The Churchill Residence or Churchill Residency is a residential skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Built between 2006 and 2010, th building stands at 235 m (771 ft) tall with 61 floors and is the current 84th tallest building in Dubai.

O14 or O-14 is an office skyscraper located in Business Bay in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is 102 m (335 ft) tall and has 23 floors. The building's floor area is 300,000 sq ft (28,000 m2). There is a 1-meter space between the facade and the windows which allows hot air to rise and cool air to come in from below. The facade is 40 cm thick and made of an extremely fluid concrete. It has 1000 circular openings of various sizes. The building is held up by the core and exoskeleton so the space inside is largely column free. O-14 is the winner of the 2009 Silver, Emporis Skyscraper Award. O-14 also won the 2010 ACEC National Honor Award for Excellence in Engineering Design. O-14 was the recipient of the best tall building in Middle East and Africa in the best tall buildings awards by Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.

International Horizons College (also known informally as IHC) was an American curriculum institution located within the Business Bay area of Dubai City. It was founded in July 2011 with the aim of providing high-performing students with affordable and accessible higher education within the Middle East North Africa South Asia (MENASA) region. Accredited and licensed by the Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA) of the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the college was an independent and international institution, servicing the academic needs of the undergraduate student body. The college closed in 2016 due to not being successful in recruiting a sufficient number of students, and therefore the board decided it was no longer financially feasible to continue.

The Ubora Towers is a complex of two towers in the Business Bay district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The development consists of the Ubora Commercial Tower and the Ubora Residential Tower. Construction of the Ubora Towers was completed in 2011. It was sold by to Senyar Real Estate in Mid 2018 The Ubora Commercial Tower, also known as the Ubora Tower 1, is a 58-story building. It has a total architectural height of 263 metres (862 ft). The Ubora Residential Tower, or Ubora Tower 2, is a 20-floor structure. The commercial skyscraper was topped out in 2011. The complex was designed by the architectural firm Aedas, with lighting design by AWA Lighting Designers, and is currently managed by Jones Lang Lasalle. There is a public transport bus stop on both sides of the road named as U bora Tower which is where people working in nearby towers use to board and get down. All the buses crossing this tower expect bus number 26 & 50 lead to the nearest Metro Station which is Business Bay Metro Station.

Business Bay (Arabic: الخليج التجاري: Al-Khaleej Al-Tijari) is a central business district under construction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project features numerous skyscrapers located in an area where Dubai Creek has been dredged and extended, and located immediately south of Downtown Dubai. Business Bay will have upwards of 240 buildings, comprising commercial and residential developments. The infrastructure of Business Bay has been completed in 2008, and the entire development was expected to be completed between 2012-2015. Business Bay is part of the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashed Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Ruler of Dubai. Business Bay will be a new 'city' within the city of Dubai and is being built as a commercial, residential and business cluster along a new extension of Dubai Creek extending from Ras Al Khor to Sheikh Zayed Road. Covering an area of 64,000,000 square feet (5,900,000 m2), once completed it will be composed of office and residential towers set in landscaped gardens with a network of roads, pathways and canals. It will become the region's business capital as well as a freehold city.

Downtown Dubai or The Dubai Downtown, is a large-scale, mixed-use complex in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Dubai Downtown was created by the Emaar Real Estate Development Company. Before 2000, the place was called Umm Al Tarif. It is home to some of the city's largest landmarks including Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall, and The Dubai Fountain. It covers an area of 2 square kilometres (0.77 sq mi), at an estimated cost of US$20 billion (Dh73 billion) upon completion and as of 2017, had a population of 13,201.The development is situated along Sheikh Zayed Road, across from Al Wasl locality on the northwest. It is bounded to the south by Business Bay and to the northeast by Financial Centre Road, which separates it from Zabeel 2 and Trade Centre 2. Arabic low-rise vernacular style of architecture is present in the Old Town, while high-rise contemporary buildings dominate the rest of the development. Downtown Dubai offers a range of high-end hotels such as Address Downtown, Vida Downtown, Al Manzil Downtown, as well as attractions such as a luxury Arabian market, Souk Al Bahar and a 3.5 km-long strip of restaurants and cafes on Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Boulevard. Souk Al Bahar has over 100 shops and over 20 restaurants, cafes and lounges adjacent to the Dubai Fountains.

