Temple Bar, Dublin

Eamonn Doran's (formerly known as The Rock Garden) was a bar and music venue located in Dublin's Temple Bar. The venue also had an adjacent pizza parlour which was part-owned by Huey Morgan of the Fun Lovin' Criminals. The Cranberries, Mundy, Paddy Casey, Damien Dempsey, Joy Zipper, Republic Of Loose started off playing there. In 1993, Radiohead played their first-ever Irish gig at the venue. TFI Friday broadcast its 2000 St. Patrick's Day episode from the venue, where Chris Evans interviewed members of U2, The Corrs and actor James Nesbitt.

Merchants' Hall (sometimes Merchants' Arch) is a former 19th century guildhall, now a protected structure, on Wellington Quay in Dublin, Ireland. It is located opposite the Ha'penny Bridge and backs on to Temple Bar. The building was the last of the city guildhalls to be constructed and only operated as a guildhall for a period of 20 years before ceasing as the Merchants' Guild ended its main work, along with the other Guilds of the City of Dublin. Since that time until 2021 it has had a number of uses including as a boys school, a factory, a retail unit, a fast food restaurant and a pub. As of 2021, a pub named "Merchants' Arch" operates from the premises.

The Ha'penny Bridge ( HAYP-nee; Irish: Droichead na Leathphingine, or Droichead na Life), known later for a time as the Penny Ha'penny Bridge, and officially the Liffey Bridge, is a pedestrian bridge built in May 1816 over the River Liffey in Dublin, Ireland. Made of cast iron, the bridge was cast in Shropshire, England.

With over 35,000 securities listed on its markets, the exchange is used by over 4,000 issuers from more than 85 countries to raise funds and access international investors.A study by Indecon (international economic consultants) published in 2014 on the Irish Stock Exchange found that having a local stock market and securities industry directly supports 2,100 jobs in Ireland and is worth €207 million each year to the Irish economy. It also found that having a domestic securities industry centred on the Irish Stock Exchange generates €207 million in estimated direct economic impact (measured in Gross Value Added or GDP) and €230 million in direct tax for the Irish exchequer (including stamp duty on trading in Irish shares). The exchange is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland under the Markets in Financial Instruments Regulations (MiFID) and is a member of the World Federation of Exchanges and the Federation of European Stock Exchanges.

The Temple Bar is a public house located at 46–48 Temple Bar in the Temple Bar area of Dublin, Ireland. Standing at the corner of Temple Lane South, the first pub on the site was reputedly licensed in the early 19th century.The pub building at 48 Temple Bar is listed by Dublin City Council on its Record of Protected Structures, and is recorded in the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage (NIAH) as being built c. 1840.

Central Plaza, also known as the Central Bank of Ireland Building for its former tenant, is an office building on Dame Street in Temple Bar, Dublin. It was the headquarters of the Central Bank of Ireland from 1979 to 2017. It is Ireland's only suspended structure building, with its 8 floors hanging from central concrete cores. Each floor was built on the ground and then raised into place. It was controversial for being out of scale with its surroundings and for being constructed 30 feet (9.1 m) taller than approved. As of 2020, the building was undergoing renovations including the addition of a rooftop venue and observation deck.

City Colleges is an Irish provider of professional and academic education, based in Dublin. It runs degree and diploma courses in Accounting (ACCA), Business, Computing, Professional Law and Psychology, in Dublin city centre and Dundrum. Kings Inns preparation courses are delivered each June. The college has a number of accredited professional diploma courses in Psychology, Business, Criminology, Security and Policing, Media and the Arts. These courses are part-time and generally run over 10 weeks for one evening per week.
