Ein as-Sahla (Arabic: عين السهلة, Hebrew: עין א-סהלה) is an Arab village in Haifa District, Israel. The village is located in the Wadi Ara area of the northern Triangle. The village has about 2,000 residents. Since 1996, it has been under the jurisdiction of the Basma local council. The vast majority of the residents in Ein as-Sahla adhere to Islam.

Basma (Arabic: بسمة, Hebrew: בסמ"ה) is an Israeli Arab local council in the Wadi Ara area of Haifa District. The local council was formed in 1995 through the consolidation of the villages of Barta'a West, Ein as-Sahala, and Muawiya; Basma is an acronym of the villages' names. In 2021 it had a population of 10,497. Basma's jurisdiction area covers 3,956 dunams.

Umm ar-Rehan (Arabic: أم الريحان, meaning "Mother of Basil"; also transliterated Umm Rihan or Um al-Rehan) is a Palestinian village of 447 inhabitants located high on the northwestern hills of the Jenin Governorate of the State of Palestine, 14 kilometers (8.7 mi) from Jenin. It is one of a number of Palestinian villages that are now located within enclaves in the Seam ZoneUmm al-Rehan is one of seven villages that form part of the Barta'a enclave, which is named for the enclave's largest town: eastern Barta'a (pop. 3,500).

Mei Ami (Hebrew: מֵי עַמִּי) is a moshav in northern Israel. Located near Wadi Ara around two kilometres south of Umm al-Fahm with an area of 3,500 dunams, it falls under the jurisdiction of Menashe Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 363.

Katzir (Hebrew: קָצִיר) is a community settlement in north-central Israel. Located south-west of Umm al-Fahm and close to the Green Line, it falls under the jurisdiction of Menashe Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 2,933.

Reihan (Hebrew: רֵיחָן) is an Israeli settlement organized as a moshav ovdim in the northwest edge of the West Bank. Located close to the Green Line, it falls under the jurisdiction of Shomron Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 384. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this.

Ar'ara (Arabic: عرعرة, Hebrew: עַרְעָרָה; lit. "Juniper tree") is an Arab town in the Wadi Ara region in northern Israel. It is located southwest of Umm al-Fahm just northwest of the Green Line, and is part of the Triangle. In 2021, the population was 25,823.

Umm al-Fahm (Arabic: أمّ الفحم , Umm al-Faḥm; Hebrew: אוּם אֶל-פַחֶם Um el-Faḥem) is a city located 20 kilometres (12 miles) northwest of Jenin in the Haifa District of Israel. In 2021 its population was 57,677, nearly all of whom are Arab citizens of Israel. The city is situated on the Umm al-Fahm mountain ridge, the highest point of which is Mount Iskander (522 metres (1,713 feet) above sea level), overlooking Wadi Ara. Umm al-Fahm is the social, cultural and economic center for residents of the Wadi Ara and Triangle regions.

Mu'awiya (Arabic: معاوية, Hebrew: מועאוויה) is an Arab village in Israel's Haifa District. The village is in the Wadi Ara area of the northern Triangle and lies between Kfar Kara and Umm el-Fahm. The village has around 3,100 residents. Since 1996, it has been under the jurisdiction of the Basma local council. The village is divided into two neighborhoods: eastern and western. The residents of the village belong to two clans: Ighbarieh and Mahmid.

Tal Menashe (Hebrew: טל מנשה, lit. Dew of Manasseh) is an Israeli outpost in the West Bank, retroactively legalized under Israeli law as an extension (suburb) of the Israeli settlement of Hinanit, located in the Samarian hills on the northwestern edge of the West Bank. The outpost, under the administrative municipal government of the Shomron Regional Council, is adjacent to Hinanit and Shaked. It was founded in 1992 as an Israeli outpost next to the settlement of Hinanit, and moved to it final land at 1999 on state lands nearby. It was founded by a group of Israelis from a kollel in Mevaseret Zion and from the Technion in Haifa. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this.

Tura al Gharbiya (Arabic: طوره الغربيه) is a Palestinian town in the Jenin Governorate in the Northern area of the West Bank, located 14 kilometers West of Jenin close to the separation barrier. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, the town had a population of over 1,110 inhabitants in mid-year 2006 and 1,053 in 2017. The healthcare facilities for the surrounding villages are based in Tura al Gharbiya, the facilities are designated as MOH level 1.

Barta'a (Arabic: برطعة, Hebrew: בַּרְטַעָה) is a town in Israel and Palestine that straddles both sides of the Green Line, in the Wadi Ara (or Nahal 'Iron) region. Western Barta'a is in the Haifa District of Israel, and forms part of the Basma local council. Its 4,700 residents are Arab citizens of Israel.Eastern Barta'a is in the West Bank, in the northern part of the Jenin Governorate of the State of Palestine. It has 4,792 residents, of whom 30-40 percent carry Israeli identity cards and the rest of whom carry Palestinian identity cards.