The Park Lane Tower is a mixed-use 37-floor tower in the Business Bay district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction of the Park Lane Tower began in 2007 and was completed in 2016. The tower contains both commercial space and a hotel, beginning on the 19th floor. The hotel has 200 rooms, two pools, restaurants and separate spas for men and women.

Signature Towers (formerly known as Dancing Towers) was a proposal for a three-tower, mixed-use complex in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was designed by Iraqi born architect Zaha Hadid after winning an international design competition which included proposals from OMA and Reiser & Umemoto among others. The developers were Dubai Properties, the company responsible for the earlier Jumeirah Beach Residence. Apart from these three towers, the project would also include a new building to house the Dubai Financial Market, a large podium containing retail space and a pedestrian bridge crossing the creek extension.

The Burj Al Alam (English: "World Tower") was a proposed 108-story, 510 m (1,670 ft) hyperboloid skyscraper in the Business Bay area of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, though the project's roots are in a 101-storey design called "Fortune 101" and slated for the Dubai Marina area. It was designed to resemble a crystal flower. If constructed, it would have become one of the world's tallest buildings. The tower was one of the projects of the Fortune Group, which has a number of other projects in Dubai such as the Fortune Bay and Fortune Tower. The proposed building plan contained 74 floors of office space, a retail area at the base, and a hotel and serviced apartments in the top 27 floors. A 5-star hotel section would contain the highest hotel rooms in the world. The building would also feature a 6-storey crown that contained a Turkish bath, sky garden, and other club facilities. Ground breaking occurred on 12 November 2006 with the tower slated for completion in 2009, but the project was dogged by delays in payments from investors due to the global financial crisis. Construction of the tower was put on hold just after piling work on the foundations was completed in 2009. The main contractor for construction had not yet been selected when a report stated the structure was expected to be completed in 2012. There was little sign of activity at the site after 2009, and no further statements regarding progress. The pit dug out for foundations was allowed to fill with water, and as of May 2013, satellite maps of the site revealed it had been filled in and levelled.Sometime in 2012, the tower's official website expired and is now domain parked. By the end of 2013, the project had been officially cancelled. As of January 2015 the Burj Al Alam was listed by the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency's Cancelled Real Estate Projects Committee as among the list of cancelled projects awaiting liquidation hearings.

The JW Marriott Marquis Dubai Hotel is the world's second tallest hotel, a 72-storey, 355 m (1,165 ft) twin-tower skyscraper complex in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The AED1.8 billion complex features a 1,608-room hotel run by Marriott International.

Al Habtoor City is a large-scale, mixed-use development located in Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Developed by the Al Habtoor Group, the complex comprises three residential skyscrapers and three luxury hotels. Positioned along the Dubai Water Canal, the project combines upscale living, hospitality, and entertainment facilities.

The Iris Bay is a 32-floor tower in the Business Bay in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 170 m (558 ft). Construction of the Iris Bay was expected to be completed in 2008 but progress stopped in 2011 and building is on hold. The reorganisation of the parent company in May 2012 has raised some hopes that work might restart. Construction commenced on the site in 2013 and completion is now expected in either late 2015 or early 2016.The tower is designed in the shape of an ovoid and comprises two identical double curved pixelated shells which are rotated and cantilevered over the podium. The rear elevation is a continuous vertical curve punctuated by balconies while the front elevation is made up of seven zones of rotated glass. The podium comprises 4 storeys with a double height ground level and houses retail and commercial space totaling 36,000 m2.The tower is also claimed to be environment-friendly.
