Spodnji Polšnik (pronounced [ˈspoːdnji ˈpoːu̯ʃnik], German: Unterbillichberg) is a former settlement in the Municipality of Litija in central Slovenia. It is now part of the village of Polšnik. The area is part of the traditional region of Lower Carniola and is now included with the rest of the municipality in the Central Sava Statistical Region.

The hamlet of Nova Gora (German: Neuberg) is also mentioned in some sources.The local church is dedicated to Saint Lawrence and belongs to the Parish of Polšnik. It was built in the 16th century.
