Three Rock Mountain (Irish: Binn Trí Charraig; archaic: Sliabh Ruadh) is a mountain in Co Dublin, Ireland. It is 444 metres (1,457 feet) high and forms part of the group of hills in the Dublin Mountains which comprises Two Rock, Three Rock, Kilmashogue and Tibradden Mountains. The mountain takes its name from the three groups of granite rocks at the summit. It was once believed that these features were man-made: for instance, Gabriel Beranger wrote of them in 1780, "I take them to be altars upon which sacrifices were offered […] the regularity which is observed in piling them convinces me they are the work of man, as they could not grow in that position". In fact, the three outcrops are tors: natural geological features produced by the gradual process of weathering. Today, the summit is dominated by the many radio masts and towers that use the site to broadcast their signals across the Dublin area below. The forestry plantations on the slopes consist mainly of Sitka spruce, Japanese larch, Scots pine, Monterey pine and lodgepole pine.

The station broadcasts on the 98.1 MHz FM frequency. 98FM's broadcast antenna is located on Three Rock Mountain, County Dublin at 5 kW, and can be heard in Dublin and neighbouring counties. 98FM also has a relay in north County Dublin, broadcasting on 97.4 MHz. Since 2022 the station has been marketed as "Dublin's Good Times"

Sandyford (Irish: Áth an Ghainimh) is a suburb of Dublin, located in Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown, Ireland. Sandyford Business District makes up much of the suburb and encompasses Sandyford Industrial Estate. It is the location for a number of multinational financial services and technology companies including Google, Facebook, Microsoft and AIB.

Ticknock or Tiknock (Irish: Tigh an Chnoic, meaning 'house of the hill') is a townland southwest of Sandyford in Dublin at the northeastern foothills of the Dublin Mountains. The townland of Tiknock is in the electoral division of Dundrum, and has an area of approximately 2.6 square kilometres (1.0 sq mi).There are a number of walking and biking trails in the locality, including in the Ticknock Forest amenity which is managed by Coillte. Described as one of Coillte's "most popular" and most visited sites, during 2020 Coillte replanted a number of sections of the commercial coniferous woodland at Ticknock with native deciduous trees.Originally a largely rural area at the foot of Three Rock Mountain, a number of housing developments were built in the area (between the townland and the M50 motorway to the north) in the early 21st century.

The Currency Centre (also known as the Irish Mint) is the mint of coins and printer of banknotes for the Central Bank of Ireland, including the euro currency. The centre is located in Sandyford, Dublin, Ireland. The centre does not print the complete range of euro banknotes. Other denominations are imported. The centre was designed by the architect Sam Stephenson, for which he won the RIAI Triennial Gold Medal in 1977-1979. Construction began in 1972, with the first notes being printed in 1974. In 1976 the Currency Centre printed the first notes of Series B along with the first mint of Irish coins. Before the centre was established, Irish coins were produced in the Royal Mint. The first euro coins were minted in the centre in September 1999, whilst the first banknotes were printed in April 2000; these commenced delivery to banks and retailers in September (coins) and October (banknotes) of 2001. The final Irish coins, based on the Irish pound, were minted in September 2000 and the final banknotes were printed in April 2001. The decision to continue printing euro notes in Dublin when those notes could be printed much more cheaply on existing presses elsewhere was described as a colossal waste of money in April 2012.

The Irish Management Institute (IMI) is an educational institute in Dublin, Ireland that offers postgraduate diplomas, master's degrees, executive education programs and short courses in Business and Management. In its role as a membership organisation it connects businesses around its mission of improving the practice of management in Ireland. An alliance between University College Cork and the Irish Management Institute was announced in June 2011 by Taoiseach Enda Kenny, the two institutions having been collaborating since 2009. As of 2014, the majority of the degrees offered by the IMI were accredited by UCC. In 2016, after many years of discussion, UCC bought the IMI and its lands.

Stepaside (Irish: An Chéim) is a village on the outskirts of Dublin located on its southside, located in Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown, Ireland. The area is situated 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) south of Dundrum.

Two Rock (Irish: Binn Dá Charraig; archaic: Black Mountain; Sliab Lecga (meaning Mountain of Flagstones)) is a mountain in Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown, Ireland. It is 536 metres (1,759 feet) high and is the 382nd highest mountain in Ireland. It is the highest point of the group of hills in the Dublin Mountains which comprises Two Rock, Three Rock, Kilmashogue and Tibradden Mountains. The mountain takes its name from the two granite tors that lie to the south-east of the summit. From the summit, which is called Fairy Castle, there are views of much of the Dublin area from Tallaght to Howth to the north while Bray Head, Killiney Hill, the Great Sugar Loaf and the Wicklow Mountains are visible to the south. The summit area is mostly shallow bog while ferns and gorse cover the lower slopes. The mountain is also an important habitat for red grouse.A number of prehistoric monuments can be found on the mountain including a passage tomb on the summit and a wedge tomb on the slopes near Ballyedmonduff.

Balally (Irish: Baile Amhlaoibh, meaning 'Olafs' Town'), County Dublin, Ireland, is a townland and residential area between Dundrum village and the Sandyford Industrial Estate in Sandyford. Balally Parish itself reaches from Ardglas to the M50 motorway. The area is served by two primary schools (St. Olaf's National School and Queen of Angels) and two secondary schools (St. Tiernan's and Wesley College). Balally is part of the conurbation of Greater Dublin, in the council area of Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown. The area contains a Luas tram station, located near the southern entrance to the new Dundrum Town Centre.

Wesley College is an independent co-educational secondary school for day and boarding students in Ballinteer, Dublin, Ireland. Wesley College is under the control of a Board of Governors, appointed each year by the Methodist Church in Ireland. Wesley College was founded on 1 October 1845 and counts two Nobel laureates among its alumni.
