CKFG-FM (98.7 FM, Flow 98.7) is a radio station in Toronto, Ontario. Owned by CINA Media Group, it carries an urban contemporary format. The studios and offices are on Kern Road in the Don Mills neighbourhood of North York. The station began broadcasting on October 3, 2011, as G98.7 under the ownership of Intercity Broadcasting Network–a company founded by Jamaican-Canadian broadcaster Fitzroy Gordon. The station launched with an urban adult contemporary format serving the Black Canadian community of Africans and Caribbeans in the Greater Toronto Area, airing a mix of R&B, soul, reggae, soca, hip hop, worldbeat, gospel, and smooth jazz. After Gordon's death in 2019, it was revealed that the station had been accumulating debt. It subsequently entered receivership, and in 2020, an Ontario court ordered that CKFG be sold. CKFG would be acquired by Neeti P. Ray's CINA Media Group–an operator of multicultural stations–in September 2021. Its new owners committed to maintain CKFG's existing format; in February 2022, CINA announced an agreement with Stingray Radio to transfer the heritage Flow branding from CFXJ-FM to CKFG, as part of a relaunch of both stations. The station has an effective radiated power (ERP) of 446 watts with a peak of 1,000 watts. Its transmitter is atop First Canadian Place in Downtown Toronto.

Milne Hollow is a 50-hectare (120-acre) valley site in Toronto, Ontario, Canada within the valley of the East Don River. It is located in north-west central Toronto where the Don Valley Parkway intersects with Lawrence Avenue East. It was the location of pioneer Alexander Milne's mill town known as Milnesford Mills and his homestead farm. Today it is dominated by transportation uses, (including two rail lines, an expressway and an arterial road) with parkland alongside. The parkland has seen recent naturalization efforts by the City of Toronto government and volunteer organizations, including the opening of the East Don Trail in 2012.

In 1998, North York, including the Don Mills community, was amalgamated into Toronto proper. Consisting of residential, commercial and industrial sub-districts, it was planned and developed by private enterprise. In several ways it became the blueprint for postwar suburban development in Toronto and contemporary residential neighbourhoods. Don Mills Middle School (DMMS) is a middle school in Toronto, Ontario. It is located near the intersection Don Mills Road and Lawrence Avenue. The school was known as Don Mills Junior High until 1986. DMMS shares its building with Don Mills Collegiate Institute, a high school, although they have different street addresses. The two schools share a library and all of its resources (books, videos and computers), but no other rooms.

Don Valley East (French: Don Valley-Est) is a federal electoral district in Ontario, Canada that covers the northeast section of the North York part of Toronto. The federal riding was created in 1976 from parts of Willowdale, York East, York North, and York—Scarborough ridings. It is represented in the House of Commons of Canada by Liberal MP Michael Coteau. He was formerly the Ontario Liberal MPP for the contiguous provincial riding.

Don Valley East is a provincial electoral district in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It elects one member to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. It was created in 1999 from parts of Don Mills, York Mills, Oriole and Willowdale. When the riding was created, it included all of North York within the following line: A hydroelectric transmission corridor located south of McNicoll Avenue to Highway 404 to Finch Avenue to the Don River East Branch to Highway 401 to Leslie Street to the CN Railway to Don Mills Road to the CP Railway to the Don River East Branch to the border of East York around Sunrise Avenue. In 2007, the boundaries were altered slightly. In the northwest, the boundary was changed from the Don River to Leslie Street, and in the south they changed from the North York/East York border to Sunrise Avenue. This riding underwent significant changes during the 2012 electoral redistribution. It lost almost half of its territory to Don Valley North and gained a significant portion of Don Valley West. Graydon or sometimes referred to as Graydon Hall is a neighbourhood in the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located just south of Ontario Highway 401, West of a nearby neighborhood called Parkwoods, North of York Mills Road and west of the Don Valley Parkway. The neighbourhood is built up on hillside terrains and is home to the Donalda Golf course. In the North East quadrant of the neighbourhood is the area known as Parkwoods. Graydon Hall is known for its Graydon Hall Manor, a historic boutique conference and reception facility.

Don Mills Collegiate Institute (DMCI) is a high school in Don Mills, Toronto. It serves an ethnically diverse student population of approximately 1000. As of 2017, 67% of students speak a first language other than English. The school opened in 1959.

WillowWood School is an alternative private school in Toronto, Ontario, Canada for Grades JK through 12. It was founded in 1980 by owner/principal Joy Kurtz. The school caters for children with learning differences, ADHD, and other learning challenges. WillowWood has an Arts and Sports program.
