Al Yamamah University (YU) (Arabic: جامعة اليمامة) is a university based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education. It was founded by Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Khudair from Al-Khudair Family, who in 1957 established Al-Tarbiyah Al-Namouthajiyah Schools (Arabic: مدارس التربية النموذجية), the first private schools in Riyadh. The university comprises the Colleges of Business Administration and Computing and Information Systems as well as the Deanship of Continuing Education and Community Service, and admits male and female students. It maintains a number of collaborative relationships with other academic institutions for the purpose of designing its curricula, enriching its programs, and providing its students and faculty members with opportunities for exchanging information and experience. Students at the university are eligible for financial support from the Ministry of Higher Education in Saudi Arabia.

Rise Tower (Arabic: برج رايز) is a proposed megatall skyscraper in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Planned to be the first two-kilometre-tall building, if realized, it would surpass both Burj Khalifa by 828 m (2,717 ft) and Jeddah Tower by 1,000 m (3,300 ft) to become the world’s tallest building or structure.

The Mukaab (Arabic: المكعّب, romanized: mukaʻʻab, lit. 'cube', [mukaʕʕab]) is a 400-meter (1,300 ft) tall cube-shaped skyscraper under construction in the al-Qirawan district of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, one of the five neighborhoods of the planned real estate development of New Murabba. Launched in February 2023, its cuboidal layout and design are inspired by the Murabba Palace. Upon completion, the Mukaab will become the world’s largest building by volume.

New Murabba Stadium (Arabic: ملعب المربَّع, romanized: maleabʿ al-Murabba) is a planned multi-purpose stadium within the New Murabba Project, a real estate development, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is set to be a venue for the 2034 FIFA World Cup and has a proposed capacity of 46,010 people, where it will host fixtures in the group stage and round of 32.

The American International School – Riyadh (AIS-R) (previously known as American Preparatory School of Riyadh, RICS and SAIS-R is an independent, non-profit, K-12, coeducational day school following an American-based curriculum with a focus on international perspectives. The IB Diploma Program is also offered in the high school. The school was established in 1963 and is located in the kingdom's capital, Riyadh.

Al-Shabab Club Stadium (Arabic: ملعب نادي الشباب), formerly known as Prince Khalid bin Sultan Stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is used mostly for football matches. It is the home stadium of Al-Shabab.

Kingdom Arena (Arabic: المملكة أرينا, romanized: Al-Mamlakah Arena) is an association football stadium located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The stadium seats 26,000 spectators in its football configuration and has a retractable roof. In September 2023, the Kingdom Holding Company obtained the management rights to operate the stadium as the home of Al Hilal.

Boulevard World (BLVD World) (Arabic: بوليفارد وورلد) is a seasonal entertainment zone and recreational complex located adjacent to Boulevard City at the Prince Turki al-Awwal Road in the Hittin neighborhood of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Opened in 2022, it operates primarily during the annual Riyadh Season entertainment festival and features recreated replicas of iconic landmarks from several Transatlantic and Asian countries. Besides being a high-end miniature park, it also features the Lake Lagoon, a 12-hectares large man-made lake.

Mohammed Abdo Arena (Arabic: محمد عبده أرينا), officially as the Artist of the Arabs Mohammed Abdu Stage (Arabic: مسرح فنان العرب محمد عبده), is a 22,000 seat multipurpose arena in the Hittin neighborhood of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, located in the 'Theaters' area of Boulevard Riyadh City recreational complex. Named after the Saudi singer Mohammed Abdu Othman, it was established following the inauguration of Boulevard Riyadh City in October 2019 during the beginning week of the first edition of Riyadh Season entertainment festival. Since its inception, the arena has hosted events like The Filipino Night, WWE's Super Showdown and Crown Jewel.

KAFD (Arabic: المرکز المالي) is a rapid transit station that serves the Yellow, Blue and Violet Lines of the Riyadh Metro as well as the under-construction KAFD monorail in the al-Aqeeq neighborhood of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, located in the King Abdullah Financial District.

The Boulevard City (BLVD CITY) (Arabic: بوليفارد سيتي, romanized: Būlīfārd Sītī), formerly Boulevard Riyadh City and simply known as The Boulevard, is a 220-acre (89 ha) mixed-use development at the Prince Turki al-Awwal Road in the Hittin neighborhood of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, containing high-end retail and entertainment outlets. Opened in 2019, it operates primarily during the annual Riyadh Season entertainment festival. It has lent its name to the adjacent Boulevard World complex, which was inaugurated in 2022.

The Riyadh Park (Arabic: الرياض بارك) is a shopping mall in the al-Aqeeq district of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Opened in 2017, it hosts the Museum of Illusions.
