7 South Stone Mill Drive is a condominium complex built out of Dedham Granite. Before being converted into residential use in the 1980s, it was a Mother Brook mill that made a variety of products.

The Fisher-Whiting House is an historic home in Dedham, Massachusetts originally built around 1669 by Anthony Fisher, Jr. Located at 218 Cedar Street, it is the second oldest house in Dedham after the Fairbanks House.Originally the house was a single story and had an L-shaped floor plan. In 1761, Jonathan and Mary Fisher made the house square and added a second story. Today, the house is an example of colonial era architecture.Anthony Fisher built the house on a 60-acre lot in the 1660s, though the exact date is not certain. Anthony left it to his son, Josiah Fisher, after his death in 1670. Josiah bequeathed the home and 60 acres to his grandson, Jonathon, in 1736.Jonathan sold the house in 1765 to Dr. John Sprague who did not live there but used it as a rental property. Sprague sold the house in 1791 to Joseph Whiting, who deeded it to Edward Whiting in 1804. Edward deeded it to Edwin Whiting, his nephew, in 1844. The house and land were sold to a property developer in 1872. Sally Dresser Church purchased the home, which was in disrepair, in 1872 and planned to demolish it. She was persuaded to renovate the home instead.When the Town of Dedham celebrated their 375th anniversary in 2011, the house was included in the celebrations. Students from Dedham High School drew an outline of the house for inclusion in a coloring book of historic places around town.

The Endicott Estate is a mansion built in the early twentieth century, located at 656 East Street in Dedham, Massachusetts “situated on a 15-acre panorama of lush green lawn that is punctuated by stately elm, spruce and weeping willow trees.” It was built by Henry Bradford Endicott, founder of the Endicott Johnson Corporation, and donated to the Town by his adopted stepdaughter, Katherine. After she died it was briefly owned by the state and intended to be used as the official residence of the governor, but was quickly returned to the Town. Today it is used for a variety of civic events and is rented out for private parties.

Endicott station is an MBTA Commuter Rail station in Dedham, Massachusetts, served by the Franklin/Foxboro Line. It is located off Grant Avenue near East Street. The station is not accessible.

Stone Haven was a railroad station on the Dedham Branch spur, connecting Dedham station to the main Boston-Providence line at Readville. The station was located on Mount Vernon Street in Dedham, next to the home of Col. Eliphalet Stone, and was named for him. Stone donated the building for the waiting room. It closed on April 21, 1967.

Dedham ( DED-əm) is a town in and the county seat of Norfolk County, Massachusetts. The population was 25,364 at the 2020 census. It is located on Boston's southwest border. On the northwest it is bordered by Needham, on the southwest by Westwood, and on the southeast by Canton. The town was first settled by European colonists in 1635.

The Civitarese-Cushman House is a home in East Dedham, Massachusetts known for its elaborate Christmas light displays. The house, located at 121 Garfield Avenue, was first decorated by Nick and Roberta Civaterese in 1973. The tradition was continued after their death by their daughter, Rita-Mae Cushman. As of 2003, four generations of the family were involved in setting up the display. The family begins in August, on Nick Civitarese's birthday, by pulling out the lights and checking the bulbs. It takes three months to assemble the display. The family allows the public to walk through their yards to see all of the lights. Cushman will often stand outside in the yard at night, greeting visitors and offering them hot chocolate and cookies. Generations of families have come to see the displays, with parents who came as children often bringing their own children. Families will often take photos in the yard that they then use as their Christmas cards. New lights were added to the display every year until 2020, when the house's electrical system maxed out. The display now constitutes thousands of lights, inflatables, figurines, dolls, music, and other decorations. The family has so many decorations that not all of them can be put out. The electrical bill rises significantly, which upsets Cushman's husband, but she tells him that "I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't go places anymore. This is my big joy, my big pleasure." The lights are lit on the first Sunday of December and stay lit for a few days after Christmas. On opening day, the Dedham Fire Department brings Santa Claus on a firetruck to greet children and allow them to sit in the large sleigh in the backyard. Santa then returns on the other Sundays of December as well.

The Fairbanks House in Dedham, Massachusetts is a historic house built c. 1637, making it the oldest surviving timber-frame house in North America that has been verified by dendrochronology testing. Puritan settler Jonathan Fairbanks constructed the farm house for his wife Grace (née Smith) and their family. The house was occupied and then passed down through eight generations of the family until the early 20th century. Over several centuries the original portion was expanded as architectural styles changed and the family grew. Today the Fairbanks house is owned and operated by the Fairbanks Family in America, a member-based non-profit organization, as a historic house museum. The Family Association has preserved, studied and interpreted their ancestral home and its collections for over 110 years. The house was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1961, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

St. Mary of the Assumption Church (commonly referred to as St. Mary's) is a parish of the Roman Catholic Church in Dedham, Massachusetts, in the Archdiocese of Boston. The first church was constructed in Dedham Centre in 1857 and it was formally established as a parish in 1866. In 1880 the parish built a larger church on High Street, towards East Dedham. The laying of the cornerstone for this "cathedral in the wilderness" attracted more than 4,000 people, and special trains were run from Boston and Norwood. The new church would not be completed until 1900, and was dedicated by Archbishop Sebastiano Martinelli, the papal delegate. Today the church hosts one of the largest Life Teen programs in the country.

Brookdale Cemetery is an historic cemetery in Dedham, Massachusetts, United States. More than 28,000 people are buried there. Mother Brook runs behind it.

Barnes Memorial Park, also known as Memorial Park, is a public park in Dedham, Massachusetts, dedicated in honor of John Andrew Barnes III and the men of Dedham who served in World War I.

Fairview Cemetery is a historic cemetery in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. A small section of the cemetery is located in neighboring Dedham. The cemetery was established by the town of Hyde Park in 1892, and became the responsibility of the city of Boston when it annexed that town in 1912. The cemetery was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 16, 2009. It is the newest of Boston's cemeteries, and has more than 40,000 burials. It is the location where the City of Boston “bury indigent and unclaimed people”.
