Østergade 24, Copenhagen

Svane Apotek (literally Swan Pharmacy), which existed from 1660 to 1994, was one of the first pharmacies to open in Copenhagen, Denmark. It was in 1849 acquired by Alfred Nicolai Bentzon and was owned by the Benzon family until 1967. Its former building. a five-storey, Functionalist property located at the corner of Østergade (No. 18) and Ny Østergade (No. 2-4), was listed on the Danish registry of protected buildings and places by the Danish Heritage Agency in 1992.

Østergade 13 is a Historicist building complex situated on the shopping street Strøget in centraæ Copenhagen, Denmark. Originally two separate 18th-century buildings, three and four bays wide, respectively, Østergade 13 owes its current appearance to a renovation in 1856. Lille Kongensgade 12–14 on the other side of the block is also part of the property (since 1902). Carl Antonelli's plaster workshop—known for its reproductions of many of Bertel Thorvaldsen's works—was based on the site from c. 1820 to 1854. Kunstforeningen was also based in the building from 1834 to 1854. Other notable former residents include the educator Carl Mariboe, economist and writer Oluf Christian Olufsen (1764–1827) and businessman Isaac Wulff Heyman. The property is today owned by Odense-based Barfoed Group.

Ny Østergade (lit. "New East Street") is a street in the Old Town of Copenhagen, Denmark, linking the Østergade section of the pedestrian street Strøget in the south with Christian IX's gade in the northwest. Together with the intersecting streets Grønnegade and Store Regnegade, its forms part of Copenhagen's most exclusive shopping districts.

Kristen Bernikows Gade is a street in central Copenhagen, Denmark. It extends north from the major shopping street Strøget to Grønnegade where it turns into Gammel Mønt. Together with Bremerholm, its extension to the south, it forms one of only two places where car traffic crosses pedestrianized Strøget on its way from Kongens Nytorv to the City Hall Square, the other being at Gammeltorv- Nytorv. The street is named for the nobleman Christian Barnekow, one of Christian IV's men, whose city home was located on the site. Most of the buildings date from a widening of the street in around 1900. They include the shopping archade Galleri K.

Grønnegade (lit.: Green Street) is a street in the Old Town of Copenhagen, Denmark, running northeast from Gammel Mønt to Gothersgade where it turns into Borgergade. It is part of Copenhagen's most exclusive shopping area, located northwest of Kongens Nytorv.

Vingprdstræde is a street in the Old Town of Copenhagen, Denmark. The first part of the street passes the south side of the Magasin du Nord department store and the north side of Danske Bank's headquarters.

Ny Adelgade 9/Grønnegade 32 is a Neoclassical building situated at the corner of Ny Adelgade and Grønnegade in the Old Town of Copenhagen, Denmark. The building was listed in the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1982.

Vingårdstrøde 19 is a Neoclassical property situated on Vingårdstræde, between Kongens Nytorv and Nikolaj Plads, in central Copenhagen, Denmark. Like most of the other buildings in the area, the building was constructed as part of the rebuilding of the city following the Copenhagen Fire of 1795. It was listed in the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1959. A number of people associated with the Royal Danish Theatre have resided in the building, including ballet dancers and choreographers Antoine Bournonville, August Bournonville and Carl Dahlén, as well as a number of members of the Royal Danish Orchestra. Other notable former residents include future cookbook writer Anne Marie Mangor, portrait painter Johan Frederik Møller and sculptor Daniel Peter Støhrmann.

Kong Hans Kælder is a two Michelin star restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark. It received the first Michelin star awarded to a Copenhagen restaurant, but lost its star in March 2014 . It since regained a Michelin star in 2015. On 13 September 2021, Kong Hans Kælder received a second Michelin star. The cuisine is mainly classical French with contemporary Nordic influences. The head chef is Mark Lundgaard.The restaurant is located in a white-washed, groin vaulted basement under one of the oldest houses in Copenhagen, a former merchant's residence from the Middle Ages, in a small street just off Kongens Nytorv. Kong Hans Kælder translates into King John's cellar.

Galleri K, formerly known as Crome & Goldschmidt and later as Cityarkaden, is a shopping arcade situated on Strøget in central Copenhagen, Denmark. Completed in 1901, it occupies an entire block between Østergade (No. 32-34), Antonigade 2-6), Pilestræde (No. 10-14) and Kristen Bernikows Gade (No. 1).

Ny Adelgade is a street in the Old Town of Copenhagen, Denmark. It runs from Kongens Nytorv in the east to Grønnegade in the west.

The Hotel d'Angleterre is one of the first deluxe hotels in the world. Situated in the heart of Copenhagen, Denmark, it is located on Kongens Nytorv opposite Charlottenborg, the Royal Opera and Nyhavn. While its history dates back to 1755, it has been in its current building since a fire, in 1795, damaged the previous building beyond repair. From 1872 to 1875, the building was significantly extended and refurbished by the architects, Vilhelm Dahlerup and Georg E.W. Møller The hotel has long been considered the most prestigious and elegant hotel in the city. Its name is French and means the "England Hotel". The Hotel d'Angleterre re-opened in May 2013 following extensive restorations. The new d'Angleterre has 30 rooms and 60 suites. It also has a 1-star Michelin restaurant, "Marchal", led by executive chef, Jakob de Neergaard, a cocktail and champagne bar as well as a spa and health club.
