72 Market Street Oyster Bar and Grill was a popular Venice, California restaurant founded in 1983 and launched by Tony Bill and Dudley Moore. The small restaurant was a celebrity hot spot which received attention for its food as well as an in house radio talk show and lecture series. It closed in November 2000.

Venice Branch is a former branch library of the Los Angeles Public Library located in the Venice section of Los Angeles, California. The old Venice Branch library was replaced in 1995 by a new branch now known as the Venice-Abott Kinney Memorial Branch. The Spanish Colonial Revival style building is now used as the Vera Davis McClendon Youth and Family Center. The Venice Branch was designated as a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument by the Los Angeles Cultural Heritage Commission in June 1984. In 1987, the Venice Branch and several other branch libraries in Los Angeles were added to the National Register of Historic Places as part of a thematic group submission. The application noted that the branch libraries had been constructed in a variety of period revival styles to house the initial branch library system of the City of Los Angeles. With respect to the Venice Branch, the application described the building as a building in the Spanish Colonial Revival style made of masonry construction. The front entry has oak double doors with diamond-shaped panes. Small wrought-iron lamps flank the entrance.

A Bridge Home Venice Beach was a homeless shelter in Venice Beach, California, announced in 2019 and active from 2020 to 2024. The shelter is part of the A Bridge Home (ABH) program, a Los Angeles temporary housing program that opened at least 10 sites, with plans for 26 sites. The idea behind bridge housing is to temporarily house people until they can be moved to permanent housing.

The Pacific Jewish Center, abbreviated as PJC and also known as the Shul on the Beach, is an Orthodox Jewish synagogue located at 505 Ocean Front Walk, in Venice, Los Angeles, California, in the United States. The synagogue is known for its outreach to unaffiliated and disconnected Jews. The Shul remains the last of the synagogues built in Venice during the first part of the 20th century. Although an Orthodox synagogue, worshippers who identify themselves as many different denominations are all welcomed when attending services and other events due to its location in an eclectic neighborhood. The 1925 building, originally a power station, was identified as a City of Los Angeles landmark.

Venice of America House is a Late Victorian house built in 1906 in present-day Venice in Los Angeles, California. The Venice of America House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

The Binoculars Building is the common name of Google's Venice campus in Los Angeles, California. Originally known as the Chiat/Day Building, it was built in 1991 for the advertising agency Chiat/Day (now TBWA\Chiat\Day) and designed by architect Frank Gehry. The building has a prominent public artwork entitled Giant Binoculars (1991), designed by artists Claes Oldenburg and Coosje van Bruggen, on its street-facing façade, hence the vernacular name.The Giant Binoculars sculpture covers both a car and pedestrian entrance; the entrance to the parking garage is between the two telescopes of the binoculars. The 75,000-square-foot (7,000 m2) building was delayed for a few years after hazardous materials were found on the building site, requiring removal. The latest tenant of this building was Google in 2011, which added two neighboring buildings as part of a major expansion to establish a larger employment presence in Los Angeles.
