Jolly Roger Amusement Park is an amusement park located in Ocean City, Maryland. The park features two locations in Ocean City: one at the pier on the Ocean City boardwalk and one further uptown at 30th Street. Both locations feature numerous thrill rides, including a looping roller coaster at the pier, bumper cars, a ferris wheel, a carousel, and kiddie rides, among others. The parks also contain typical carnival-like games and eateries. The 30th Street location additionally features two eighteen-hole mini-golf courses, Splash Mountain, a full-service waterpark with many slides and activity pools, and 10 go-kart tracks.

Wildcat is a roller coaster manufactured by Anton Schwarzkopf, currently operating at Jolly Roger Amusement Park in Ocean City, Maryland. The ride has also operated at other parks such as Cedar Point and Valleyfair.

Ocean City, officially the Town of Ocean City, is an Atlantic resort town in Worcester County, Maryland, along the East Coast of the United States. The population was 6,844 at the 2020 U.S. census, although during summer weekends the city hosts between 320,000 and 345,000 vacationers and up to eight million visitors annually. During the summer, Ocean City becomes the second most populated municipality in Maryland, after Baltimore. It is part of the Salisbury metropolitan area as defined by the United States Census Bureau.

Isle of Wight Bay is a lagoon that separates part of mainland Worcester County, Maryland from the midtown part of Ocean City, also in Worcester County. To the north, it connects to the Assawoman Bay just south of the Assawoman Bay Bridge, and to the south it connects to the Sinepuxent Bay at the north end of West Ocean City where the bay narrows between the Thoroughfare channel and Mallard Island. The major tributary of Isle of Wight Bay is the St. Martin's River; other tributaries include Turville Creek, Manklin Creek, and Herring Creek.

The Assawoman Bay Bridge crosses the Assawoman Bay in Ocean City, Maryland. The bridge carries Maryland Route 90, a freeway, into northern Ocean City, Maryland. The bridge consists of two lanes and is undivided, but it is heavily travelled. In the summer, it is usually congested with traffic heading into and out of Ocean City, especially on Fridays and Sundays. It ends in North Ocean City at Maryland Route 528 (Coastal Highway) and 62nd Street.

Dog and Bitch Island is depending on the sources one or two islands in Worcester County, Maryland, in the United States. It is located within the Isle of Wight Bay. The island is small in size and marshy. In 2014 the federal Army Corps of Engineers pumped 18,000 cubic yards of material from navigation channel dredging operations onto the island to improve migratory bird habitat.

The Captain Robert S. Craig Cottage, also known as Bay Breeze, is a historic building located in Ocean City, Worcester County, Maryland, United States. It is a simple 1½-story rectangular frame structure with a gable roof. The full-width front porch is capped with an open X-cross balustrade. A two-bedroom rental apartment was added to the rear of the house around 1964. About the same time a tool shed that originally stood on a lot at Thirteenth and Philadelphia Avenue was moved to this location and converted into an efficiency rental apartment. The significance of this house is its association with Captain Robert S. Craig who developed and led the Ocean City Beach Patrol (OCBP), the local lifeguard organization. For nearly three decades this building served as its headquarters and a residence for summer lifeguards. It was designed by Craig and built from 1949 to 1950. His son Robert designed the rear addition and had the tool shed moved here. During the time the building served the OCBP, the organization became known across the country for its management and ocean rescue operation. It was Craig who had the lifeguards utilize semaphore communications among themselves and integrated innovative rescue technology. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2017.

Ocean City High School was a public high school in Ocean City, Worcester County, Maryland, United States.

St. Paul's by-the-sea Protestant Episcopal Church is a parish of the Episcopal Church located in Ocean City, Worcester County, Maryland. It is noted for its historic Carpenter Gothic parish church, which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.Episcopal services were held from 1878 at Congress Hall, with a mission church built nearby in 1881. In 1898, John Waggaman of Washington D.C. donated to the congregation two lots "up the beach" at Baltimore Avenue and Third Street. The cornerstone for the new church was laid on June 6, 1900, and the first service was held the following year. In 1924, it was elevated to parochial status.

The Harry W. Kelley Memorial Bridge is a bridge in the U.S. state of Maryland. It carries 4 lanes of U.S. Route 50, plus two sidewalks, across Sinepuxent Bay, connecting the downtown area of Ocean City, Maryland to the mainland of Worcester County, Maryland within West Ocean City, and is mere feet from the national eastern terminus of said route. It is one of four entrances to the resort town, and the southernmost of them all; the others are Maryland Route 90, Delaware Route 54, and Delaware Route 1. The bridge features a drawbridge span near the Ocean City end. The bridge is named for Harry W. Kelley, a former mayor of Ocean City. The current bridge in this location, built in 1942, replaces an earlier bridge that was slightly downstream of the current site, which used what is now Maryland Route 707 (Old Bridge Road) to cross the Sinepuxent Bay and connect to downtown Ocean City as Worcester Street. At the time of its construction, the bridge carried U.S. Route 213; it was changed to its current number in 1948 when the extension of US 50 replaced US 213 south of Queen Anne's County. Currently the bridge is a busy center of activity in the city, and is utilized by many fishermen, joggers, and cyclists. The bridge is the target of much discussion due to its age and structural issues, as well as its antiquated design. In August 2010, the Maryland State Highway Administration decided to construct a new drawbridge to replace the current structure. The new drawbridge was selected over a higher fixed span, which would have cost more and have displaced more properties. The bridge is not expected to be constructed until at least 2035, with $300 million in funding for planning of the bridge. When the new bridge is complete, the existing structure is planned to be turned into a fishing pier with the central part of the bridge removed.

Isle of Wight Wildlife Management Area is a state wildlife management area (WMA) of Maryland located on the Isle of Wight, a small peninsula between the St. Martin's River and Isle of Wight Bay in Worcester County. Although called Isle of Wight, a small strip of marsh and road connects it with the mainland. The WMA is bisected by Maryland Route 90, one of the two principal highway routes into Ocean City. Despite this, the WMA attracts many birds, especially those dependent upon tidal marshes and bays, including great blue herons and green herons, black ducks, buffleheads, scaup, brant, Canada and snow geese, the common loon, and swans. Although hunting in season is permitted in the WMA, the area south of Route 90 is closed to hunting and is managed as a day use recreation area by Worcester County.
