Stuart and Suzanne Grant Stadium is a soccer specific stadium with a track located in Newark, Delaware on the campus of the University of Delaware. Prior to 2014, it was known as Delaware Mini-Stadium. Both the track and stands were renovated in 2014 following a gift from the Grants that was the largest in Delaware athletics history

Delaware Stadium is a 22,000-seat multi-purpose stadium in Newark, Delaware, and is home to the University of Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens football team. The stadium is part of the David M. Nelson Athletic Complex, which includes the Bob Carpenter Center, Fred P. Rullo Stadium, the Fred Rust Ice Arena and the Delaware Field House.

Bob Carpenter Center is a 5,100-seat multi-purpose arena, in Newark, Delaware, named in honor of benefactor and trustee, R. R. M. Carpenter Jr. (1915–1990). Students at the University of Delaware have nicknamed it "The Bob."The arena opened in 1992 and was designed by HOK Sport (now known as Populous), who have been involved in more than 150 sports and recreation projects. The construction of the building cost $20.5 million. In late 2010, the University constructed an addition, which includes two full-size basketball courts, new offices and locker rooms for the basketball and volleyball programs, and a new entrance plaza.The arena section of the building is named in honor of Frank E. Acierno, a local businessman and developer, who donated $1 million to the Bob Carpenter Center, the largest gift from a single donor. It is home to the University of Delaware Blue Hens men’s and women’s basketball teams (men and women), and from 2013 to 2018, the Delaware 87ers (now the Delaware Blue Coats) of the NBA G League. It has also hosted a preseason game between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Boston Celtics. Since 2014, it has hosted one annual WNBA preseason game, except in 2017. Each of the WNBA games has featured UD product Elena Delle Donne, who was with the Chicago Sky from 2013 to 2016 and has been with the Washington Mystics since 2017.It hosted a campaign rally for Vice President Al Gore in 1996 and all or part of America East Conference men's basketball tournaments from 1997 to 2001. It also hosts other events, such as the WWE, music and comedy concerts, and craft fairs.

The Delaware Field House is an indoor athletics facility on the campus of the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware. Constructed in 1966, the venue seated 4,000 fans for indoor track and tennis events. It served as the site of intercollegiate basketball games as well until the completion of the Bob Carpenter Center in mid-1992.The Field House is part of a complex which includes the new arena, Delaware Stadium (football), Rullo Stadium (field hockey/lacrosse), Bob Hannah Stadium (baseball), an outdoor swimming pool, and six tennis courts. The arena served as the site of the America East Conference (then North Atlantic Conference) men's basketball tournament championship game in 1992. In 2010, the University installed solar panels on the half barrel roof of the Field House. In 2013, the Field House was converted into an indoor practice facility with artificial turf for all sports including football.

The Fred Rust Ice Arena or University of Delaware Ice Arena multi-purpose arena located on the campus of The University of Delaware located in Newark, Delaware. The Facility houses two ice sheets. The first sheet is located in the Fred Rust Arena and the second sheet is located in the Gold Arena which is a separate building. The Fred Rust Ice Arena, is a 2,500-seat regulation Olympic-sized ice arena on the UD campus. The Fred Rust Ice Arena, originally named The Blue Arena, was built in 1988 and houses the Olympic-sized ice area, a VIP lounge, a pro shop, locker rooms, weight and fitness facility, ballet room, off-ice spinner and a concession area. The Gold Arena is the NHL-sized ice sheet and was constructed in 1971. The Gold arena sits adjacent to the Fred Rust on the UD campus. The facility is home to the Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens men's and women's ice hockey teams competing. The men's team competes at the ACHA Division I level in the Eastern States Collegiate Hockey League; while the women's team competes at ACHA Women's Division II level in the Delaware Valley Collegiate Hockey Conference. It is also home of the University of Delaware Figure Skating Club and University of Delaware Synchronized Skating Club The Ice Arena is also used for recreational sports by UD students and local public, as well as various local youth hockey programs, recreational and competitive figure skating.

The University of Delaware Botanic Gardens are botanical gardens and an arboretum located on the campus of the University of Delaware, in Newark, Delaware, United States. The gardens are open to the public without charge. The original garden in front of Townsend Hall was established with a donation from Emily Clark Diffenback in the mid-1960s, and has been named Clark Garden in her honor. It has since been designated a test arboretum by the American Holly Society. Other gardens include a Magnolia Society test garden south of Townsend Hall; native and non-native plants north of Worrilow Hall; a wildflower area in front of the Fischer Greenhouse Laboratory; a herbaceous perennial garden behind another greenhouse; and stretches of native trees and shrubs lining the driveway and grounds.

Edward R. Wilson House, also known as the W. H. Schultz House, is a historic home located at Newark, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built about 1860, and is a three-story, gable-roofed frame dwelling with a porch running across its facade, north endwall, and rear elevation. It has a two-story brick wing built about 1900, and a later frame wing extending from the rear of the brick addition. It is in the Greek Revival / Italianate style. Since 1907, the house is part of the University of Delaware Farm, an agricultural experiment station managed by its College of Agriculture. The house was used as a dormitory during the 1980s and has since been repurposed to serve as offices for the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources at the University of Delaware.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Newark station is a train station in Newark, Delaware, on Amtrak's Northeast Corridor, serving a limited number of Amtrak Northeast Regional trains and SEPTA's Wilmington/Newark Line regional rail trains.

Andrew Fisher House is a historic home located at Newark, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built about 1777, and is a two-story, three-bay, gable roofed brick dwelling. It has a one-story rear wing.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1972.

Newark Assembly was a Chrysler (DaimlerChrysler from 1998-2008) factory in Newark, Delaware built in 1951 to make tanks and later automobiles with production continuing until December 2008.A variety of Chrysler, Dodge, and Plymouth models were produced at this facility over the years, totaling nearly 7 million cars.

Welsh Tract Old School Baptist Church is a historic Primitive Baptist church, located on Welsh Tract Road in Newark, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built by Welsh settlers in 1746 and is a simple rectangular brick building with a wood-shingled jerkinhead roof.
