Traiano railway station (Italian: Stazione di Traiano) is a railway station in Naples, Italy. It is served by the Circumflegrea railway line, managed by EAV. It is located on Via de Civitate Dei and features a ramp connecting it to the underlying Via Saverio Simonetti in the Soccavo district. The station is named after Rione Traiano, the closest neighborhood.

Gran Premio Lotteria, or Gran Premio della Lotteria, or in short, Lotteria, is an annual Group One harness event that takes place at Agnano Racetrack in Naples, Italy. The competition, which was inaugurated in 1951, is regarded as one of the most prestigious international events in trotting. The winner is decided through three qualifying heats and a subsequent final later the same day. Both the eliminations and the final are raced over 1,600 meters. Gran Premio Lotteria is part of the European Grand Circuit and the overall purse for the 2009 event was €600,600, equalling approximately US$795,000. The fastest winning time in the history of the race is 1:10.5, run by Timone Ek in 2017.

Soccavo railway station (Italian: Stazione di Soccavo) is a railway station in Naples, Italy. It is served by the Circumflegrea railway line, managed by EAV. The station was renovated in 1990 by architect Nicola Pagliara, replacing the previous building with a new one featuring a brick curtain façade, aluminum panels, and glass blocks. The section of the station intended for the future Line 7 of Naples metropolitan railway service is currently under construction; this line will connect Soccavo station to Edenlandia on the Cumana railway.

RAI's production center in Naples (Italian: Centro di produzione Rai di Napoli) is one of four regional television and radio production centers belonging to the Italian public broadcaster RAI. The center is located in Naples in southern Italy, while the other three production centers are located in Rome, Milan and Turin. Construction began in the late 1950s, and the center was opened on 7 March 1963 by Prime Minister Amintore Fanfani.

Stadio Diego Armando Maradona, formerly named Stadio San Paolo, is a stadium in the western Fuorigrotta suburb of Naples, Italy. It is the third largest football stadium in Italy, after Milan's San Siro and Rome's Stadio Olimpico, as well as the largest to be used by only one team. For the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome, the stadium hosted the football preliminaries. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of S.S.C. Napoli. Constructed in 1959, the stadium was extensively renovated in 1989 for the 1990 World Cup and again in 2018. The stadium currently accommodates 60,240 spectators.

The Hermitage of Camaldoli, in Italian Complesso dell'Eremo dei Camaldoli, is a hermitage in Naples, Campania, Italy — also known in Italian as Eremo Santissimo Salvatore Camaldoli. Serving Brigidine nuns since 1998, the complex is located at Via dell'Eremo 87, at an elevation of 458 meters (1502'), the highest point in Naples.

The Zoo di Napoli (English: Naples Zoo) is a zoo in Naples, Campania, southern Italy, created by Franco Cuneo and Angelo Lombardi in 1940 (then closed and opened for a second time in 1949 after the Second World War) over an area of 100,000 square metres (25 acres).

Lago di Agnano or Lake Agnano was a circular lake, some 6½ km in circumference, which occupied the crater of the extinct volcano of Agnano 8 km west of Naples, Italy. It was apparently not formed until the Middle Ages, as it is not mentioned by ancient writers; it was drained in 1870. On the south bank are the Stufe di San Germano, natural sulphureous vapor baths, and close by is the Grotta del Cane. From the floor of this cave warm carbonic acid gas constantly rises to a height of 18 inches (46 cm): the fumes render a dog insensible in a few seconds. Remains of an extensive Roman building and some statues have been discovered close by.

Mostra is an underground metro station that serve Line 6 on the Naples Metro. It was opened on 4 February 2007 as part of the inaugural section of Line 6 between Mergellina and Mostra.The station, even though it is terminal, presents binary loops that end in the temporary storage of trains of Line 6, waiting for work to finish in the new one, which is why the two tracks are through. Since then show trains exclusively in the direction Mergellina. Located in the district of Fuorigrotta, the station is located near the Stadio San Paolo and some university faculties: in spite of all passenger movements is not as high as the other metro lines. Mostra is part of Art Stations with works by Merz, Sironi and Pisani. The previous station is Augusto.

Fuorigrotta (Neapolitan: Forerotta; lit. "Outside the grotto") is a western suburb of Naples, southern Italy. Covering an area of 6,2 km2, it is the most populated suburb of the city (76.521 people).
