Hicksville Escalator District

Heitz Place Courthouse is a historic courthouse building located at Hicksville in Nassau County, New York. It was built in 1895 and is a two-story, hipped roof balloon frame building sheathed with clapboards. It features full height pilasters, a full-length verandah, and an open octagonal cupola.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974. The building is currently used to hold the collections of the Hicksville Gregory Museum.

The Town of Oyster Bay is the easternmost of the three towns that make up Nassau County, New York, United States. Part of the New York metropolitan area, it is the only town in Nassau County to extend from the North Shore to the South Shore of Long Island. As of the 2020 census, it had a population of 301,332, Making it the 5th most populous city or town in the state. There are 18 villages and 18 hamlets within the town of Oyster Bay. The U.S. Postal Service has organized these 36 places into 30 five-digit ZIP Codes, served by 20 post offices. Each post office shares the name of one of the hamlets or villages, but their boundaries are usually not coterminous. Oyster Bay is also the name of a hamlet on the North Shore, within the town of Oyster Bay. Near this hamlet, in the village of Cove Neck, is Sagamore Hill, the former residence and summer White House of U.S. President Theodore Roosevelt and now a museum. At least six of the 36 villages and hamlets of the town have shores on Oyster Bay Harbor, an inlet of Long Island Sound, and many of these at one time or another have also been referred to as being part of the hamlet of Oyster Bay.

Hicksville is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) within the Town of Oyster Bay in Nassau County, on Long Island, in New York. The population of the CDP was 43,869 at the 2020 census.

PTWF tasks the faithful of all beliefs to recognize that the true danger to international peace is the extremist ideologies that exist within every faith.

Grumman was a station along the Main Line of the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) at South Oyster Bay Road that served employees of Grumman Engineering Aircraft Corporation, at the Grumman Bethpage Airport.

The Hicksville station is a station on the Main Line and Port Jefferson Branch of the Long Island Rail Road located in Hicksville, New York. It is the busiest station east of Jamaica and Penn Station by combined weekday/weekend ridership. The station is at Newbridge Road (Route 106) and West Barclay Street. It has two island platforms and three tracks. It is wheelchair accessible, with an elevator to each platform from street level. It is served by eight Nassau Inter-County Express routes and two cab services on the ground level of the station.

Hicksville High School is an American high school in the town of Hicksville, New York, in Nassau County. It is the only high school in the Hicksville Union Free School District. It opened in 1953. As of the 2016–17 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,705 students. The principal of the school is Raymond Williams, who became principal in the 2013–2014 school year. This is a coed public school and does not have a mandatory dress code.

Broadway Commons, better known by its former name Broadway Mall, is a large shopping mall located in Hicksville, New York, United States. Originally an open-air shopping center called the Mid-Island Shopping Plaza, Broadway Mall is currently a regional enclosed shopping center comprising 98 stores, as well as a food court and movie theater. The mall's anchor stores are IKEA, Target and Blink Fitness.

Grumman Studios is a sound stage complex in Bethpage, New York, United States, that offers 160,000 square feet with seven sound stages and 30 acres of paved outdoor space.Principal owner in the project is Parviz Farahzad whose production company is Lunar Module Park, LLC. The studios are in the former Apollo Lunar Module assembly plant at the massive Grumman aircraft works in Bethpage. Farahzad founded the company in 2007. The original blue Grumman landmark dome atop the facility has been repainted red for the new studio. Grumman Studios is one of two large sound stage complexes in Bethpage related to the original Grumman operation. The other is Gold Coast Studios which has six sound stages totaling 105,000 square feet in Steel Equities Bethpage Business Park.The studio is at 500 Grumman Road West in Bethpage.

Grumman Bethpage Airport (IATA: BPA, ICAO: KBPA) – also known as Grumman Airport, Bethpage Airport, and Grumman Field – was an airport located in Bethpage within the Town of Oyster Bay, in Nassau County, on Long Island, New York, United States. The airport was also the former headquarters of Grumman Aerospace and was home to Naval Weapons Industrial Reserve Plant, Bethpage.

Bethpage Energy Center is a power station in Bethpage, New York, United States, consisting of two combined cycle plants opened in 1989 and 2005, and one gas turbine peaking plant opened in 2002. The original plant was commissioned by Grumman Aerospace for its Bethpage complex because it was deemed more cost-effective than purchasing power from electric utilities. It was acquired by Calpine in 1998, which expanded the facility with two more plants.
