Montclair is a city in the Pomona Valley, in southwestern San Bernardino County, California. The population was 36,664 in the 2010 United States Census.

Montclair High School is a high school in Montclair, California. It is one of the twelve schools of the Chaffey Joint Union High School District. The school was a recipient of the Golden Ribbon Award from the California Department of Education in 2017 and a silver medalist for the U.S. News & World Report 2018 Best High Schools. Graduates from the Class of 2017 met the University of California A-G admission requirements at a rate of 51.4%, nearly 5% higher than the state average. The school received the California School Board Association's Golden Bell Award in 2017 for its Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) National Demonstration program.

Montclair Hospital Medical Center (MHMC) is a 102-bed acute care facility in Montclair, in the Pomona Valley of San Bernardino County, southern California. MHMC is owned and operated by Prime Healthcare Services, Inc. (PHS), a hospital management company located in Ontario. PHS was founded in 2001 by Prem Reddy, who is its chairman of the board. PHS purchased the facility from AHMC Healthcare in 2006.

Montclair Place is a 1,200,000 square feet (110,000 m2) indoor shopping mall in Montclair, California. The mall was known as Montclair Plaza until 2015. The mall features JCPenney, and Macy's, in addition to an AMC Theatres Dine-In.

The Baitul Hameed Mosque (English: House of the Praiseworthy) is the largest Ahmadiyya Muslim mosque in the Western United States with an area of 19,000 square feet (1,800 m2) sitting on nearly 5 acres (20,000 m2). Initially built in 1989 at a cost of $2.5 million, entirely from donations of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, it is located east of Los Angeles in Chino, California, just inside San Bernardino County. The San Gabriel Mountains provide a beautiful backdrop to this Spanish-inspired mosque with modern amenities. In 2003, an electrical fire caused heavy damage to the front building which was used for library and office space, as well as a kitchen. The affected areas were demolished, and rebuilt with a second story. In addition, a separate auxiliary hall was built adjacent to the existing Tahir Hall, for the exclusive use of Lajna Imaillah. The reconstructed mosque opened again for full use in August, 2009. A separate commercial kitchen and missionary residence/guest house are also on site. Plans are now underway for the construction of an NCAA sized basketball court with space allocated in the back lot.

Chino Valley Medical Center (CVMC) is a 126-bed acute care facility in Chino, California. CVMC is owned and operated by Prime Healthcare Services, Inc. (PHS), a hospital management company in Ontario, California. PHS was founded in 2001 by Prem Reddy, who acts as its present chairman of the board. The emergency department at Chino Valley receives about 37,000 visits each year. The hospital is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program (HFAP). In 2004, US Bankruptcy Courts, Riverside, awarded PHS management of CVMC pursuant to Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.

The Pomona Valley is located in the Greater Los Angeles Area between the San Gabriel Valley and San Bernardino Valley in Southern California. The valley is approximately 30 miles (48 km) east of downtown Los Angeles.

The Ontario State Bank Block was a historic commercial building located at 300 South Euclid Avenue in Ontario, California. The building, completed in 1887, was composed of three sections, and had a design which incorporated elements of the Eastlake and Queen Anne styles. The design included a corner turret, several gables along the roof line, and a variety of different window styles; it originally had three prominent oriel windows in the gable peaks above the bank's original section, and also had a set in the second section of the block. Decorative features included corbelled brickwork and carved wooden pilasters and brackets. The Ontario State Bank, which opened with the building, was the first bank in Ontario and an important early business center for the city. The building also housed several other shops, including Grand Palace Pavilion of Antiques, Howell's Furniture and Hardware, and E.H. Richardson's Pacific Electric Heating Company, which invented the Hotpoint electric iron and brought national attention to Ontario.The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 8, 1982. It unfortunately burned down in 1986.Euclid Avenue is on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Frankish Building is a historic building located at 200 South Euclid Avenue in Ontario, California. Charles Frankish and his son designed and supervised the construction of the building in 1915–16. Frankish was an early investor in Ontario and was responsible for much of the city's planning and promotion, which included constructing a railroad in and planning the layout of the southern half of the city. The building housed storefronts on its first floor and an apartment complex on its second and third floors. Frankish gave the building a Second Renaissance Revival design, a popular American style in the early twentieth century. The building's design includes a flat facade and roof, rusticated quoins on the first floor, and a bracketed wooden cornice.The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on August 11, 1980.

Chaffey Adult School is a public secondary school in Ontario, California. It is one of the eleven schools of the Chaffey Joint Union High School District and the only community day school.

Ontario station is an Amtrak train station in Ontario, California, located on the Union Pacific Railroad Alhambra Subdivision. It is served by the thrice-weekly Sunset Limited/Texas Eagle. The station has a covered, open-air pavilion built by the city in 1991.Of the 73 California stations served by Amtrak, Ontario was the 70th-busiest in fiscal year 2019, boarding or detraining an average of approximately 11 passengers daily (though the station does not receive daily service).
