Norfolk World Trade Center

Virginia Bank and Trust Building, also known as the Auslew Gallery Building, is a historic bank building located at Norfolk, Virginia. It was designed by the architectural firm of Wyatt & Nolting and built in 1908–1909. It is a four-story, Beaux Arts style building. It features Doric order and Ionic order engaged columns and pilasters.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

150 West Main Street is the fourth tallest building in Downtown Norfolk, Virginia, United States. Norfolk's highest rated restaurant, Todd Jurich's Bistro, is located on the building's ground floor.

The Homecoming is a statue expressing the joy of reunion between a family when the sailor returns from a long period at sea. The statue honors the sacrifices made by families and members of all the sea services during long separations. The Homecoming was sculpted by Stanley Bleifeld, who also created the well known The Lone Sailor. The original work is located in the United States Navy Memorial, in Washington, DC. There are full sized copies in Town Point Park, Norfolk, Virginia; Riverfront Park, North Charleston, South Carolina; and Tuna Harbor Park, San Diego, California.

Town Point Park is a 7-acre (2.8 ha) waterfront city park on the Elizabeth River in Norfolk, Virginia, USA. The park hosts major outdoor concerts, award-winning festivals and special events each year to include Norfolk Harborfest, Bayou Boogaloo, and 4 July Celebrations. Norfolk Festevents programs Town Point Park on behalf of the City of Norfolk. Located in the park are The Homecoming and the Armed Forces Memorial. The Armed Forces Memorial is located at the southwest corner of the park, on the river. The Memorial plaza features 20 letters home from US service people from the American Revolution through the Gulf War, all of whom died after writing their letters. The letters are engraved on bronze plates and appear as if strewn by the wind on the Memorial.Town Point Park is located in downtown Norfolk and is adjacent to Nauticus and the museum ship USS Wisconsin (BB-64). In October 2008, almost all of the park was bulldozed to prepare for a total redesign of the park. As of July 2009 it has been open to the public for daily use.

Nauticus is a maritime-themed science center and museum located on the downtown waterfront in Norfolk, Virginia, also known as the National Maritime Center.

The Hampton Roads Naval Museum is one of ten Navy museums that are operated by the Naval History & Heritage Command. It celebrates the long history of the U.S. Navy in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia and is co-located with Nauticus in downtown Norfolk, Virginia. In December 2008, the Hampton Roads Naval Museum was accredited by the American Alliance of Museums, the gold standard for museum accreditation.

The Dominion Enterprises Building is a 20-story commercial office building located in downtown Norfolk, Virginia on Granby Street. The 500,000 square foot building was opened in 2007 and is owned by Dominion Enterprises. It contains a Heritage Bank branch on the first floor.

The Waterside, is a festival marketplace on the Elizabeth River in downtown Norfolk, Virginia, opened June 1, 1983. While the Waterside Annex was demolished May 16, 2016, the main portion was renovated and reopened as Waterside District in May 2017.Beginning in the late 1970s, mall-developer James W. Rouse and the Rouse Company had conceived the festival marketplace (e.g., Norfolk's Waterside) as an important component to redeveloping a declining downtown, a seminal catalyst to further development. The concept combined to varying degrees major restaurants, specialty retail shops, food courts and nightlife activities. Like other shopping centers, malls and marketplaces, the Waterside has evolved through numerous business cycles. Originally, Waterside featured mostly restaurants like The Baitshack on the first floor. There were small nautically themed stores as well as an arcade. The balconied second floor featured more niche stores and kiosks. A second phase was added to the complex in the 1980s, while the mid-1990s saw a decline in business, mitigated by the opening of nearby MacArthur Center. In the early-2000s, the upstairs stores were replaced by entertainment venues, such as Jillian's arcade. The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority purchased the Waterside from its private owner, Enterprise Real Estate Services, in 1999, at the time considered a temporary arrangement. The Waterside delivered approximately $2.2 million in tax revenue in 2007, down $300,000 since 2004. Norfolk will subsidize the facility with $1 million in 2008 and currently is studying the next phase of the marketplace's repositioning.

Anime Mid-Atlantic was an anime convention held in June (normally on Father's Day weekend) at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott in Norfolk, Virginia. The convention was previously held in Richmond, Virginia and Chesapeake, Virginia for several years.

Monticello Arcade is a historic shopping arcade located in Norfolk, Virginia. It was built in 1907 on land leased from the Selden Grandy Estate, and is a three-story, Beaux Arts style steel frame building faced in molded and polychromed terra cotta. Both the facades are seven bays in length and are composed of a two-story Ionic order surmounted by an elaborate cornice, with an attic story above. The interior plan consists of a longitudinal mall open to the roof, lit by skylights, and entered through the central bay of each facade.

Wisconsin Square is a small park on Norfolk, Virginia's Elizabeth River waterfront, opposite the berth of the berth of the USS Wisconsin, a museum ship. It contains memorials to the seamen lost while serving on United States Navy ships homeported in Norfolk. It also contains the ship's bell of USS Norfolk (DL-1) and a copy of The Lone Sailor.
