by Transtar, Inc., a subsidiary of the United States Steel Corporation. The structure, which featured a single track, has been out of service since the 1970s; rail traffic was rerouted to the US Steel Clairton Works as the steel industry began to decline. The bridge is currently slated to become part of the Montour Trail, one of many current Pittsburgh-area bike trails projects.

Elizabeth Locks & Dam is one of nine navigational structures on the Monongahela River between Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Fairmont, West Virginia. Maintained and built by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the gated dam forms an upstream pool that extends for 23.8 miles, stretching to Charleroi, Pennsylvania.The dam is located at mile 23.8 of the Monongahela River; it was modernized during a major reconstruction project in 1979–80. The dam is scheduled for removal in the fall of 2023.

The Van Kirk Farm is an historic, American farm that is located in Elizabeth Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places on February 19, 1986, it is adjacent to the Hutchinson Farm, which is also listed on the National Register.
