Green Valley, previously called Toll Town, is a ghost town in northeast Denton County in the state of Texas in the United States of America. The ghost town is about 8 miles away from the city of Denton and rests near the Elm Fork in the Trinity River. The town received its name for the valley it rested in. The site is one of the several ghost towns in Denton County, and one of many in Texas. Some notable ones in Denton County include Elizabethtown, Drop, Stony, and Alton.
