The Mayan Theater in Los Angeles, California is a landmark former movie palace and current nightclub and music venue.

The Belasco Theater is a historic theater in Downtown Los Angeles, California. Opened in 1926, it operated as a playhouse and briefly as a movie theater until its closure in 1950, after which it was used for non-theater purposes. The building was renovated and reopened as a music venue called The Belasco in 2011. Live Nation became its operator in 2020. Oil tycoon Edward L. Doheny commissioned the theater's construction; local architectural firm Morgan, Walls & Clements designed it in the Churrigueresque style. It opened to the public on November 11, 1926, with a production of the play Gentlemen Prefer Blondes.

Ace Hotel Downtown Los Angeles, originally built as the California Petroleum Corporation Building and later known as the Texaco Building, is a 243 ft (74 m), 13-story highrise hotel and theater building located at 937 South Broadway in downtown Los Angeles, California. It was the tallest building in the city for one year after its completion in 1927, and was the tallest privately owned structure in Los Angeles until 1956. Its style is Spanish Gothic, patterned after Segovia Cathedral in Segovia, Spain. The building contains the historic United Artists Theatre, the flagship theater built for the United Artists motion picture studio. The theater was later used as a church by pastors Gene Scott and his widow Melissa Scott under the name "University Cathedral". In October 2011, Scott's Wescott Christian Center Inc. sold the building to Greenfield Partners, a real estate investment company located in Westport, Connecticut, for $11 million. It was converted to a hotel, and opened in 2014. The hotel is part of the Ace Hotels chain.

Western Costume Building, also known as 939 South Broadway Building, 939 Broadway Lofts, and Anjac Fashion Building, is a historic eleven-story highrise located at 939-947 S. Broadway in the Broadway Theater District in the historic core of downtown Los Angeles.

The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Los Angeles Branch, is the Southern California branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, located on West Olympic Boulevard and South Olive Street in southern Downtown Los Angeles. It is within the Twelfth Federal Reserve District.

The Blackstone Building (formerly Blackstone's Department Store, now the Blackstone Apartments) is a 1916 structure located at 901 South Broadway in Los Angeles, California. It has been listed as a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument since 2003 (number LA-765). The Blackstone Department Store Building is an early example of the work of John B. Parkinson, Los Angeles’ preeminent architect of the early 20th century, who also designed Bullocks Wilshire. The building is clad in gray terra cotta and styled in the Beaux Arts school.

Broadway Leasehold Building, also known as L.L. Burns Western Costume Building, Sparkle Building or Sparkle Factory, is a historic seven-story building located at 908-910 S. Broadway in the Broadway Theater District in the historic core of downtown Los Angeles. The building is best known for its Banksy mural and as the filming location where Harold Lloyd scaled and dangled from a clock in Safety Last!.

City House and The Olympic is a cancelled residential skyscraper complex proposed for the southeast corner of South Grand Avenue and West Olympic Boulevard in Los Angeles, California. It was designed by Robertson Partners, and developed by The Titan Organization. City House would have had 60 floors and been 229 m (751 ft) in height, and the Olympic would have had 50 floors and been 173 m (568 ft) tall.

The Eastern Columbia Building, also known as the Eastern Columbia Lofts, is a thirteen-story Art Deco building designed by Claud Beelman located at 849 S. Broadway in the Broadway Theater District of Downtown Los Angeles. It opened on September 12, 1930, after just nine months of construction. It was built at a cost of $1.25 million as the new headquarters and 39th store for the Eastern-Columbia Department Store, whose component Eastern and Columbia stores were founded by Adolph Sieroty and family. At the time of construction, the City of Los Angeles enforced a height limit of 150 feet (46 m), however the decorative clock tower was granted an exemption, allowing the clock a total height of 264 feet (80 m).The edifice is easily spotted from the Interstate 10 - Santa Monica Freeway, as well as many other sections of downtown, due to its bright "melting turquoise" terra cotta tiles and trademark four-sided clock tower, emblazoned with the word "EASTERN" in bright white neon on each face of the clock.The building is widely considered the greatest surviving example of Art Deco architecture in the city. It is one of the city's most photographed structures and a world-renowned Art Deco landmark.

Ninth and Broadway Building, also known as Anjac Fashion Building, is a historic thirteen-story highrise located at 850 S. Broadway and 127 W. 9th Street in the Broadway Theater District in the historic core of downtown Los Angeles.
