United Overseas Bank Plaza (UOB Plaza) is a complex with twin tower late-modernist skyscrapers in the city of Singapore. UOB Plaza One was one of the three tallest in the city, sharing the title with the OUB Centre and Republic Plaza, but it is now the second tallest since the construction of Tanjong Pagar Centre in 2016. UOB Plaza Two is a shorter and older building with construction completed in 1973 and was later renovated in 1995 with a similar facade as UOB Plaza One. Both buildings are connected by a 45 m (148 ft) podium supported by four columns. The podium houses the banking hall of the United Overseas Bank's main branch. The building was opened by then Senior Minister Lee Kuan Yew on 6 August 1995 which was 60 years after the founding of the United Overseas Bank.

OCBC Centre is a 197.7 m (649 ft), 52-storey skyscraper in Singapore. serving as the current headquarters of OCBC Bank, the building was completed in 1976 and was the tallest building in the country, and South East Asia, at that time. There are two extensions, OCBC Centre South and OCBC Centre East. There is an Executive Club on one of the higher floors of the building. OCBC Centre East has food and beverage outlets.

Yueh Hai Ching Temple (Traditional Chinese 粵海清廟, Simplified Chinese 粤海清庙), also known as the Wak Hai Cheng Bio from its Teochew pronunciation, is a Chinese temple in Singapore located in Raffles Place in Singapore's central business district. The temple, whose name literally means "Temple of the Calm Cantonese Sea", was the first stop for Chinese immigrants to Singapore in the early 19th century.

Boat Quay is a historical quay in Singapore which is situated upstream from the mouth of the Singapore River on its southern bank. It spans from the shophouses near UOB Centre, stretching along one bank of the Singapore River, all the way till Elgin Bridge. It was the busiest part of the old Port of Singapore, handling three-quarters of all shipping business during the 1860s. Because the south of the river here resembles the belly of a carp, which according to Chinese belief is where wealth and prosperity lay, many shophouses were built, crowded into the area. Though serving aquatic trade is no longer Boat Quay's primary role, the shophouses on it have been carefully conserved and now house various bars, pubs and restaurants. Therefore, Boat Quay's social-economic role in the city has shifted away from that of trade and maritime commerce, and now leans towards more of a role accommodated for tourism and aesthetics for the commercial zone of which encloses the Singapore River. It is the soft front to the cosmopolitan banking and financial sectors lying immediately behind it. Boat Quay is also the name of the road along the quay, which has since been converted into a pedestrian mall.

One Raffles Place, formerly Overseas Union Bank Centre or OUB Centre is one of the tallest skyscrapers in the city of Singapore. It was the tallest together with the UOB Plaza and Republic Plaza until the construction of Guoco Tower in 2016. The building sits at the city centre of Raffles Place.

CapitaSpring is a skyscraper in Downtown Core, Singapore. The building was designed by architectural firm BIG and architect Carlo Ratti. With a height of 280 m (920 ft), as of 2022 the building is the joint second-tallest in Singapore, alongside One Raffles Place, United Overseas Bank Plaza One and Republic Plaza.

Progress and Advancement is an 8.5 metres (28 ft) bronze sculpture by Taiwanese artist Yang-Ying Fen. Located outside of Raffles Place MRT station, the sculpture weighs 9,000 kilograms (20,000 lb). It depicts a model of Singapore's Central Business District (CBD) surrounded by a spiral representing a dragon. There are also 3 reliefs on the sculpture's busts depicting Admiral Cheng Ho's treasure voyage, Raffles' arrival into Singapore, and Singapore as the world's busiest port at the time of the sculpture's unveiling. It was one of Yang's biggest projects, costing around S$1 million (1988) (US$496,912.93) at the time of its opening, Progress and Advancement was initially commissioned for the United Overseas Bank Centre (UOBC) by Lien Ying Chow and was going to be made out of stainless steel. Over fears of light reflecting to other buildings from the sculpture, it was decided that the sculpture would be made out of bronze. After a two-week shipping delay, the sculpture was assembled 3 hours before the UOBC's opening ceremony on 8 August 1988. However, it was moved to Raffles Place MRT station on 4 August 1989 by the Public Arts Committee to enhance the artistic value of Raffles Place. It was reported to have positive reception from passers-by, who said that the sculpture was "unique".

Six Battery Road, formerly the Standard Chartered Bank Building, is a high-rise skyscraper located in the central business district of Singapore. It is located on 6 Battery Road, in Raffles Place. The tower is situated adjacent to the Bank of China Building and faces the Singapore River. It is a class-A office building, and houses offices of several multi-national companies. The development has a net floor area of 46,060 m2 as at 30 June 2007, and has direct access to Raffles Place MRT station. At its completion, it was the largest building for the Standard Chartered Bank worldwide and also represented the largest single investment by a British company. The building is on a 999-year leasehold.

The Pickering Operations Complex is a 177 m (581 ft) skyscraper at 20 Pickering Street, in Raffles Place in the central business district of Singapore. The tower is situated adjacent to OCBC Centre and One George Street.

Raffles Place Park is a 0.6-hectare park in Singapore. It is strategically located in the central business district, having intensive pedestrian traffic with commercial buildings located on both sides. Many working subjects and professionals around the area visit the park. The lush Zoysia lawns on raised planters is the main feature of this park. These raised planters can also be rendered as sitting platform for park users. A Coffee Club restaurant available serves as a dining place for both visitors and office workers by providing refreshments. Bazaars, concerts, performances, and trade fairs can also be participated in by visitors.

Singapore Land Tower is a 48-storey 190 m (620 ft) skyscraper located in the central business district of Singapore. The tower is located at 50 Raffles Place, adjacent to Raffles Place MRT station. It is just 100 metres away from Boat Quay and Collyer Quay.The Embassy of Germany is located on the 12th floor, Embassy of Ukraine is on the 16th floor and the Embassy of Colombia occupies the 30th floor of the building.
